Verloren In Gedanken Lunchtime.
It was a short time where people got together, ate, drank.. and in this case, fought all day long. Lunch time was rarely peaceful, usually full more of various different assaults on other peers and sometimes the staff of 259. The more quiet groups that talked nonsense were no better. Gossiping led to rumors, and rumors destroyed the reputation of people, or hurt them deeply within themselves. Even without a thrown punch or a kick.. fights could be fought, with words. Always, things had a tendency to go off into something, on something of a fairly daily basis. And hence the generally termed 'stand-alone, 'loner'' gig that Jonathan seemed to have picked up. Not really wanting to get to know the people, he'd already stereotyped them. It made him no better, and he disliked himself for it.. but, for the time being, he sort of just preferred to keep his distance, anyways, and watch others, anyways.
Taking a orange juice box to his mouth with his right hand, he slowly drained it, eyes looking up, beyond the glasses, as he leaned against one of the front schoolyard trees. His school lunch was at his feet, still with a spicy chicken burger, a small bag of some Goldfish, and a bottle of water, but, he wasn't concerned about that right now.
Eyes were attuned to the swaying tree leaves, as the green-like vines swept about him, making strange patterns of lines to see the blue skies and the clouds beyond them. Comfort. That was what the clouds were to him.. and Nature's green was always soothing. At this point, he was so lost, he dropped the empty juice box to the ground, without even noticing it, a fight possible of happening without him hearing it. His long white hair had already caught itself on the trees, as he rested his left foot against it, both hands.. absentmindedly pocketed, and his normal attire on. Stony, unchanging face aside, things weren't so bad.
..He felt pretty good right now.

Her day had not gone well, softly stepping outside to feel the breeze upon the flesh of her face. She'd look to the side, eyes casting about. She hadn't made any friends, and she wasn't sure if she had wanted to. Letting her ragged pink converse skidding across the ground as she made her way down the sidewalk.
She was heading home, she'd had enough of 259 for one day. Thin legs hidden behind plaid black and green pants moved quickly. She didn't want to get question by any possible staff lingering about. Her backpack slung over her shoulder, black hoodie smoothed over her torso. Pink strands of hair tasseled about her cute little head as she quickly went on her way.
"This school is all just one big ass joke."

Dreaming, Dreaming---!? Dreaming.
~Constantly, constantly, it was raining, people rushing through the tall grass fields. He himself was constantly slipping on the mud underneath, being trampled over constantly. But his fingers always kept a grip in the mud. Always had to get at least an inch closer, even though he was sliding away from the top by feet every few minutes. Never enough. What he gave, what he did, what he thought.. never enough. He just didn't hope enough. Couldn't give in like this, not now.. Shadows came sprawling behind him.. and at once.. everything stopped, as he closed his eyes. Felt cold. He opened up again. Apparently, he was standing. Looking up, he saw why the sudden change of weather. Snowing. Flakes came about him, but he did not smile. Wanted to, but he couldn't bring himself to. The snow wasn't some terrible, freezing thing. It was a place.. he felt at peace. A place that.. visions began shifting about again... and he was at the tip of his fingers, off the side of some strange cliff, his grip weakening.. people reaching down, just a few inches from his hands..---~"This school is all just one big ass joke."Blink.
He looked around.
..It was snowing.
Hurriedly, a girl was walking on the sidewalk. Didn't have a fifth period, probably. Even so, he was still very out of it.. so much to the point that after being half-freaked out (though his face never showed it), he balanced himself up, his right hand, waving over to her, in a back and forth, side-to-side motion."..Ja.. ja.. ja..."Clearly, still out of it, he muttered 'yes, yes, yes' in German as he blinked profusely, waving over to her, but staring in front of him, across the field. Wasn't really saying anything to anyone, but, in truth, his eyes were hazy, and he waving in front of himself, as if to move away the haze. Snow wasn't terrible, but, felt as though he couldn't see.
...
Ja.

