Moving On ( Gabriel )

K[/size]evala had not seen Gabriel in some time, which given that they currently lived together, was odd, but she did not really put much thought into it. The last time they had spoken, things had gotten very heated and had left them both in a place where they were tormented.

He had said she was his, had always been his, and that he loved her...She of course had loved him with all her heart for so long now that despite whatever may have transgressed between the two, or whatever might come in the future, she would always love him and he would always own a piece of her heart.

She knew, that no matter how much she loved him though that they could never be together, no matter how much he loved her....the dream he had for this world would always win out....But forever and always he would be a part of her that she just could not let go.

Yet, today, she was going to have to try and let this fantasy in her mind rest...She was going to have to move on.

So, dressed in her usual housewear, an oversized t-shirt and a pair of boy cut undies, she made her way to his room, knocking once before opening the door.

She needed to talk to him, and though she had no clue if he was there or not, she would enter......

If he was there, she would wait for him to speak before she moved any further, if he was not....then she would take a seat upon hi bed and wait for him...She had to explain a few things to him and get something off her chest....Things had to move on from where they currently were and for once, Kevala and Gabriel were going to know just where the other stood..........

It was the least she could do, and something she needed to do before she could go about her life....She only hoped that he understood.....

It'd been a late night, long hours of final plans set up for his future. An apology towards Victor, and several memorable letters set to Alexis soon as he was gone. He'd be leaving but with set instructions dictating the future. A future he'd planned, predicted, and etched out by his own arm. Whether power was the motive or not people would never know only suspect the worst of him which was fine. That was his initial plan, though sprung to early. Much like a chess game it seemed all too evident Gabriel's intentions superseded the board and were often searching out the big picture.

*Knock Knock*

A brow perked up out of something between confusion and a tad bit of peculiar curiosity. Was it Ivan? Marcus? Villetta? Alexis? He was a tad bit indisposed at the moment, a head swarming with thoughts and often curious notions of if things weren't to work out all too well. Fear crippled him at times but it wouldn't show as he stood regally crossing his bedroom to the door shifting it aside to look down and spot Kevala with an incling of curiosity and perhaps a bit of shame within himself for not filling her in on things to come. THat was the hard part.

"Yes?"

K[/size]ev looked up at him, and curse her bleeding heart, she felt it speed up just a bit as those icy hues fell upon his own. But she did not hold that gaze, simply looked away and crossed her arms over her chest.....Did he think she was stupid? Did he think that with all the emotions of everyone running in the air that she did not know something was up?

He may have been able to hide things from her like no other, but she knew him better than he gave her credit for. Taking a shakey breath in, she closed her eyes and spoke up softly. It was all she could really do....get to the point...because there was nothing left for her....she knew that.........

"I need to speak to you."

She drew in a soft breath and then brushed her tongue over her lips....did it hurt that he kept things from her? Yes.....but there was nothing she could do about it....she was tired......

Tired of the run around and the games...tired of never being enough.......And in the end...that was what it had always boiled down to.......she was not enough.......

Shaking her head she put the thoughts out of her mind....She was enough for Mischa...and that was plenty in her mind...It had to be.....
