Taking A Break

Chihiro raised her eyebrows in a curious fashion. "I had no idea Asiv knew me beyond Driver's Ed...so I have no clue." That thought unsettled her, and the junior frowned, picking at a patch of grass in front of her indian-style crossed legs. "You work for Asiv and you want to destroy him? What exactly is it that you do that would cause him to warn you not to touch me?"

This was all very confusing, and Chi began to get the very odd uncomfortable feeling that she was being watch. Something was going on around her, that concerned her, that she wasn't aware of.

[John]

"Hmmm. . . Well I'm a School Hall Correction Police member. Or S.H.C.P. We do all fo Mr. Asiv's little dirty jobs that need to be done. Lap dogs if you prefer. I want to destroy him because someone showed me my own errors. Though I do believe its odd; why he would order us not to touch you. It wouldn;t just be random hes too calculating for that."

John wasn't quite sure as to why, but he knew how to find out. He could go and ask Asiv face to face. But right about now he would be in the restricted area. so going right now would be a bad idea. But John decided to try and cheer her up in his usual uncaring attitude as he closed hsi eyes and looked straight ahead, with his face.

"Though I doubt its anything important, hes really strange. Hell it could just be that your asian. Or maybe your height is odd. It really takes alot to know what goes on in his head."

Chihiro tilted her head to the side curiously, more questions floating to the surface of her consciousness. Some still consisted of the whole her involvement in such affairs with lapdogs and dirty work, but the sound of this SHCP sounded...odd as well.

"Who all is a part of the..SHCP is it? If you don't mind my asking...I haven't heard much about this little organization either. Maybe it would give some insight as to why I was mentioned..."

[John]

"Well theres me. A boy named Johnathan, and a Thrush character. Kinda odd, but hes for the most part. There have been many others, but they disappeared. I was one of the original two."

A thought occured to John, what fi it wasn;t someone in the S.H.C.P? What if it was someone Asiv had gained favor with that had relations with Chi?

"What abotu you? You dont seem the kidn to have just a few friends here and there. It could be someone you know that gained favor with Asiv."

[chihiro]

Chi twisted a blade of grass, pulling it from the ground. "I've had a few friends, many of them have disappeared though. There was Max and Atticus, they're both gone, Keith, I consider him a friend because we ended up in a situation with a gang once, a boy named Saint that, well, he's not exactly my friend I guess, but we've run into eachother a few times. And I'm dating the varsity capitan, Aureus? I'm sure you've heard of him.." She began naming the few people she'd allowed close to herself, not sure whether to be disappointed at the small number or not.

"And then there's you I guess, I mean I don't know if you consider me a friend, but lately I've found that anyone I can have a decent conversation with for more than five minutes is better than just an acquaintance.."

[John]

John began thinking about all the options, it had to be the fact she was dating Aureus, it was the only possibility, but he didn;t want to tell her that, she probably already figured it out anyways. Unless Aureus hadn't told her everything he does at school lately. But he decided to adress her new thought on being friends between them. John opened one of his eyes and looked at Chi again, trying to maintane that tough guy visual.

"Well your actually the only person I've talked to this much in one day. . . . I guess that means I do consider you a friend."

He said ti so nonchalantly, but it was just the way he was, he didn't want it to seem important, but its not what you say its how you say it, right? Well for John its just the opposite.