Hurry, always in a hurry. Well, when it came to 259 she always hurried, hurrying to get away from it. But now, a sudden chill was upon her and as the snow flakes fell upon her she's stop in her tracks. Blue eyes blinking as she looked up.
"......Snow?"
she had remembered the last time she had seen snow. When she was in Japan. Her father had been on his way home from work, heading to their house and he had stopped to play with her. Now, a soft smile had fallen upon her lips.
"....Dad."
But as soon as the warming thought had entered her brain she'd shake it away. Scowling to herself and tucking a few strands of pink hair form her face. No, she wouldn't think of him. On her way again, but soon stopping when she heard someone.
"..Ja.. ja.. ja..."
She stopped, her body freeseing. Halting sudden;y as she stared at him. Blue eyes watching him closely. Was he some sort of staff member? If she got caught one more time skipping class her mom would kill her!!!
"....great. Just great."

"Hey." "....Great. Just great."That certainly roused Jonathan out of his senses. Shaking his head, he looked up. Blue-eyed girl, pink haired. Never seen her before, at this school. Part of him just wanted to look down and ignore her, but, the fact that she'd acknowledged him, even with contempt.. meant he had to respond. Somehow."..H-Huh..? Wh-What d-do y-you w-want?"..Better yet.. a good time to practice his speech."..Wh-Wh-Wh-Where y-you h-headed?"They were simple questions, but, from his rather deep voice, it was hard to tell if he was accusing her of something, or just simply asking. But hell.. how else was he supposed to get around to being himself without talking? Finding out who he was as a person?

He had acknowledged her. Definitely noticed her, now he'd speak. Watching her. She bit her lower lip, she'd be damned if she was caught again by another faculty member.
Mother couldn't know about this one. Calamity had been a major failure to her mother's life, and Calamity wouldn't let something like this leak out to her mother.
"..Wh-Wh-Wh-Where y-you h-headed?"
She'd square off, letting her back pack drop to the sidewalk as she'd glare at him. Head slightly cocking to the side as she let her fists clench at her side.
"I don't think thats any of your business."
Make your move.

Clash of Frustrations "I don't think thats any of your business." The largest thing in the world, without fail, was human misunderstanding. The thing that assured that misunderstandings would break out into full-fledged quarrels was the matter of pride that everyone had in themselves to defend themselves, was human pride. Wars broke out, and thousands of people died from such simple misunderstanding. Politics were fought like child-like arguments: Easy to avoid if someone just stepped down, but everyone too full of themselves to ever do something like that, afraid to make themself appear as weak. Ironically, it often grows more and more obvious in these days that the person who manages to restrain himself shows him/herself to have more true strength then anyone would ever guess. Something that no one would ever see, unless spelled out directly to them. For Jonathan... he was no exception.
..Even if what this would lead to. Even though he was aware. But then, what else could he do?
A small smile lit up in his eyes."..Y-You're g-g-going t-to f-fight m-m-me?" How interesting. His voice remained the same tone. Couldn't help it much if it sounded serious, but it was meant to be just a light question. Obviously, some sort of mentality of misunderstanding was going on here, but, he didn't start it. Not on purpose, anyways. And was never one to be a flake, anyways.
Intent.
The look in this girl's eyes, the sound in her voice.. analyzing her. Her body tensed up. She could defend herself.. but she wasn't as strong as his previous opponent, who only needed to punch him once. No, she was strong, couldn't underestimate her.. but... huh. This girl's fists were already clenched. And they were on the school grounds. This could prove problematic. Oh well.
His left foot pivoted in front of him, as he kicked his lunch to the side with his right, moving it just half a foot behind his left to make himself a smaller target in his stance. Jonathan's left hand, fist clenched, with his right hand fisted, also guarding the other side of his face. Boxing position all ready. She'd been kind enough to give him the first move, but this would be definitely more violent then his random 'spar' with Ichimaru, since this seemed so much more desperate.
This was the land of the free. Women's Equality, right here. He ebbed closer to her, because not being able to look into her eyes.. not being able to see the emotion in them would be fatal on his end. He needed to be able to see those shadows of hints, if he was going to fight her. "..L-Let's g-go."And with that, he closed in the distance, his left foot going diagonal to her, to her right, with his slight dash, pivoting his left foot around, as he launched a light jab at her face, his head hunched over, using his jabbing fist's shoulder to provide some cover to his face, as he tucked himself into it, his right hand guard up, just four inches away from his face, his right hand ready, his eyes.. watching, ready to see the reaction.
How long would he last?
Statistics Comparison: Strength: Calamity is 4X stronger then Jonathan. Dexterity: Calamity and Jonathan are equal in speed. Constitution: Calamity is 360% more endurable then Jonathan. Wisdom: Jonathan is 272.7% wiser then Calamity. Intelligence: Jonathan is 187.5% more intelligent then Calamity. Charisma: Calamity is twice as charasmatic as Jonathan.

