Today was just like any other. A fight had broken out near the clock tower in the middle of the school, the place Leon had clamed his territory, no one seemed to care as he stayed near the door all the time. Just sitting there when not in class. They remembered the first few days the school was open. Well those that remember spread rumors that change from time to time. They say Leon was not human, he was a demon of some sort. This brought attention he didn't want but it couldn't be helped. The old Lion of 552 was now Leon the Lightning Strike to 259. Seems nick names follow you around. But the most recently givin' was The Lightning Dragon.

But back to the fight, it was between two Junior boys and a single Senior, well it wasn't much of a fight yet, but it was escalating to one, as The blonde boy sat there with his eyes closed, the others taunting him trying to get a rise out fo him. A crowed forming around wanting to see why the rumors called him such names, the two Juniors looking for some fame. finally it got to the point where one of the boys was frustrated enough to actually throw a punch. Well the blonde boy hadn't moved since this whole thing started, but his eyes opened quickly, dark blue hues starring the boy in the eyes as the Seniors left hand raised up to stop it, his body glowing as it made impact, the fingers clasping around it.

Now the glowing? Yeah thats somethign you dont see every day. His hair stuck up more spiked than before, and he was in fact glowing. The boy tried to pull his hand back and was losing composure from the glowing, the other kid was struck by fear and couldn't move. Leon then released his Qi electricuting the boy whos hand he had in a flash of light and electric buzzing. The kid yelled and fell tot he ground comvulsing. It wouldn't last long he was just slightly peralized. Also the electricity in his left glove had almost been completely drained fromt hat, his only other source of electricity to obsorb is the right glove and whats left of the left one. Soon he would be using the electricity he was generating. Which was never very much.

He desided to stop putting on a show and stood up looking at the other boy, who got his wits back before Leon could react and slamed a good kick into his gut. This slammed him into the tower and the western wall cracked. He looked back at the guy in time to notice the other foot coming at his face, he moved slightly to the side, as the foot made contact with the wall, Leon ducked down and shot forward slamming his right fist into the bridge of the kids nose. He was flung back, but ok none the less. Ok so this guy was stronger than his little friend over on the ground. Great.

Lightning. how very interesting. He also seems to be a good fighter. Very balanced and strong it seems. Though Jyo standing off to the side out of Leon's view. He had noticed the two students taunting Leon and figured he'd call them off. But then the fight broke out. jyo noticed how the guy moved and realized it must be this Leon person he had heard about. he also heard there was a possibility of the guy's fighting abilities being above his own in some aspects. Something that sent a jolt of abnticipation through him. After all an opponet who could beat you was a milestone you had to pass at some point. Having a goal was always nice.

He had been moving around observing the fight and the guy who got punched was flung back in arm's reach of Jyo. The arm shot out grabbing the guy by the shoulder in a vice-lick grip.
"Get your friend and clear out of here. You are way out of your legue against him." Jyo said. Jyo who had become well know got the desired reaction from the guy. He cleared out of the liike a bat out of hell.

Jyo looked to Leon.
"So the vaunted Leon. It's pleasure to see you in action." He said with a small smile as he walked up to Leon stopping roughly five feet away.

Leon looked to the boy who was getting ready for a new attack it would seem. The blonde senior didn't change in any faciel expressions, he just watched and waited for it. Though a flicker of his eye and he caught the person that touched the guy on the shoulder. So they would rather play with the Lightning Dragon than with this person? That was fine with Leon, as long as it didn't involve him. This school, these students, and they're events, they wheren't Leon's responsability. As everyone seemed ot have scattered among their own business the man stepped forward and seemed to be pleased with what he saw Leon do. Leon's just looked at him with his dark blue eyes scanning his body language, trying to make out what he was thinking.

In response to what he said Leon closed his right fist, a jolt snapped from his hand to the ground. Leon wondered who he was, he looked slightly familier, and he felt as though he should know this person. But he didn't really care. He stood there looking at the red haired man without twitching or any other movements besides blinking. Finally he turned his head to the side and his face changed to one of worry as he noticed how badly that fight could of ended if he used any more of a charge on the first boy. He didn't look at Jyo he just spoke.

