It was lunch, the greatest time off day for most kids besides Voodoo. He changed after a little run in with Kevala over at the hospital. It was probably better that he did anyways. This way he gets what he wants. He does want he wants and will act however he pleases, woman or man.
Why did she have to do that. She obviously likes him. So who cares what she thinks. I do. No you don't.
Voodoo continued to walk the halls looking at all the people who had someone to hold. Boyfriends and girlfriends.
That's what I want. No, you want to be free. It's better.
Which side Voodoo chose would depend on future events.

Kevala was at the school because she could never really get away from the place. She was a pillar after all. Making her way down the hall and not really paying attention to much going on around her.
Why?
Because she was like that. ADHD out the ass and easily distracted.
But that was another matter entirely. Reaching up and tucking a bit of hair behind her ear she would sigh softly as she reached into her back pocket, pulling out her cell phone and sliding it open to look at the time.
Yeah, she still had time before she needed to be home.

Voodoo seemed to be cruising down the halls debating whether or not to actually go to next class period. It would be better to just diitch it but then...
As voodoo glanced right he noticed something he wish he never had. it was her, Kevala. She was at the school and she was not going to be happy with him. Ducking down and around other students he would try to stay at the farther wall away from him. He would have to use the kids as protection.
*RING RING*
Crap, This ws going to get much more difficult. Evading her while all the other kids are running too class. What a nightmare.

Kevala would look up just to see him ducking down. A light sigh passing her lips as she shook her head. She honestly had time to cool down and now was not as mad as she had been earlier in the week.
"Voodoo. Stop hiding from me."
She said in a soft and gentle tone. A smile once more curling upon her lips as she stopped to look at him.
She had meant to talk to him before now but had been so busy with life and what not that it was just hard to get around to.
But now seemed like the perfect time as the others were heading off to class.

Rolled. She caught him just as he was about out. He had his getaway and her snake eyes caught him. Now was as good as any to take care of the issue. Last time they spoke she wanted a fight so he was going to keep his guard up. He turned real quick to face her.
"Kevala, how have you been?"
HE was going to try and keep it cool cause he was really not looking forward to hitting a girl in front of people. Luckily the halls were about deserted. So if anything did go down he wouldn't be ashamed.

She would continue to smile as she kept her eyes upon him, always watching, because that is just what she did.
"I am good. Look I wanted to apologize for the other day. I get a bit touchy when it comes to Gabriel is all. I am sorry."
She would think to herself over the matter but say nothing. No, she had her own little mind working now and would use her own abilities in this situation. She was prepared for this to go either way. It was all a matter of how he reacted.

So she was just apologizing huh. He could deal with that. Was he supposed to apologize to. HE decided he might as well just to show respect.
"I'm sorry too. You really didn't want to hear my self pity so whatever you know?"
He would continue to stand there and wait to see what she had to say.

She shrugged softly, not really bothering to look up at him, more out of a coy play at feeling bad than anything else.
"No it is fine really. I just had a bad day that day and was less that understanding. I completely understand what it is like to feel that way. I just want you to know, that I heard what you said before you left the hospital.
You know know...I have no family either. So yeah."
Pain edged her tone as she spoke and then fell silent. She was trying here, that was all she could really do.

Ouch. The one thig he said to try and hurt her and she turns it around on him. That was the problem with ladies sometimes. They turned everything you say against you. It just wasn't fair.
"I'm sorry Kev. I didn't mean to hurt you too. If I would have known I wouldn't have brought up the issue. Are you okay?"
Now he felt bad. Why did it always work against him. Every time whatever he says gets used against him. It really was starting to get annoying. Him being sad for Kev turned his hair and eyes a very dark blue color to look like he had the blues.

"It is alright. I mean, I have always felt like I had somebody out there, but I just cannot find them. It is so strange."
She would again shake her head, trying to block whatever it was that kept her searching. Kept her hoping for something more than what she had right now.
She would then brush her tongue over her lips as she cast a glance back up to him, another soft smile offered toward him.

She was so innocent and sweet and he had to go and hurt her. Oh well, he was sorry but wasn't going to get all sappy about it.
"Or maybe you have everything you will ever need but you just don't see it yet. There out there you just need to maybe not look so hard.
It may have been the worst advice in the world but that was all he could think of. He wasn't trying to make it sound sappy yet it does. Why does all advice have uncalled for effects sometimes. Like really, why now. Why did it have to turn sappy now.

She would only continue to smile as she looked over him. Honestly she knew what he spoke was the truth but she did not mean to look as hard as she did. And in all honesty she didnt. They found her. EVERY single time!
The only man she had ever really gone after on her own was Gabriel and that never did seem to work out did it?
So with a light shrug she would sigh softly and once more speak up.
"I suppose you are right. I just have to wait and see."
With that she would move to lean up against the wall of the hallway, keeping her eyes upon him as they continued to speak.
"So what are you up to today?"
Figured she might as well ask. Seemed the only right thing to do.