She wasn't much of a fighter, but she wasn't going to be taken away. Not back into the school, mother would definitly find out. So as he to took his own action, her eyes watching as he kicked his lunch to the side. An eyebrow would gently raise as she licked her lower lip.
"..L-Let's g-go."
Yes, most defnitly. He planned ot fight her, and this was for sure as he headed towards her. She was silent, watching as he closed in on her. And he took the first jab, she'd side step him, taking a step back as she grit her teeth. Now, arms raised as she'd take a swing at his face. A few strands of pink hair falling into her face as her fist flew in his direction.

OOC: >_> I'm left to assuming that your either attacking either my guarded right side of my face, or else my tucked in left side of my head. Assuming your attacking my left!Foresight, But Not Quite She was fast, whoever she was. But.. he could keep up with her. As she side stepped to his left. The look on his face never once changed. It was his eyes that were dancing. What was this feeling? The very same as in his fight against Ookami. His eyes.. never left looking into her eyes, as it provided the best view of what she was doing in general. Her dukes were up, and she swung into him, with quite a lot more destructive power then he could ever throw in a single jab. But, his head already tucked in, his jab quickly retracting, as it was a textbook boxing jab, he used this to his advantage, weaving lower, feeling the fist brush past his head, and making slight contact with his head. But, to avoid most of it, he managed to avoid a severe jarring, continuing as if he were uninjured.
After weaving, he bobbed up, to the side where the punch was thrown, her right. and pivoted his left foot to step in, dragging his right foot as quickly as he could in the rush of the few seconds that always seemed to feel like a life time. Both his dukes were already back up, and he feinted bringing a straight to her face, but pulled it back, before it even got seven inches away, using this as a distraction for his right shin to come up to hers, kicking her there, in an attempt to trip her.
He was weak.. he could not deny that, but, as long as he could forsee her momentum, maybe... he could stand a fighting chance.
..But he wasn't increasing his breathing, though his heart demanded more oxygen, his face stony as ever. Problematic.
Very problematic.
His glasses shined.
Glasses.
More problems. He remembered his weakpoint..
Very problematic.

Dammit.
She had missed and now her eyes narrowing upon him, those steel blue orbs focusing closely on him. As if he was her prey, and she the lion. But he had slightly distracted her now, faking a quick move and going for her shin. And now, falling.
Falling...falling. This feeling was familiar, very familiar. A memory she had tried to push away, but now was creeping upon her like a black plague.
she hadn't expected this, and his attempt to trip her had succeeded. She'd fallen, and then the loud sickening thud of her skull upon the pavement. Something neither may have seen coming.

