No movement on his end, predictable. Not that it was in either of their favor or not it merely meant that the boy was more of a back seat fighter, waited on an enemy to come to them and in which case was a better suited advantage for JAus. He wasn't faster but there were other advantages he'd gained, strength for one gave him an instant advantage now the means to et close and strike were particularly different.
Jaus would step forward firing yet another left fisted strike, by now he assumed that the boy with a superior speed would win out. So in his expectancy the strike would miss giving him nothing but and open torso with a single right guard to defend it.
However Jaus lowered his right guard to ark across his chest to defend a potential low blow strike or even prevent a left side evasion to get behind Jaus but he was prepared regardless.

to jaus's probably expectancy, Victor stepped backwards, dodging, the boy had a solid defense, he was being very meticulous about his fighting, guarding as he was attacking, in theory he was a great fighter, and he was very passionate about winning as well. Victor was curious just how passionate, the entire time and even now Victor had been judging the boy. here was the point where the boy would keep attacking and attacking until he tired himself out
"Tell me if you don't mind, what drives you?" Victor asked the simple question, not actually attack back, simply crossing his arms over his black shirt that covered his massive chest, waiting for the boys next strike

A firm grin set on Jaus' features as he charged again This time a hint of confidence in his aura. His steps rhythmically paced in an instant his speed as normal as it'd been before but his left hand began to glow with an increased aura of energy.
"Right now, its landing a hit on you."
In a sudden burst the aura of energy around his left hand would become a physical force of energy extending his reach a good two feet longer than it'd been before aiming to swipe at Victor's cheek and knock a defiant blow to him.

as jaus launched forward Victor did something probably unexpected, launching himself high into the air he flipped right over jaus, though his choice made him fail to notice that jaus's attack could be made somewhat projectile. "Fair enough" Victor said as he landed gracefully, jaus had a completely open back to hit, but Victor simply stepped back, giving them space again
of course having dodged his projectile attack had just slammed some poor boy in the face. oh the casualties.
so the boy had something of a one track mind, that was always curious.
As jaus would turn around Victor would shoot forward with immense speed, his right fist going in for a powerful hook that would send jaus to the floor, his left staying low around his midsection to catch any sort of counterattacks, this fight was still interesting yet.

Jaus would take the blow harshly backing up a few steps back, it was a rough punch but again he'd felt worse days ago when he'd battled the likes of warriors in the Alaska school. This was just another showy display of power and he didn't like where he saw it going. There were other ways of displaying force but this boy hadn't shown Jaus his best either an in that disgraced him with little more than pity, it vexed him.
"I'll give you the victory of force by all means, but your display of power, its simply something I'd not condone."
With that said Jaus would pick himself up, slid the coat on and walk away without much concern, Victor had the right to follow him but Jaus wouldn't turn lest there was something of interest in it for him.

Victor smiled, the boy didn't like being toyed with, it reminded Victor of his feelings whenever he fought gabriel. great Victor had become more like gabriel... that almost made Victor sick to his stomache "You have a good point, and its not something I would have normally done... but I wanted to see your limits" Victor said, he hadn't really wanted the Victory, he just wanted to have a good time. "Fighting for me is a... passtime of sorts, I just like to have a good time, and I'm sorry if you feel insulted" Victor said, nodding to the man "if you want I'll make it up to you sometime, and I'll fight you at my fullest, with everything I have, if you're up for it, I'd really enjoy that" Victor said, a smile coming to his lips
he could imagine being in jaus's place, chances are he'd get the cold shoulder right now, but it was the least he could do to offer the thought of it.

"Yes..."
Jaus said simply still walking on an irrelevant aura to himself disconcerned for what'd just occurred. He'd want nothing short of the best at all times even if it meant he was destroyed he wanted to grow not be spoon fed his learning efforts. Everything was to gained with a grain of salt.
"I think that'd be best."
Till next time, Jaus was gone.

Victor nodded, the yes he had gotten was more than he had expected in all honesty.
what jaus didn't know was Victor was also trying to test himself, he had always relied on his qi far too much, he was trying to grow stronger without it. it was of little consequence, they would fight again, it was decided, and next time, Victor would hold nothing back.
