Kevala was at her cabin in the mountains, her little get away from the rest of the world. It was peaceful, and snowy and calm. Just what her broken little mind needed.
Hence why she had bought the place. Only a select few knew she had done this and knew where it was. Gabriel and Mitsu. That was it. Not even Spike knew. Though it was not like he could not find the place if he really wanted to.
A light sigh passing her lips, she would sit upon the couch, dressed in a pair of jeans and a sweater. Her eyes dancing over the flames in the fireplace.
She had sent for Mitsu, asking the girl to come meet with her so that she could speak to her about the new situation with Gabriel. She was sure that things needed to be cleared up. Gabriel was not always the easiest person to understand. Always so confusing.
Plus that, she had not really had a chance to talk to the girl since she had gotten out of the hospital, and even then, there had been too many people there and Kev had been too out of it to really focus on anyone at the time.
Now, though she still struggled to talk, she was doing a bit better. Well enough to focus. Which was a big step. She only hoped that soon enough she would be able to do a bit better and start freaking talking right!
Now she would wait, her eyes looking out the window, waiting on the girl to come up the steps to the porch.

Mitsukai had known about the cabin that Kevala had bought awhile ago but had never had the opportunity to see it first hand. Needless to say it was pretty impressive if you liked that sort of thing. Looked big and comfy, no wonder Kevala liked the place. She watched in silence as her ride drove off to park elsewhere, from what little Mitsukai had heard she could tell that this meeting would take awhile so it was not very surprising that the driver would probably be elsewhere for the time being. Finally losing sight of the vehicle Mitsukai would turn back to the cabin and make her way up the stairs to the door. She had come in a simple coat, nothing too fancy and was warm enough. At least for her, she had after all been born in raised in Hokkaido, Japan. It was one of the coldest places in her birth country so the cold did not really affect her much. Mitsukai wrapped on the door lightly and waited for a response. She had to wonder how well Kevala was holding up. It had been awhile since they had last talked since the suicide incident and even the few times she had seen the girl they never had alone time to at least chat. The last time they spoke to each other Kevala had asked her to fill in as Gabriel's second in command and against Mitsukai's desires she had agreed to the task. That was after all what she was coming in here to discuss now. She would let out a small sigh at the thought of Gabriel. A lot of both girl's current problems were revolving around that man. It was quite ridiculous if you thought about it. Though the one who would suffer the most be being around him naturally would be Kevala. Mitsukai felt like she had to say something to her, convince her to get away from that man but all that would serve would be another argument. It simply was not worth it, not this time around. AT least not when one party would refuse to listen. She had to go about that situation differently. How? She had no idea but that was another issue to deal with at a later time. For now she had more pressing matters to deal with.

Kev would hop up and move to the door, pulling it open and smiling softly. Her arms covered for now, so the scars were hidden. Not like people did not know right?
She would smile at Mitsu and then step aside to motion for her to come in. Shutting the door once she had entered and then motioning toward the living area.
Kevala would take her own seat, eyes following the girl before she would grab up her pen and paper, writing out her words, since it was easier for her to do at the current time.
"Hey! I was thinking perhaps we needed to discuss what it is that Gabriel would want from you. I am sure that I can fill you in on such and anything else he will not hesitate to tell you himself. I just know how confusing he can be and how closed off he is."
She would then hand the paper to Mitsu, her eyes not as dull as they had been before. Though thinking of Gabe often did that to her.

Mitsukai would offer her a small smile as she stepped inside the cabin. Taking off her boots and hanging up her coat before following Kevala into the living area. Inside looked just as good as the outside and was pretty warm thanks to the fire. It seemed like a good place to relax and rest fro awhile, something the other girl needed now a days.
She watched as Kevala scribbled something on a piece of paper before handing it to her. It was not very surprising that Kevala still could not talk that well and needed to use other forms of communication. At least she was slowly recovering, it was still difficult but at least she was gradually pulling through.
She took the paper after Kevala was finished and read it. Thinking about what exactly did she want to ask first. There was indeed a lot of things Mitsukai did not know, mainly since the girl preferred to stay neutral so she never was involved with any sort of planning or agenda. Sure she had been asked to join him a long time ago but that had been when he was the school captain. She still was not clear on his actual goals.
"Well for starters I need to know exactly what is he trying to accomplish here and how am I suppose to help him with that?" It was a broad question but a simple enough one to answer she hoped. Besides since she only had a very vague idea of what the man wanted it was hard to know what to do without knowing that much.

She took back the paper, her mind thinking over the best way to answer this question. It would be easy enough to do, she hoped. Though she could not give away details. She did not want to do that to Gabe. No, he would tell the other girl in his own time, when trust had been established.
Writing down her reply she would sigh softly.
His plan is simple. He wishes to help the people here, to do away with the savage ways they hold so dear and build this world into something better for all of us.
She would read over the words a couple times and then smile. Yes, they were to the point and yet held back any details that Gabriel would find a violation of trust. Nothing bad had been stated and she would keep it at that.
Handing the paper to Mitsu she would smile as her eyes met with the other girls.