Anticlimactic Turn Life for all its turbulence, was ever always full of ups and downs. But what made people strong was their ability to get up. Human stubbornness. The pride in people. For all our weaknesses, it was amazing when in fact it was 'us' as the people of this world who created so many amazing pieces of architecture, such as the Great Pyramids, the ancient city of Rome, and technological ingenuity of modern day devices that we take for granted on a daily basis. But, when faltering, the only way that a person could stay down was to choose to stay down.
Depression was always an option, but it was one that Jonathan personally despised. Something he had noticed.. when depressed, you mope into self-pity. And in self-pity, you only think about yourself, therefore.. being wholly selfish. Human weakness, but he was as vulnerable to it as anyone else. Likewise.. as it was something that made him truly despise himself.. to see a reflection of himself in some manner of form in this manner caused a touch of anger. Even if it never showed up on his face.
Why was she falling? Compared to him, she was the tougher of the two. In fact, he was pretty sure that his kick would've just caused just a fleck of pain, and he'd have to back away to defend from the next upcoming attack. Her was fairly harder then his, he was almost certain that it he hurt himself a little more then her. ..Why was she falling?
The thud came suddenly. A crack. She'd fallen on the pavement. His face remained unchanging, as he looked at her. Looking at her. His eyes seemed so.. hollow. What was there to say?
Quietly, he walked away, over to his lunch, and picked up his sandwich, still wrapped up in its foil, with his right hand. Tearing at the foil with his teeth, he ripped it off, spitting it to his side, and took a bite into it, but, his eyes never left the prone form of the girl. Wasn't his style to hit anyone, when they were down.
Sitting down.. he just the consuming silence cave in around them, as the snow fell.
That akward feeling..
..That silence."..."
"...S-So. A-Are y-y-you g-g-getting u-up? O-Or a-are y-you l-l-letting y-y-yourself b-be d-de-defeated a-a-and/o-o-or k-k-k-k-killed b-by a-a-a w-weakling l-like m-my s-s-self?"Swallowing derisively, he took another bite. His throat felt dry. Dry with disgust at this turn of events, the fight much too short, though he was ashamed to admit it. There was no real pity in his own voice.. he had his own problems, after all. And if she'd let herself get defeated by trash, then what was the point of her fighting at all?
His eyes never looked away.

Stirring, a hand lifting to softly touch the back of her head. The flesh was tender, and slightly sore. Her legs lifted, bringing them in closer under her body as she'd balance herself upon her knees. Her other hand was now pressing against her head, and she was silent.
Blue eyes fixed on the sidewalk, that is till the boy had spoken. And her head would slightly drift in his direction. Blue eyes suddenly narrowing upon him yet again. Her left hand reached over for her backpack, while the other stayed upon her head. Softly touching it, now standing. Lifting herself from the ground.
She'd bring her backpack closer to her body and stare at him. She had obviously been mistaken, he wasn't a teacher, probably not even a faculty member. And has her tongue glided along her lower lip she'd finally decide to speak.
"Your a student, aren't you?"

"Ich" "Your a student, aren't you?""..Ja."Shrugging slightly, he took a third bite, but put it down, to where his little card-board tray was set up, and stood himself up, pressing on the ground with his left hand.
He took a few cautious steps to her, his eyes mixed with emotion, but.. his face still hard as a rock, seemingly petrified, save for the slight amount of breathing through his nose. About a good three feet away. Good distance to give her breathing space. Good distance in case she was still angry, and decided to attack. But he assumed a slightly more vulnerable position, his arms hugged around him, his long white hair going over his shoulders, capable of becoming a potential blind spot, in case he suddenly had to evade her."...S-So.. s-still g-going t-to f-fight m-me, o-or w-will y-y-you b-b-be g-going o-on y-y-your w-way?"Another simple question. Either way, he had nothing to do. And it's not like he got bored that easily.. The only reason he fought her was because she had that look in her eyes. Right now, though.. he couldn't read them.
He just stood, waiting an answer, like some sort of statue.

"..Ja?"
She repeated him, blue eyes curiously watching the white haired being. There was something about him, something different. But she couldn't put her finger on it, and now she stared at him.
Ja? Ja?
"...S-So.. s-still g-going t-to f-fight m-me, o-or w-will y-y-you b-b-be g-going o-on y-y-your w-way?"
Her right hand would fall from her wounded skull, tucking a few strands of pink hair from her face and behind her ear. tilting her head to the side like a curious puppy.
"...Whats...your name?"

"Warten Sie, Was?" There was no way that this wasn't going to happen. Since the English 'Yes' was pretty easy to accommodate the German 'Ja' version of it, he'd begun using it for his more monosyllabic answers.--- "...Whats...your name?"Huh?
Jonathan blinked twice. The closest he usually gave for a double-take at things. Hadn't really expected that, but, she suddenly seemed a little more polite. The way she turned her head at him, when asking him helped to further accentuate the sudden 'kindly' feel, that this turn of events suddenly took.
For once, he looked away from her, over to one of the bare trees."..Jonathan Winters."His arms hugged around him a little tighter. The only English he could say without stuttering. Oh well. But, manners are manners, even if he wasn't entirely in the mood anymore.. Eyes flicking to hers for a moment, before looking away again, as if not quite sure what to do, he vaguely shrugged."..Y-Yours..?"