"And you are?"

Leon wasn't really up with the times if thats what you like, didn't have a T.V, and he didn't read the news paper. He didn't even talk to anyone, except sometimes the officials ask him favors. Only because of his acceptional driving skills.

[Jyo]

Jyo looked over at Leon and a thin smile appeared on his face. He laced his fingers behind his back and turned on his heel to fully face Leon. The jolt from the guy's hand to the ground got a raised eyebrow from him.
"Oh nobody truely of importance. Really just someone who spotted the potential in the display of fighting. Granted I'm sure it was not even close to what you can really do. It simply got me curious." He said in a soft tone. His green eyes locked onto Leon's blue ones.

"You can call me Jyo. A transefer from #499" He added with a slight half-bow to Leon and even was able to make this small guesture oddly graceful.

Leon looked back to him when he spoke his name, Jyo was familier a name, some events from 552 came running back in his mind. An abandoned gym, a night club, a broken leg, Auroth and the second war. But that Jyo was dead, no one comes back from the dead, no one. Leon also took a slight interest in the curiosity of Jyo in Leon's fighting, a half smirk played across Leon's mind as the electric attack he did earlier had already played alittle with his mind. He returned the bow as was his custom to be polite, but as he raised he would adress the first comment of it not even being close to what he could really do.

"You have no idea."

Leons left leg took a step back to turn his body side ways. He would only have been silent for that little gesture and then would flick his thumb under his nose as he became loose.

"Wanna see?"

Jyo gave a small smile at the comment. He doubted seriously he would be shocked to see what this person could do after what he had been through. But he felt there was a good chance this person's abilities might exceed his own. Not something too amazing but something rare to say the least.
"I'm very curious as to what you can do." He said and he let his left foot lead by about seven incheds and his left arm rose slightly as his right stayed hanging at his side.

He then started simply walking to Leon while keeping his stance. Lately jyo had rarely made dashing movments. He often moved this way as he could spring into action at any given time and it would hold the element of surprise.

((OoC: Wow your really getting up there stat wise, I think its time I got more active with this character. XD))

Leon pulled his arms up and made them loose fists so to stay ready incase it came down to that. He would slide his right foot to his left and his left would follow to see Jyo's reaction, then he would move back, this was a simple tactic to see if the stance an apponent uses has any opening when they have to move, or turn. Hoping to find an opening before he got too close and everything went into action. At the very least these two combatants movements would be hard for anyone at all to pick up. The obviouse aura's of the two seemed to not even clash yet, it was all caution and error, it sems both persons have moved passed the trial and error methods of their lives.

Leon knew that the moment of combat was now apon them. Would it be obviouse enough for Leon to pick up, or did it even exist? A weakness is not eazsily seen.

Seeing Leon move back jyo was given his opening window of movement. He pushed off with his right leg. His tense muscles couldn't be seen due to his slacks so no physical sign would be noticed except for him closing in quickly and his left foot raised to slam into Leon's ribs while he was still moving back. He was also ready to move in the way needed for a counter. One skill Jyo had picked up over his time as a fight was the ability to be able to make movments without giving any sign of motion except the needed motions making it hard to detect what he was going to do until he was already moving.

Jyo was faster than Leon had anticipated, though he shoul of suspected such thins coming from a transfer, he wasn't like the others here who where still developing their basic skills, he was an expert from a school of horrors, as Leon was, though their pasts completely seperate from each other, are strickingly similer in trials they had to go through. But that was the only similarity. Leon had his arms in front of him as he was movign which was a good enough thing where he was able to get one of them infront of the blow to obsorb the impact, as it pushed him back across the ground he made sure to keep his eyes on Jyo so as to not lose him in a minor mistake as looking down to check the damage, if it hurt then it was alright.

Leon slightly bent his knees and leant forward for the short slide, and raised hsi arms up like a boxer. He used his Qi to sense where Jyo was, every person has an electrical field no matter how small its their, and he would feel Jyo's field, which would help him if he did lose Jyo.

