Personality: Roth is the perfect example of a fucked up, arrogant, brawling, Bostonian. Roth loves every aspect of fighting, drinking, Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins. Description of style: Roth is just as arrogant with his additude as he is with his figting. He fights using wrestling moves as seen on TV. He can mix them well into real fights with variations and confuse opponments with flying and flashy moves. He also has a strong background in Muay Thai as well has ground and pound street fighting. Over all he is a well rounded fighter who can take just about any punishment. He will easily fall for traps and is not used to lighting fast martial artist techniques.



History Information

Roth was born at Jordan Hospital Plymouth Massachusetts. His mom was a 19-year-old unemployed high school grad, and his dad was a 20-year-old Subway manager. None of the family helped them out, thinking they had to live with their mistake. But Roth's grand father/ the mother’s father let them stay at his house until they didn't need to. Roth grew up there for 2 years. He doesn’t remember much, being a baby/toddler. All he can remember was a lot of yelling, and moaning (fighting and make-up sex). This went on for another year. Roth's grandfather bought them an apartment for he could no longer take it.

Roth was seven years old. He was in second grade and things were looking up. The screaming had almost completely stopped, and he was a straight A student in every class. He had two best friends, and a childhood girlfriend. On the night before summer vacation the screaming came back. Roth got almost no sleep hearing the yelling of his parents. On January 16th the parent’s reason for all the yelling had been born. A set of triplets, later twins because the first one out soon died after birth for reasons unknown to Roth. But the two left Rita and Jesse (both girls) would soon bring the divorce.

The court eventually ruled that the father would receive fully custody of Rita and Jesse seeing Roth every weekend. Alone they couldn't support the 3 kids but the father could support the twins, and vice versa. Roth's life was very busy now. He saw his siblings every weekend, this soon led to his friends becoming more distant, and eventfully his old girl friend left him. His father tried very hard to make this up to him. Every weekend he would tell Roth how to get and keep girlfriends, along with this, he taught him how to fight. From the start he was very good and only got better. He focused almost everything on Muay Thai and Wrestling. He was eventually put into a tournament and won. But the last opponent he faced made him give up the sport. The opponent said as he lost that why should someone that was a 'mistake' beat me. Roth was soon crushed when he heard his now ex-best friend say something so cruel. This triggered a flash back into Roth's life and saw that he was a 'mistake' and shouldn't have a right to exist.

His mother and father noticed this as he started doing anything besides eat, walk, sleep, and breathe. They concluded there might be something mentally wrong with him and thought a the therapist would help. Every time Roth would see the therapist he would seem more depressed. Every time he would tell the same story written above. After rereading it to himself over and over the more uncaring he became, when he thought about the beginning he was most depressed, he was a 'mistake'. When he barley finished middle school he was sent to Mugen because the therapist knew their results with hard cases and their corporal punishment being more efficient then Massachusetts’s (were all way too Liberal up here) and Roth's parents thought it would be for the best.

When Roth found out this decision he thought. "Why should me, a person who shouldn't live be a burden to those with purpose?” He asked him self this over and over till he was on his way to Mugen. When he was walking to his new home, he saw a kid in almost near death condition in an alleyway. Roth just stood there and watched the kid. " If I shouldn't be here why should I help someone? His fate is to die and I shouldn't even be here. What should I do?" He fought himself in his mind for 15 minutes. Within the next hour the kid was in a hospital room being overwhelmed by doctor and nurses. When one of the doctors asked who brought him in nobody knew who did. As Roth left the hospital he came to the realization that if he was born with no purpose he would help everyone who has a purpose...

A year or so passed at Mugen Hall where Roth learned everything he had to learn about himself. After many trials of strength and faith Roth realized that his purpose was to live and make the people around him happy. Roth is a strong believer against the corporal punishment system and feels that he may be the face to end it. Roth found this after hiving his knee shattered and spine almost broken by an elite enforcer at Mugen Hall. After Mugen's shutdown due to the economic downturn (i love excuses) Roth was transfered across the country after being kicked out of many schools all the way the The Chula Vista Collective.

Roth had an overwhelming experience at Chula Vista. He fought for money at a small wrestiling/MMA fed, formed gangs, and various other activities. After the death of the Dean of Chula Vista the school went on lock down. After receiving a call from and unknown man with a Boston accent Roth esacped the school and was escorted by driver to a sevret location. That location ended up being Long Beach California, Public Highschool 259.

