Flux's Bar, a new bar in Calafonia, currently hiring staff, not curretly selling food, Cheaper alcahol than anywhere in the US! ID required for Alcahol
The layout was neat, black walls with Metallica, Megadeth, SlipKnot and Iron Maiden tour posters, as well as cabnets with several guitars and picks from old bands.
There was a stage with speakers and some amps, it had SkullCrusher: Richard Baxter on the back wall of the stage.
The tables were new and clean, the chairs were soft and comfy.
Behind the Bar was Flux himself acting Bartender and cleaner until they got employees. The bar was empty, except for Flux and Richard.
On the wall outside there are two signs:
Opening hours: 19:00 - 05:00

(OOC: If you don't want me applying in this thread let me know and I can delete it) Mischa had a paper folder delicately held in her small hands. She wasn't in a professional attire, but usually her resume spoke for itself. She owns a pizza shop and she was able to manage a drug mafia, though that second part didn't find itself on her work experience due to obvious reasons. The Italian girl had money so she didn't need the job, but she was applying for a couple reasons. She wanted to get to know people and have a good time while doing it so what better way than applying at a bar? She stepped into the bar to find no one except for the two people. She would approach the one behind the bar due to the fact it was obvious he was the one working there. She would lean on her elbows and would slap the folder on the counter top. She would tap the paper and smile at the gent behind the bar. "A manager around? I would like to discuss a job opportunity."Her voice was sweet and still would always carry that Italian accent. Her eyes would avert to the surroundings and the other person on stage. She liked the place due to the fact it wasn't flashy. She wasn't the type of girl to dress up like a pretty doll so this place seemed just right for her.

Richard pointed at Flux behind the bar, "There he is, we've being looking for more workers." Rich had to make sure he didn't keep starring at her, because he wouldn't want a girl like her to get the wrong impression of him.
(OOC: Flux is an NPC)
Flux walked over to her, then yelled, "Welcome to Flux's Bar, you'd like to apply for a job? Let me ask you a few questions, first, what job are you applying for?

The man who was standing on stage spoke up so Mischa turned her attention to him. She caught what he was saying to her and immediately looked to the man behind the bar once again when he was now introduced as "the one to talk to".
"Welcome to Flux's Bar, you'd like to apply for a job? Let me ask you a few questions, first, what job are you applying for?"
Mischa would smile and stand upright a little more, though she still had both her forearms planted to the counter top, crossed with each other. "This one." she would let out a small chuckle and her cheeks would grow red. It was known of Mischa to make a bad joke at a bad time. "Just yankin' your leg... Um... I would like to serve... I've got experience in doing so... or even bartending... management if needed." she would give him a wink to somewhat set the mood of a relaxed atmosphere... "not extremely picky."

Flux nodded, "I'll give you a job of bartending, if you have any mates, or know anyone looking for a job, then just bring 'em here." Flux turned to Richard, "See him over there, he's Richard Baxter, an excellent guitarist, he's 15, but he's set for life with his talents
Richard looked at Mischa again, he thought he'd seen her face before, then he gasped and walked up to her, then whispered, "Your Mischa Badoer! The Drug Mafia women, my dad has connections to the Criminal Underworld, that's how I know who you are, don't worry your secret is safe."

Mischa smiled getting a job that easy. Yet again it was harder getting this job than her others...she was born into the others. He then motioned to the kid who had been 15. Why he was in a bar was beyond her...that and she was only nineteen and was able to get a job. Legal age tended to be 21, but she wasn't going to argue when it came to the law. She broke it all the time with murder or drug trafficking.
The boy looked a little shocked and Mischa only perked an eyebrow in a curious matter. "...Yeah.. I know a thing or two on the guitar..." she would say trying to ignore the look on the kids face... up until the boy approached her and in a whisper said something rather stupid... if not... dangerous.
Her eyes would somewhat glare at the boy and leaned in so her lips were near his ear and he would be able to feel her hot breath on his skin.
"If you are familiar with the business then you should know how stupid it was to approach it the way you did just now. You can get killed." The last statement she would say nonchalantly. It wasn't exactly a threat from her part, but it easily could be taken as such. Mischa was usually the nicest person in the world, but when it came to the mafia she was a whole other person.
She would smile and look back at Flux. "So when do I start?"
