- At first glance this sweat shirt seems normal, except for the inner workings. After the development team of the Dragons gang got a hold of the development plans for the weighted training clothes The Lightning Dragon was using they began production on a set of clothes special made for the last Top Tier Dragon.
- Lined on the inside between two layers of fabric is a Dragon Scale pattern of metal that protects the "Qi Obsorption Systems". Obsorbing the excess Qi energy from the user, it weights much more than it appears due to this.
- With the Dragon Scale Pattern it offers quite a bit of protection, the only visible piece to this is the shoulder protection. It appears to be on the outside of the fabric, but if one where to know the small piece that can be pulled and snapped away, the top layer of fabric can be removed along with the weights
Item Effect: When removed the users physical attributes (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution.) are increased by 50%.