After Roth finds the graves of his entire family including himself Roth looses the fire in his eyes as well as the qi within him. Through a series of travels Roth revisits his past slowly regaining the fire in his eyes. Roth regained the fire and fight in his eyes after realizing that no mattered what was at the end of his journey he had to stop his enemies and their evil.

Roth stood a top his residence when watching the sunset. With the words of his sister's poem resonating deep in his head Roth realized he had to fight and get stronger no matter what the cost. Roth's fire in his eyes grew ten fold and his power came back to him all at once starring at the setting Sun.

Roth conjures the UV_Energy from the Sun into his body. The Sun's energy mixed with his own leads to a boost in his overall abilities.

The Sun Qi builds up in Roth enveloping one or more of his limbs in a glowing white light. This build up of energy unleashes it's self in a massive attack.

Roth churned his Qi inside of him building up all of his internal power. This harnessed energy is unleashed in a massive leap into the air amplifying power and speed to come crashing down in a massive burst of energy.

West Coast Adjustment

Based on: Flashly style of L.A with Grunge feel of Seattle

Roth starts this off with a handstand front flip. With his elbows cocked back Roth shoots out into the air aiming his legs for his opponents shoulders. From there he gets into a sitting position on the shoulders folding his legs. With a strong whip back Roth extends his back 180 degrees and sends two elbows around the lower leg area knocking his opponent off balance.

When perfectly pulled off Roth sends his opponent flying behind him, face first. Roth lands on his hands and knees mostly unscathed.

East Coast Bomb

Based On: Harcore Violence of Boston and Philly

A variant of a fisherman suplex. Roth after dodging a kick, or just behind his opponent will grab a leg right behind the knee (his elbow will meet up with the back of the knee). With a firm grasp on the knee Roth's free hand will wrap in front of his opponents bicep, and in back of his neck in a half nelson. Utilizing the strength in his arms and legs Roth will send his opponent flying over him in a suplex.

In mid air Roth will release the leg, but keep his arm in place. When preformed flawlessly Roth's opponent will land behind him and too Roth's left, face first. Depending on the angle of Roth's arm both fighters bicep and shoulder could suffer dislocation or tendon tearing.

Marcus 'The Truth' Killings - A man Roth met on his first night in Long Beach. A great friend with not muhc fighting ability, but a warm heart and a monumental charisma.

Jayr Byrne - One of Roth's most important friends. A great person and leader of the Student Liberation Front. Roth admires her deeply and marvels at her strength.

Kenin Katashi - A large man who Roth met at 259. The two never saw eye to eye and have a had their share of fights. Roth holds no personal grudge against him.

Brad White - A musician Roth encountered at 259. They once shared a song and some lunch. Roth sees him as a friend.

Elke Renzetti - A colorful young girl Roth met with Brad. Also sharing lunch and a musical number.

Mathew Amtrum - Roth met this man during a bad scuffle at a local coffee shop. The meeting did not go well involving a gunfight. Roth saw him once at 259 during a riot.

Emil - A man Roth came across during the SLF riot. Immediatly to a bad start where he claimed the Defuct title of School Captain. Roth hasn't seen him since.

Jaus Valentine - A fellow member of the SLF. The two men have been in a few fights and hold eachother in high regard.

Orion/Shadow - Another member of the SLF and good friend of Roth. They havn't had many encounters, but each time they got along well.

"Unfettered" - A silver haired one eyed German man Roth met on the campus of 259. Their meeting was a bit strange but they seemed to have a goal in common.

Leon Sudeki - The Supervisor of PHS: 259. Their meeting was a fight were Roth gave his all and lost. Under the guise of Black Smoke Roth now works for him, unless he and Jayr can take him down.

Vetis - An evil gargantuan son of a bitch the Roth had encountered. First as El Mariachi causing a massive bar fight and a string of arrests of illegal imigrants. The second leaving Roth shattered to near death.

Farren - A man Roth met at his new residence on his first night. They entered a fight which Roth lost but the two came to like and respect one another.

Gabriel Seran - A mysterious man who Roth lost to big time. He gave Roth a greater passion to fight along with a power glove, a symbol, and the title of the Sol Paladin

Joshua 'J.T.' Treborn - Roth's personal nemesis. Like Superman and Doomsday these two forces have constantly gone at it niether one ever able to finally end the other. Roth's last encounter with him was in Death Valley.

Esau - Roth's current 'employer' having him take on the task of weakening PHS: 259 for hostile takeover. He has been giving Roth a drug that does not allow his body to die. Roth seeks to take on the guise of Blacksmoke to fight back against him in secret.
