Time flows funny, in all of us. And in yet some of the rest of us, time flows as if it had no control at all. It was the most promising of phenomenons, and yet, it was also the most confusing, and also on occasion, the most destructive. In Aternity, it had resulted in his paralysis, the removal of his Qi in some weird ways, among other things. It wasn't just gone, it was...suspended in a way. The flux he always felt was still there, but it simply lay dormant as he worked his lab.
Welcome to PHS259...another school, another job, and interestingly the source of a lot of his problems. Many transfers from where he worked over the years had once been students here, or were students here. In an odd time flux, some of those same students may not even know they had been transferred...or hadn't ever been transferred. Tis' an odd thing to know, and even odder to know that he probably wasn't much in the know compared to everyone else. So, alone in his office...lab...he worked, rather playing paddle ball from the confines of his wheelchair as a couple small experiments ran on his desk. Nothing to do with his job really.
But since when did he ever do anything with his job?
Exactly.
There was a small creak behind him, muffled by the sound of the whirring machine.
And as usually, the green and white haired one was completely oblivious...

Like a ninja, she blended in with the crowds, she prowled the halls... Once again. It hadn't been very long since her last visit to enroll her friend into school. What better a place, than one with so many charming people. Of course, there was no malice intentions behind sending Torrin to 259... It was just easiest... Not like she wanted someone to smack English into the little German girl... That was too cruel and far against Addie's new found self.
A smile curled onto her face whilst scanning the hallways, ever searching for the young girl whom took up residence in her apartment. People scurried off to class following the sound of the bell... Leaving Addie almost completely alone in the hall.... There went the element of surprise.
Great.
Oh well, she graduated not too long ago, so it didn't matter if a teacher cornered her to question things. So.. The next step.. Sneaking around and looking into the windows of the classrooms. Looking like a creep, the brunette tiptoed about, looking for her new friends amidst the students. Distractions always seemed to be Addie's worse habit. So easily will she stray from the path when presented with something equally amazing.
Her distraction..
A certain old friend... One of green and awesome.
Opening the door slowly, trying to be ninja like, but she had been failing at that since arrival. A creak of the door caught his attention. Looking over at the man who's hair had grown white in places.... Sitting in a wheelchair, it was a good friend....
"ATTTEERRRNIIIIIIITTTTTYYYYYYYYYY!!!"
With that Addie rushed into the room, closing the door behind her.. Although stopping abruptly... She didn't want to cause any trouble to..whatever he was working on. Waving at him, she'd remain in her place... Smile. Smile.
... .... .... ... "FUCK THAT!"
She hadn't meant to say that out loud. Addie broke into a run, trying her best not to knock things over before lunging at her friend in a wheelchair. GLOMPAGE!!.... it worked... Somehow. Wrapping her arms around the young man's neck as she grew closer, only to get a knee in the stomach.. He was sitting down after all.
"Atterrrniiitttyyy!! it's been so long man!"
COMMENCE CLINGING!

Hey! A ding! Right on time, one experiment done, another to begin...and...wait a second. The creaking. Was it getting louder? It was getting louder wasn't it? Who in bloody hell would dare come disturb him when he was doing his work? Well...paddle ball? He soon got his answer in the form of a rather loud yell from a voice in which was impossible to forget. Instinctively he tensed and looked up.
Target confirmed. Glomp imminent.
Brace for impact.
He easily had the right idea, as the one known as Addie Balfour charged the chair at maximum speed, not even stopping at what was his metallic knee. But for some reason, he was no longer angry. Seeing friends was always a nice thing to have, especially when going through the fun and misery that was PHS259.
"Jeebus Addie, not one to lose energy are yeh? Crazy lady."
Okay fine, Ternie would hug back.
"Indeed it has. I'd say where have you been, but that would be the wrong question wouldn't it?"

"A loss of energy is for suckers."
It was him! Sure... his hair was different and she wasn't used to seeing him sit so much... BUT IT WAS ATERNITY! Super pal extraordinary. There was a smile on her face as she clung to him, even though he had called her crazy, she was happy. Why not? Sure, she was always labeled crazy, that didn't matter; it was mostly jokes anyways. This one was not going to escape, the poor dear was doomed. Although, he did give her more reasons to visit the school.
HE HUGGED BACK! Friendship wasn't one sided.
She wasn't a monster forcing hugs upon the cute and innocent.... Savvy.
"Probably! I've been on the moon.... No not really. Just completing high school and you know.... working. ha ha ha." Smile smile... Cling.
Running into the metal knee of her friend, probably wasn't the smartest idea. It had been a while and the hug was spur of the moment... SOOOOOOOOOOO!! She had the right to forget about it. "What about yooooouuu? I haven't seen you in so long!!!" After squeezing her friend once more in her arms, she'd let go and kneel on the ground in front of him.
DAMN IT HAD BEEN FAR TOO LONG...since she had sat in such a position. Ever since she left Japan... It was uncomfortable, but she was far to lazy to move again. "What brought you here?"
A wide smile spread almost from ear to ear, whilst the brunette looked upon the face of her friend Aternity Awren.....
IT WAS A GOOD DAY...!!!
yeyeah~

