-Jacket of the Four Beasts- [ Materials: Cloth x4($700), Customization ($1000) ] -The Jacket of the Four Beasts was an ancient warriors equipment handed down from generation to generation of martial artist masters. With it came the inscribed writings of the wind users, with each movement the 1st of four beasts had been weaved into the jacket giving the jacket a sudden burst of speed if only for a moment, but the beast also feeds on the wearers soul force. Given that they were of purity they'd survive the force of the beast, though their lives were only lived out so long. Essentially the jacket was passed down to Gilgamesh, given to him for his prowess and skill. They would essentailly be furthered in time.
-The Jacket is made of a firm cloth that gives the wearer an elongated time frame where they prove to get less exhausted in fights or anything. Their durability lasts longer without proving to stressfull on those whom wear it. With the Jacket their speed is also unrestrained and at times even increased due to the firm build of it.
-The bondings of the material require a bit of strength to expand it to the jacket's full potential, therin time and work with the Jacket will often enhance the users potential abilities whilst it is worn. It also requires quite a bit of durability and worth to grown in this without getting too tired.
-The jacket weighs a light 2 lbs and barely effects the wearers movements at all.
-Refinement cost (0% Slash On All Penalties And 0% Increase On All Benefits, Powers Aside)
-The Power of the Coat allows the user to make "bursts" that drain from the wearer's life force and transfer that energy into speed for only a few moments. *LOCKED* [Total Investment: $0/$2000/$4000/$6000]
-Beginner Level: Default
