Art Request please

I have a request for an artist to do a basic outline of something for me.

I need the basic outline of the soldier memorial boots, rifle, dogtags, and helmet, just the outline, and off to teh side as if facing the memorial a soldier saluting. This on like a scroll rolled parchment burned and old and ripped on the edges. Make the parchment scroll big enough up top for a title similar to the decleration of independance.

Nothing fancy just an okay outline of the whole dealio.

Yuh just an outline, the saluting soldier and the memorial stands are going to be colored black from your sketch and the rest will be made other colors, its going to be a tattoo.