"I suppose a loss of energy is for suckers isn't it? You haven't changed a bit."
And you know? That was a good thing. In a world of increasingly dark times, Addie was one of the few friends that had decidedly stayed happy. She was kind of like the non-family version of Lunari, which was totally awesome, because his sister was still his favorite person in the world...besides Enya of course. But considering that was a given, these two both were the next best things to epic in a human body.
"If you told me you were on the moon, I probably would have believed you."
He resisted the urge to make a comment on how she was about to graduate and stuff...would have made the poor boy sound very old...although to be honest, on the inside, his mind was rather old. And his body still had to be fixed back to its normal state...sooo...yeah.
"Well...I already finished college actually...then I broke my legs...again, and decided to get a job. So here I am."
He didn't go into the whole part about having a heart attack or anything, as not to worry his friend. Should it ever be necessary, he'd go into that, but for now, the doctors assured him it wasn't a big deal. He was instead worried more about his students.
"I need people in my classes you know...so I don't look like an idiot on my first day..."
Pity maneuver! Oh snap.

"What did you expect everyone to change?" She'd chuckle a little, smiling brightly up at her friend. "You sure seemed to have changed, love what you did with your hair. ha ha ha."It was indeed enjoyable to see her friend again, although more so since she was out of school. yes, there was a part of her that didn't like the idea of having a teacher that was once a classmate... It just didn't sit right with the girl, although she was a bit of a bitch that way. Good to see him. "Of course! Especially with your crazy ...qi..ness!"He what? WHAAATT!? O___O WHATTT THE FFFUUUUU-------- " YOU WHAT!? BUT...Aren't you younger than I am? HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE!?" She was shocked, a little confused and having fun over reacting. Amidst all the loud talked, there was a smile on her face, followed by laughter. She couldn't stick to the shock for long, it was fun regardless. "It's because yer pretty smart, right? Oooorrr...?" pausing for a moment, a smirk formed across her face as she noticed something.... HER LEGS WERE NUMB @__@ FFFF.... How do the Japanese sit like that for so long. She was unrefined... and far used to her life in america... >__>;;; "As for your class, I think I'll pass. No more classes for me! Although, I will tell Torrin about your class." Nervous laughter, whilst trying to ignore the annoying tingly feeling in her legs.... The numb feeling sucked.... D: T__T ; ^; x___o;;; @___@

"Yes, yes I did actually. That's why I changed my hair, I don't exactly fit in you know."
Ternie laughed a little genuinely. Indeed he never fit in. It was why he changed himself sometimes in rather outrageous ways. Because to be honest, the only winning move was to become so crazy looking sometimes, that you fit in by force. That logic had yet to work unfortunately, usually backfiring in a glorious and spectacular show of WTF and OMFG. And really? Again with the Qi? He hated explaining he couldn't teleport right now, so deftly, and by deftly, he meant blatantly...Ternie skipped the remark right over.
"Uhhh...not anymore actually...funny physics story about that, it's long and boring, so lets skip over it and say we both understand eh?"
And a pass on the class? How sad! He was looking forward to seeing Addie in one of his classes, but then again, advertising was good too. Okay, she was off the hook for that one, but it looked like she was slightly in pain too.
"You do realize there is a chair right behind you right?"

