So I heard you all would like some cash money to help pay bills, fill the gas tank, or to have some extra cash to spend for your IC significant other? Well then it's time you got a job you lazy bum! So how do you go about doing that? The old fashioned way of course! Every month a classified section will be posted HERE! and you will use the following form to apply for the job. Remember, because the job is IC you must fill out the form IC! You may apply with any number of your characters but only one person will get each job that is posted!

[b]What are you looking for out of this job?:[/b]This form will be used for every job, and don't be afraid to write this thing as true to character as possible, I understand not everyone out there has a character that is typical job material, so we will have not so typical jobs available in addition to your normal job types! So now that you know how to apply, let's move onto how you go about deciding which job you want to apply for. To decide that let's see how these jobs work....
Jobs have a certain amount of IC hours, the amount of IC hours is equal to the amount of posts necessary to complete the job. So if the job says 20 hours, then over the course of an OOC month you must make 20 posts of 300-500 words in length, each post detailing something going on in the job where your character is working, dealing with customers, fighting with other employees, or even inventing ways to slack off without getting caught if the opportunity arises. This is completely up to you as the roleplayer, you can stay as true to character as you want so long as you meet the OOC requirements.
Along with this, jobs will state how much they pay by the hour, that is to say how much money you will get for each post you complete. Once a job is completed the job mod (That would be me!) will read through and make sure the posts are acceptable, deal with the job that was described in the classifieds, and that the posts are an acceptable length with decent content. If the thread is deemed worthy the mod will lock the thread and award the cash. If the thread is lacking, the mod will pm the person telling them to post five more times to the thread with posts that meet requirements (500 words and good quality) and once this is done they will be paid for the amount of hours assigned despite the five extra posts.
If a job is left uncompleted by the end of the month you will be considered fired from the job IC. The only exception to this is if your job has 21 hours or more required to complete it since this requires quite a bit of posting, so you will be paid for the hours you have completed but I won't be giving extensions past the one month as to keep things moving Job Wise.
If you have any questions feel free to PM me, I also am open to suggestions for job ideas but know that if you give me the job idea that doesn't mean you will get that job. Jobs will be picked on an IC basis, whoever I feel did a good application and is most qualified, will be picked.
Remember! Posts should be in threads in the Work Place area so that I can find them easily! These are solo threads, meaning you are the only one who is posting to them.