After his attack jyo let his foot touch down and simply stood there in his opening stance with a look of interest on his face. Not many people had been able to block an attack by Jyo when he sprang out like that. Jyo had the feeling his estimation was correct. he wuld not be able to take this lightly in any way. He would have to most likely go all out. He decided to stand there and wait for Leon to make his move.

Leon stood there for a few moment trying to drain the lights near by of electricity, the clock tower seemed to stop moving, and his body began to glow, as small shocks jumped all around him, one jumped from his back to the grass, and the blades of grass in the area seemed to have been cut in half. He was getting a good charge from this and he sprang forward. He may not of been as, hmm, disciplined in his movements as Jyo seemed to be, but he did seem to know what he was doing. He hit the ground with his right foot and shot out an upper cut with his left arm trailing electric spark behind it, his left leg would be sent out after that going for a straight kick at Jyo's gut, as the hight difference prevented a chest blow for the time being.

Jyo gave a slight smile seeing the sparks flaring up. A clearly large charge had been built. But jyo also knew the perfect way to counter such a thing. He jumped up into the air as Leon came in and his left leg snapped out aimed for his chin. Jyo did take the punch though and it hit his waist and Jyo clearly felt the blow. But Jyo wasn't grounded meaning the shock factor was really eliminated. At least beynf a slight spasm of his muscles as he was knocked back and landed lightly keeping the grin.
"Impressive. But electric current doesn't do much of anything when the target isn't grounded. Granted that was still an impressive ability you displayed." he said while on gaurd in case leon attacked while he was speaking. Jyo wasn't foolish enough to drop his gaurd until a battle was over.

Leon knew better than to pull out of an attack in a nice brawl fight, even if you where about to be attacked, Jyo had taken to the air, which took away from the shock factor.The charge remaining in his arms wasn't enough when he disperced it in the upper cut too early. Though he did get contact it wasn't the kind he was looking for. He was moving his free hand into position to try and get infront of the kick, but it was too little too late as it hit him in the chin sending him back into the side of the tower. He listened to what Jyo had to say and smiled.

"Thanks, nice kick."

He then seemed to have his right hand stick to the tower as he pulled from it his muscles bulged as he threw a strained punch as if held back by something, but as he did so, the electricity would cut through the ground towards, Jyo, only to disperse into what some call a strike of lightning from the ground straight up sending up dirt and cement chunks as Leon burst through it comg through side ways his leg shot forward, the foot bending back to make the impact point the heel, it would be headed straight for Jyo's chest, no electricity since there was fewer places to gain juice from further away from the clock tower. He would be able to land the blow on the chest because of his flexible side kicks.

One thing Jyo noticed was that Leon was Quick. But not quick enough to overwhelm Jyo. The tall student leapt back as the lighting made it's effect. And he didn't fail to notice Leon comthing through. All the motion might have distracted some but Jyo could make out every motion perfectly. His hands wrapped around Leon's foot as he landed and leaned back absorbing the impact better and then using Leon's momentum against him to swing him into the ground literally cracking the dirt around him and letting go of the leg as his right foot came down with his heel aimed for Leon's chest. Jyo wasn't going to take this lightly. He was pretty sure Leon's could do much better and Jyo would make sure and push him to reach it. It was rare for Jyo to be given a challenege and he could sense it right here. leon might even be able to beat him. But not unless his actual fighting technique was better and came to bear for that was Jyo's greatest strength of all. He was faster and stronger than many and could read movments in a way few could match. But his true strength was the fact he seemed to have no limits as to his ability to adapt in a fight. His vast library of techniques allowed him to face any foe and if need be he would bring it all to bear in this battle.

john felt impact, but not the kind he wanted. His eyes opened in wonder as on the other end of his leg was a hand, and he felt the imnpact of the ground as it cracked under his weight. Nerxt thing he saw was a leg coming down on top of him. He shifted onto his side avoiding the foot, as it was to hit the ground instead of his chest he would grab the knee pant leg and pull himself up spinning around to throw an upper cut as he spun around, his other arm alreadt taking position just incase, this close proximity he could feel Jyo's electric field and if he moved he would feel more than see it. But if he just relied on feeling it would be like having no depth perception, he needed to look at it. So left arm upper cutting and right arm at the ready, legs still gaining their balance on the earth again.