"It looks smashing. As for this nonsense of you not fitting in... That's not quite right!" Fighting the annoying feelings in her legs, the girl tried to pulled them from under her, using her hands to support her... trying to regain the feeling long since lost.... so cruel!! " I..ha ha ha... Think..ha ha ha aha ha!!!" It was so difficult to contain her laughter, so difficult... "You are a pretty cool cat... HA AH HA HA HA!"
Falling backwards, the brunette would look up at the ceiling with a smile on her face as she continued to break into random fits of laughter... NUMB LEGS WERE SO CRUEEELLL! "Sounds like a plan to me! In regards to your class, I would love to go to it, but seeing as I am no longer a student in this school, I really don't have the option of attending classes... HA HA HA HA!"
She tried her hardest and still failed. Heaving a sigh of relief, the young woman smiled brightly as the feeling slowly returned to her legs. It had been a long process... All because while she was laughing, the girl was moving about. Writhing with the tingly needle feel... Never quite fun. It was all under the cover of laughing her ass off rolling on the ground~ Awwweyeahhh.
It didn't matter if she looked odd.
"I'm well aware of that, but I thought the ground could be comfortable..." The girl spoke in a joking manner, slowly sitting up as she looked around the area... What was he doing?
Getting up, Addie would continue to look about in a suspicious manner, trying her best to understand everything with no information. "Soooooo~~~" Smirk. "What'cha doing?...and" She'd pause and turn her back to him for a moment before turning back. As if she was taking in the whole room and its contents. "What're yeh building and what are yeh going to blow up? You know Aternity, s'not good to plot evil in yer first little while at a new place."
Addie was trying to be funny.
Although, she was generally curious as to what he was doing and the class he was teaching. Aternity was a peculiar creature.

Yep. The crazy cat lady was off on another tangent. And nonsense? Ternie REALLY didn't fit in. He never did, but then again, that was what made life so much more fun to live in. Why she was cracking up in such a way was one of the great mysteries of Addie's personality, and sometimes even modern science. And really Addie was no longer a student?
"Ohh? You graduated then did you? Well congrats! But I don't think the ground is comfortable...I'm sure you've figure out that one by now you goof."
A small ding from the machine and a look over, then back at the rolling girl on the floor. Huh. It looked like he'd have to clean that up later, after all, girls like Addie didn't exactly stop laughing on their own. At least, it was very, very difficult. However amazingly, she DID manage to sit up and quack out enough words into a coherent question. And his answer?
"The same thing we do every night, Addie—try to take over the world!"
... ...
"But no really...trying to fix my legs. Blowing things up comes just a bit later me thinks."
Ternie rolled, picked up a vial from the machine, loaded it into an autoinjector, and fired it right into his arm. His faced twitched a little from the pain, then shook it.
"Meh. Still no good...I think I...huh."
His hair had a twinge of pink in it now.
"Well feck."

"Why thank-you! but I hope that doens't make you think you are free from me! Now that I know you are here, I'ma visit you all the time! BWUAHAHAHAHA!"
"The same thing we do every night, Addie—try to take over the world!"
Oh, so he was playing that game, eh?
"Narrf..."
She smiled at the young man, her bright blue stare locked upon him, following his every move. The poor little guy was... OKAY HE WASN'T LITTLE... Aternity was tall, really effing tall. That was besides the point. Watching as he took a questionable vial and attached it to some weird thing.
Zyrdate comes in a little glass vial A little glass vial? A little glass vial. And the little glass vial goes into the gun like a battery. Hhh-Hhh... And the Zydrate gun goes somewhere against your anatomy. Hhh-Hhh... And when the gun goes off, it sparks and you're ready for surgery!
Watching as his hair changed to add a little pink... Addie couldn't help but... laugh once again. It was just so amusing. Who would have thought such things could happen? Although, anything is possible with Aternity Awren..... Or the Awrens in general. Standing, looking at her dear friend, with a wide smile across her face... Trying her hardest not to be flung into another fit.
"I love the hair.....it's FFAB-U-LOUUUS!" Spoken like a true flamboyant gay man.

"Free from you? I wasn't free from you when I first met you? And now look? I don't even have a chance!"
That was less pity, more funny. It was like fate had told him to screw off, and as punishment for annoying it, Addie would assigned to be attached to him during most times of the day. Little did fate know that this was not a punishment at all! HAR! Take that destiny. His hair now pink however...it appeared that he'd have another full night trying to fix all the bloody mistakes he'd gone and made.
"Yeah...not exactly my colour though. I think I might need a hat for the next couple days eh? Hm."

"You are so right, you were screwed the moment you stepped foot in Point Hope.... Ha ha ha ha! Sorry Aternity, you'll be stuck with me for a while. S'all good, yer?" Addie smiled as she sat on a desk, making sure that it was one that was free from whatever it was Aternity was working on. Pushing her bangs out of her eyes, the girl was really happy. It was nice to be around and old friend. Regardless of the fact they didn't often see each other, Ternie was a good one.
"Good idea! A hat would do its job. Silly silly Aternity! I do hope you can find a way to fix your legs." smile. smile. " If you ever need help! I'm here."
A question... What was he teaching? It was a good question, since he was so young, what was he qualified to teach. Addie never under estimated him, it was Aternity! He was smart... .__. He was crazy.... and most likely to blow something up.... She could only hope she wasn't near the something when he did decide to blow it up.
"So friend, what are you teaching here at 259?"
