Personality: Calm and collected, he makes no effort to hide his true nature. He is clear from the beginning that he wishes to destroy society's systems and replace them with the laws of the wilderness. He believes that only in a world ruled by the strong can there be true peace and an end to corruption and there's nothing he won't do to make that world reality. However he is also very calculated and will not move if there is no reason to. He has no problem serving another, if only temporarily if it will bring him closer to his goal, but makes sure that he has his men's loyalty at all times. Anyone swearing fealty to him and betraying that is quickly and mercilessly dealt with.
Mentality: Will do anything to see his dream comes true, no mater how cruel, unjust, dirty or humiliating it may be.
Ideal: The strong should rule the weak and should always be just.

His hair is short and well kept and his body is quite under-toned (again, by 552's standards, he could still kick the crap out of any regular bozo).

Description of style: If at all possible he'd rather not fight. he knows very well that his body has its obvious limitations as far as combat goes, however when he is forced or for some reason chooses to fight someone of an above-average level he is said to rely on a basic lightning affinity [ see Thunder God's Aura" in the Qi lists]. He can't hit hard or particularly fast but he can take hits and prides himself on the vast chi he has in his body that allows him to use his Qi almost indefinitely. Still, as mentioned before, he prefers leaving combat to the professionals.

History Information
History: Not much is known about Cicada's past. He was raised by a hermit for the first thirteen years of his life and learned the ways of the wilderness. It's through hours upon hours of deep meditation when submerged in the wilderness that he's developed his immense chi supply and its by running the forest paths that he's developed his good endurance. By interacting with animals he learned how to understand others and their moods as well as what base instincts drove them. He believes that humanity is the most bestial race on the planet and that the society it built to fool itself into thinking it was more, better even, than the rest of the animal kingdom, is the source of all its suffering. Animals should live as animals and this is something he has been trying to make reality since being integrated in society upon his "father"'s death four years ago. Since then he's met three people who now follow him faithfully, christened Butterfly, Wasp and Locust. These three are the only ones whom he trusts and he would entrust his life to either of them without hesitation. Which is good because his life is almost always in danger as over use of his Qi in the past has made his body weak and frail now, you'll often see him catching a violent coughing fit and have to swallow some sort of medicine pills to stop. He hides this weakness however as he is constantly recruiting more members for his movement, every day he makes it his duty to show others the decay that is society and bring them to his side. He has brought a great deal of people under him and they will spread like insects at his command, devouring society like starved locusts, striking at its leaders like a hive of maddened wasps, showing the beauty of the new world to all those who would walk bravely into it like an ephemeral cloud of shimmering butterflies, and all this, done without warning and within days. They will break from their illusion of their weakness and spread their word to reveal their true grandeur to the world as a cicada breaks from it's weak body to spread its wings.
