I propose a system for getting bios approved as quickly and effecifently as possible. While bio approval isn't a HUGE issue, having an effecient system definitely wouldn't hurt.
What i propose is:
Once a you have completed a character's bio, you will post in a "Hey moderator, approve my bio!" sort of thread. Your request will be read by the first moderator who sees it, the bio will be inspected and/or approved, and your comment will be deleted (for the sake of keeping track whose bio has been accepted). Sort of like a checklist.
This system would help moderators know immediately when a character's bio is complete, instead of trying to guess or waiting until they are contacted by you directly. Help us to help you. PMing a mod works sometimes, but that mod may not be online to check it. Same thing goes for MSN, Skype, etc. By posting in an all-can-read thread, bios will be approved much quicker.
Essentially, once your bio is complete, you just need to post a quick comment in the designated thread and it will be taken care of ASAP.
