It was after school and Keith needed to work on his strength training. Which brought him to the weight room in 259's gymnasium. Why not use 259's weight room? It's free which is the most important. Keith could use the full facility instead of having to pay a membership fee. He had on athletic shorts, an athletic shirt that was untucked, his hair tied up in a bun, a black bandana, black weight-lifting gloves, athletic shoes, and black shades over his eyes.
An Apple 60 GB ipod was attached to his shorts. The song of Beyonce and Shakira's "Beautiful Liar" was surging from the headphones into his head. When lifting weights, it was very important to keep a rhythm in place. You need to keep a rhythm going or you'll hurt yourself. His eyes were deeply closed as he started doing leg presses where you push your legs outward with several hundred pounds of resistance.
At this moment, Keith was leg pressing at least five-hundred pounds. Though it may seem a tad bit unreal and unrealistic, but it's easier to do that stuff with your legs than your arms. Of all your muscles, your legs are going to be by far the strongest muscles of them all. They're the only muscles that take the most abuse.
Whenever you're walking or standing, most definitely standing... When you stand, your muscles are at work. Right now, Keith was pushing both of his legs out doing several repetitions. For now, it seemed to be a peaceful setting in the weight room.
