Removing them will cause the electricity to backlash into him after being supressed will cause his muscles an extreme increase in ability causing him to be faster, and stronger than he is now.

- Power 1: When the weights are removed Leon adds 1/2 of his current Strength and Dexterity Score to his strength and dexterity score. Example: Leon has 100 STR and DEX and removes his weights he will add 50 to both scores. Must have 5 posts wearing weights.
- Level 2: Leon adds 2/3 of his STR and DEX instead. Must have 10 posts wearing weights.
- Level 3: Level 3: Leon gains X2 DEX and X2 STR instead. 5 posts wearing weights.
- Wielder receives -11 Strength, -13 Dexterity, -12 Constitution.
- Wielder must get adjusted to them, and must become stronger to advance to higher levels, as this will effect the endurance, forcing a lot more energy to be exerted with every kick.
-Novice Level: Requires 60 Constitution, 43 Intelligence, 51 Wisdom.

- Wielder receives -31 Strength, -33 Dexterity, -42 Constitution.
- Wielder has come to the point where, while it still may slow him down, he is beginning to reap the rewards of the fruits of his labor.
- Wielder can now land from three-story buildings, taking 1/16 damage and kick through concrete walls.
-Advanced Level: Requires 75 Constitution, 62 Intelligence, 64 Wisdom.
- Power 1: When the weights are removed Leon adds 1/2 of his current Strength and Dexterity Score to his strength and dexterity score. Example: Leon has 100 STR and DEX and removes his weights he will add 50 to both scores.
- Level 2: Leon adds 2/3 of his STR and DEX instead.
- Level 3: Level 3: Leon gains X2 DEX and X2 STR instead.
- Wielder receives -41 Strength, -43 Dexterity, -52 Constitution.
- The Wielder can now pull out the potential of his weights, and use his legs with little impediment.
-Master Level: Requires 83 Constitution, 77 Intelligence, 74 Wisdom.
- Power 1: When the weights are removed Leon adds 1/2 of his current Strength and Dexterity Score to his strength and dexterity score. Example: Leon has 100 STR and DEX and removes his weights he will add 50 to both scores.
- Level 2: Leon adds 2/3 of his STR and DEX instead.
- Level 3: Level 3: Leon gains X2 DEX and X2 STR instead.
- Wielder receives -51 Strength, -53 Dexterity, -62 Constitution.
- Having unlocked the full potential of the weights, the user can actually run even faster then before.
- Wielder can now land from three-story buildings with 1/32 damage taken.
