Such a peaceful day. The sun was shining brightly, and birds were flying in the air, chirping their heart out. The whole of California was completely trouble-less. Except, of course, the Public High School of 259. And this was a particularly special day. On this day, Carlos "Dark Chrynos" Khundar had come to visit. The College Freshman stood at the school courtyard entrance, an aura of eerie peacefulness radiating around him. He had a thin line on his fair face for a mouth, his purple hair poking out in almost every direction. He was wearing a dark blue shirt with the words 'My Game World' imprinted at the back in white. Below that was a tan cargo pants that seemed a little too big for the already large man. That was completed by his red-black Nike sports shoes. There was almost nothing special about the graduate's attire, except for the little item that was located on his right index finger.
A ring of which had one side shaped into a skull. It was a ring of unexplainable... Side-effects. The ring was called the Ring Of Horror, and the name wasn't just given to make it look good. It had this strange aura that would inflict fear in any who stared at it. Dark gave himself a small nod, hoping that his job application in this school would be a success.
And then, he walked in, his left hand in his pocket and his ring hand swinging by his side. It was going well. All too well. In 552, this kind of peacefulness would mean lots of trouble, but this was 259, not 552. Dark was curious as to what it would mean. And then, right under a tree to Dark's right, he heard a girl yelp. Turnin his head to look, he saw a group of guys holding a note book, standing in front of a younger girl who was sitting in between the roots. Dark stopped in his tracks, making a good guess and saying that these boys had been bored and had taken the girl's note book for entertainment. Pathetic. He let out a soft 'tsk', then watched as the girl stood up and chased after the boy who carried her notebood. But no, the fun wasn't over for them boys. As the girl neared the one who carried the book, he threw it over her head, passing it to one of his 'mates'. From there, the book was thrown in between the five boys, the girl in the middle, looking desperate. Must be something important on that notebook.
Pissed at watching how pathetic these students were, Dark pulled his left hand out of his pocket. Among all of Dark's physical capabilities, his speed was a very special asset. Lifting up his right foot, he waited as they threw the book towards the boy nearest to the graduate. Then, in a movement that seemed almost like a blur, Dark dashed forward, grabbing the book in mid-air and continued running till he was behind another boy. Right behind him. It took the five boys a while to realise what was happening, and the particular boy turned around, surprised to see the graduate right behind him. Dark glared into his eyes, then let out a soft growl. Intimidated, the boy stepped back, but his friends were different. One of them ran forward, throwing a right fist at the graduate. Too slow for the 'flash', as Dark spun around, the fist flying past his upper back, not even close to touching him. Dark then knelt down as another boy tried to bring him down with a roundhouse kick. Before another student could come in, Dark straightened his legs, jumping backwards and away from them the notebook tight in his hands. Landing on grass, he saw the girl standing helplessly at the side as the five boys gathered together, anger evident on their faces. Dark stared at one of them, waiting for something to happen.
