Walking back onto the campus having left for training was Spike. Having left so many times already for the same this was way more severe than anything else he had ever put himself through, he hadn;t even stopped yet. This was more traiing, just another part of it. His clothes in tatters, ripped, torn, shredded, blood stained, crusty dry blood on his face, stll running blood dripping from his left hand, a wound reopening on his head causing fresh blood to run down over the left side of his face.
Looking around it was like things had calmed, no one wanted the leadership position it would seem. No it wasn't that, they didn't diserve it. Spike had done what happend to his dad. He had succumbed to his pride. His eyes shifting to those around him, mostly non-combatants now. This was a weak point in 259's existence. Spike could feel his entireright arm want battle, more combat, it itched, and seemed to twitch on its own accord towards those it wanted to taste.
No Spike would reach with that right arm to the three foot pole on his back and hold the weapon at the ready like a baseball bat.
"So... Anyone going to welcome me home."
If only they knew the true extent of his injuries.

Behind the boy. "Welcome Home, Spike." David wore a swift, cutlass attire. Sharp, crisp. Getting use to the feel of a suit once again. When he first arrived at 259, he wore much the same outfit. He had it re-streched and sized for his new build, but he was comfortable in it. Classy. Spike, bloody. It was an obvious Sudeki tradition to walk onto campus with blood soaked clothes. He wondered if, once again, the male was here merely for combat. David stood relaxed, almost overly calm, as though he were admiring the strength of a young man who wished for battle when in such a state of mental and physical distress. A crack of the neck. He would bring out a hand and flick it casually. "Don't you think you should have a seat? It seems your injured..." He didn't want to fight Sudeki- he had enough blood on his hands to last him a lifetime. But he wouldn't have Spike going through HIS school terrorizing the students, who have learned to coexist, with only minor instances of insurrection. Such was the state of everything- every organization. Every life. He waited.

Spike heard the voice from behind him. Turning around slowly with a slight stumble from his shaky knee's. Looking to the taller male Spike would put the pole back in its cover on his back.
"I can't stop yet. It's still coming."
Spike's mind was warped slightly from the training, not to the point of never recovering, it was just exhaustion on top of constent combat. His stance ws unstable, swaying with the wid as blood continued to flow on his body.
"Why is no one else prepared yet? My dad said he was going to prepare everyone that needed it."

David frowned.
"What are you talking about? Whats coming?"
Maybe it was all the blood on him, or the vast training having gone clear to his head, but Spike was speaking gibberish. Like things had gone awry in the mental department for the young Sudeki. He glanced around, wondering if Spike happened to be alone or if he had brought back with him the lives of those he shattered, those whose blood that belonged to. He would step closer, placing a hand just over the elbow and attempting to lead spike away from public eye. Things had been so peaceful, it wouldn't do to have a bloody Dragon sitting on the doorstep.
Then again, peaceful was a strange term. Perhaps the calm...the calm before the storm. He took Spike around the other side and set him against the wall, so he could lean and rest there while David stood opposite him.
"Tell me what you mean. Someone is coming?"
He didn't know how or why, but the Sudeki's seemed to know things. Things of strange happenings, of arrivals and departures, of battles. He would have to sit down some day with Leon and really discuss it, but until that day came where a free, peaceful moment came for them both, he would have to make do with other sources- like the son.

"He said a name... Barker, I think... Sean Barker. He said to train because of the beast under this man's control is stronger than him, stronger than you."
Spike leaned against the wall and slid down against it with his back. Blood from the head wound stained the wall as he got to a seated position.
"My brethren have been training as well, but the clan is not strong enough for combat, only me, my father, and my grandfather are the only Soldier's left in the clan. My Grandfather will be watching the rest of the clan while my father gather's allies for the school."
Spike dozed for a second, actually letting his head fall, and his eye's close, but almost in the same instance his eye's burst open focusing quickly.
"We have to prepare 259, or at least enough people to defend. They have to be tested, they have to be pushed, I know its wrong, but if I have to be seen as evil or destructive, so be it."

"Mm."
The only noise he made to the first part of Spikes words. A man stronger than him? He'd like to meet the fella. Of course, if what this young Sudeki said was true, perhaps he didn't. At least, not on campus. David knew it was slightly "high and mighty", as Gabriel would put it, but David figured that at this point he was stronger even than Leon. Gabriel was a joke, in Davids eyes. At least, his physical prowess was. the man had a knack for causing trouble, stirring the pot. But David had the fought the man so many times on so many occasions for reasons ranging from just for fun to revenge. Never once had David fallen in battle against the man. Leon had beaten him once, but the parameters of such a defeat were... debatable. Now, though he fought little during those times, he felt it in his bones.
He was the Alpha dog.
Spike and him had never really fought. He suppose that, with age, the kid could grow to be stronger even than his father. Maybe even than him. He crouched in front of Spike as the man quit talking. Placing a hand on Spikes shoulder, he spoke.
"Look, i believe you Spike. You have to know i wouldn't let anyone trash this school, no matter how strong they are. Muscles and mind aren't always in tune when it comes to combat." He would plant his forearms on his thighs. "Still, you have a point. I don't think beating up kids across the campus will get the message across, though." He bit his lip a moment. "It would be better if we found and united some of the oldies. The students who have strength, and have influence." He pointed at Spikes chest. "You talk to your dad. Tell him to see me as soon as he can. Then find Jayr Byrne, if she still goes here. Tell her what you told me."
He held up a finger.
"Don't lose yourself now, Sudeki. Your a warrior- find the strength to do what you need to. Don't jump to conclusions. Sean Barker is a maniac, but he's smart. He won't attack the school until he's ready, and by that time we'll have prepared." He held out a hand to help Spike up.
"You with me?"
They would have to act fast.
He was graduating at the end of the year- not a good thing, if Barker decided to assault them during the next.