Well that was the basic idea that Mitsukai had gathered before though quite honestly she never would have put it so awe inspiring. It wasn't like before Mitsukai had been against the idea itself. It was just that the man himself trying to obtain it had been the worry. Yeah she still had not forgotten when he had nearly thrown Kevala out a window while she was pregnant just so she would do what he wanted. That alone no matter what the reason was proof enough that Gabriel would be engrossed with his own power and fuck up or even lose sight of his original goal. Even now that thought never changed but of course what had changed was she was now going to be working for such a man.
Funny how the world worked eh?
"How is he planning to do that or can you not go into any details at the moment?" She asked next. What Kevala had given her Mitsukai had already knew which could only really mean that Kev might be withholding more important information for Gabriel's sake. If that were the case it would not make her angry, she could understand why Kev would be protecting that either ways she would eventually learn this that she was now going to be the second in command.

She would tilt her head lightly. Thinking over the question and then taking the paper to write upon once more.
I do not know if I should. He guards his plans very closely and though there is nothing wrong with them. It is a matter of trust. Something I have worked very hard to gain. I cannot betray his trust in such a fashion. I believe that question is something best left for him to answer.
She would then hand the paper back. It was true. Gabriel trusted Kev and it had take much blood and pain to get to that point. To throw it away so easily would be foolish on her part.
Not to mention she refused to give anyone anything that could be used against him. She would die first and would suffer eternally for it. It was just the way she was.
She took her feelings for him seriously, even if nobody else did.

Mitsukai would nod her head in understanding. She understood how much trust meant for Gabriel and how much Kevala would like to keep that trust between them. It wasn't THAT big of a deal if she did not gain this information right now, eventually she would learn all of this later.
"So what are the basic things I have to do for this job?" She would ask, moving on with the questioning surely she would get some answer to that.

She would think of the right reply to this. Not sure how she would put into words what it was she did for Gabriel. Sure she did a lot more than most, even if it all went unnoticed. Finally she would turn the page to herself and write down the most basic of instructions.
Fight for him. Train with him. Protect him if he needs it. And help gather people to fight for him.
It was all Kev was willing to give. She would harm the first person who really got close to hurting Gabriel, even if it took her life to do such. No matter how long it took. But she did not like the idea of him being around somebody who may stand aside and let him fall without so much as trying.
Nobody had seen what hell was really like until they had crossed Kevala on this matter. They just did not know that.
She would hand the page back to Mitsu and wait now for the next question.
(ooc: Sorry but Kev is a bit emo atm. >.< As am I. My posts are kinda suckish )

Seemed simple enough in that sense though of course the last one Mitsukai was a bit iffy on. Fighting for him was not much of a problem after she did agree to do this so it made sense, she had already trained with Gabriel before so it was not going to be that big of a deal, protecting shouldn't be too hard as well. It was the gathering people for his little army that was the more challenging part. They really picked the WRONG girl for the job. Mitsukai had the social skills of a badger, even though she had made some friends now she was still relatively anti-social. How the hell could she persuade others to follow Gabriel when she could still barely talk to anyone?
It was a pity, especially since this was her first task assigned to her and already she felt like she was failing. Well at least now she could actually ask for some tips on how to do it, after all Kevala was much better at that sort of thing then she was. Maybe she could ask for some guidance?
It was rather pathetic but it was worth a shot.
"I know this is kinda strange to ask but.......how do I get more people to join?" Damn it was hard to word that question right, very hard. Not to mention she felt INCREDIBLY stupid for just asking. But Mitsukai was not a normal girl so things that came naturally to others were hard for her to pick up. She could only hope that she wasn't laughed at or answered vaguely.........

Kevala looked at Mitsu with genuine surprise in her eyes. How do you get people to join? Was it really that hard for this girl? She stopped, letting her mind run over that one.
For Kevala it was not a big deal really. She asked, used her teasing nature and her other charms and would either get a yes or a no. Either way she went on about her business. She could care less what their answer was.
But Mitsu...the girl was mean and stubborn, but she was also not as confident as Kevala. Though she may have thought she was, Kev could tell she was not.
Slowly she would pull the page back to her and start to write, a little bite to her lower lip offered as she tried to think of how to put it into words....
All I can say is speak to them, get to know them, and try to get them to follow you. If you have trouble, speak to Gabriel. He may help you. He may not. It all depends on which side of him you get the day you ask.
Kev knew all too well that Gabriel had more mood swings than a hormonal pregnant woman. So it was always touch and go on what mood you would catch him in on what day.
She would hand the paper back to Mitsu and wait now. Not sure how else to explain the way she did things. Kev was just......Kev...there was nothing really to it. Or at least in her mind she was nothing special, so it should not be so hard to accomplish her some of her duties....Right?
