friendly wager in the courtyard (Jyo)

ichimaru was sitting in the courtyard he had told Jyo during a passing piriod that he wanted to meet here after school to get the list of pressure points, and to have a friendly wager. he would offer up a can of brimstone and he would let Jyo choose something for him to wager. he smiled at the thought of this idea, he may lose, and be out one can of some power juice, but he may gain something good.

Jyo walked out into the courtyard after speaking with Ichimaru in the halls between classes. He had asked for the list of pressure points which Jyo had written down and gave instructions for. Most dealing with spots around the shoulders and hips which would disable movment for a few minuts. A couple around the neck that would render a person unconsious without causing them anything more than a headach when they awoke. The offer of a wager was interesting. he wondered what Ichimaru had in mind. Jyo himself had decided one of the many weapons he owned at his house would be a good choice. they were effective though banned on school grounds. but if anything they would be good to train with a make a good display piece.

He arrived and spoke up holding out the list.
"Here you go. The list as promised. I've decided that for the wager I'll part with one of my Katanas in my home. My question is what have you brought?" He said.

smiles a bit getting up and taking the list, he was wearing a vest and a long sleve shirt with black and red horizontal stipes on them. "well, i brought something of less value" he pulls out a simple white can "it's called brimstone delta, i've been given it by mr. asiv because i'm some fancy hall monitor" he pointed to the medallion he wore around his neck "this is something i got from him too" it looked like it was slashed by swords, counted they would be elevin, the number of fights he'd had.

Jyo's eyes instantly narrowed seeing the white can. The very sight of brimstone made his blood boil. Not only had he been a test subject of the original drink. But he had been one of the few who had broken from it and the physical and mental pain of it had nearly driven him insane.
"Brimstone." He said in a tone as though the word was a curse. it was clear that he knew more about the drink than Ichimaru could even fathom. he knew exactly what was in the original and had even been in the lab were Asiv had set people to work making the new formula. No matter how many changes it would fill Jyo with nothing but hatred.
"Get that can out of my sight." He said in a manner much unlike his normal polite composure.
"I'm not going to tell you to stop working with Asiv or taking that disgusting drug. but I will give you my warning. Asiv is meddeling in things that have repercussions he has no idea of. Did he in fact tell you where that came from. or the past behind Brimstone?' Jyo said.

thinking a bit "he told me nothing more then its effects of gaining power. however, sience you come to hate the drink to such a point, if you win i will accept no more cans of this stuff and will pour this stuff onto the ground where we stand" he said as he sat the can on the opisite side of the tree. he walked back to Jyo "alright, i hope i win, however i may still stop accepting things like that from mr. asiv, seems like dealing with him is a double edged sword"

Jyo gave a small nod in response. he liked the fact that Ichimaru unlike others had instantly understood Jyo wasn't trying to steer him wrong. Nothing good came from Rama corp. Brimstone included.
"A wise choice I assure you. In return I'll let you know the deatails of that drug's past after the battle." he said and then stretched out a bit then he placed his hands in his pockets.
"I'll tell you what. This battle I'll use only my legs. Evens the odds a bit. You get me to block with my arms or have me take them out for any reason besides planting them on the ground for some moves and you win. Sound fair?" He asked.

smiles a bit getting some distance looking at Jyo "dosent seem too fair, however i'll agree" he said as he put his fists up. he waited for Jyo to give the OK to start the fight. the sleeves he was wearing would have an interesting illusion to his opponent, when he punched and Jyo where to dodge just enough by stepping back or past it, his arms would seem to streach to cover the distance and unless Jyo jumped again in quick sucession he would be hit.

Jyo darted in seeing Ichimaru was ready which was clear enough it was time to get this started. He Jumped up and made a flip attack using a left leg dropping ax kick to his chest. Strangly enough Jyo had a counter to defenses Ichimaru migt make even for a grab in this position. It was simple really but people wouldn't often think of it. Jyo wanted his attack to go through as it would knock the student on his back and sliding across the ground if it worked. But hald of him wanted to see Ichimaru's face when he realized Jyo's attack wasn't as straitforward as it might seem.

as he saw Jyo dash forward he pumped his fists with Qi and made a form of attack so that it would redirect Jyo's kick to one side of ichimaru, and sience he was striking the leg, one fist a bit ahead of the other so their Qi could count seperately, would make him less mobile, although figuring it was Jyo, and the attack went through, he would land on the weighted leg and continue with a kick aimed for ichimaru's ribs, so his fists would find their way to his ribcage to block an attack.

Jyo gave a hint of a smile as he swung his leg out to the side letting the attacks sail past it. He figured against Ichimaru he would have to use some form of counter. And this was it. By the time his leg had been swung out to the side and the fists went past it his other leg would swing inwards to slam against Ichimaru's waist. Jyo would land in an odd crouch and then push off into a backflip ladning lightly.

He wouldn't move until Ichimaru was up and ready. And as soon as he was Jyo would dart in no matter if Ichimaru would stay there or come in for the attack. What Jyo would do depended on what Ichimaru's actions were when they reached each other.

Ichimaru got back up quickly and sprinted for Jyo, he intened to try this out, he sent a fist forward when he knew he was close enough, but with the illusion caused by the stripes on his sleeves, Jyo would probrably misjudge the distance. Jyo was good at using kicks, and aireal moves normaly wouldnt work, that much Ichimaru gathered, however he pieced together sky's fight as well, making Ichimaru suspect that dodging and waiting for the right moment would also be a strong point to him, so Ichimaru came across this idea, to in theory take away those two elements for Jyo, dodging wouldnt end very well in normal cercimstances, and it would be hard for Jyo to tell what length Ichimarus arm was exactly to get a good moment to look for.

Interesting effect the clothing has Jyo thought simply darting to the inside of the punching arm. He knew judging distance in terms of length wasn't a problem for himself. he kept an eye on the fist itself. That was the key to being able to counter it and Jyo ecided to let it sail by him and his right hand shout out in a punch to the chest and as Jyo had been running right at Ichimaru he had not full extended his arm when it would hit and he pushed out to launch Ichimaru away from himself and stopped his movment to see the results.

caughing a bit, he got to his feet and smiled "i believe your words where 'This battle I'll use only my legs. Evens the odds a bit. You get me to block with my arms or have me take them out for any reason besides planting them on the ground for some moves and you win' now, with that attack, i believe you lost from your own rules" he said although he didnt like this kind of win, it was Jyo's rule and didnt want to press the matter.
