It made enough sense not to start a bloody feud, not in a world like this where the world between the dead and dying appeared almost nonexistent. Gabriel himself had had his share of close encounters to deal with. The first of which was long before he'd come into contact with this school, the second was shared with the correctional facility's activities. A third as he fought and nearly died at Moral crest and his fourth back here. All too close for comfort but then again Gabriel had a way of bouncing back, his nine lives growing ever shorter as he walked the dangerous trail.
That was something to surely be learned from others. A lesson he'd slowly caught onto in time. It was lonely at the top, but what made Gabriel different was his need to bring those around him up to his level even if they were behind it meant very little. In time they'd grow much like the sort that does. Time changed everything and there was always one last game to be had at a school like Public High School #259.
Even as he trekked across the basic school grounds mid-day whilst kids were in their classes he could remember his first meeting with David Blaze here. The man who made him who he was to this day. And always the very same threat that made him press harder for strength. The mind of "Unfettered" Winters watching over him from the infamous rooftops.
"hmmm hmmm hmmm....hmm hmm." Gabriel quietly hymned as he cornered the grass lot staring at the ground ignorant of those around him.
