Rino essentially is a workaholic. All he knows is his job and his family because those are the things he was raised with its never changed He prides himself in his work efforts and enjoys doing what he does, Rino essentially tries to establish himself as a better person than he was the day before. And by that of course meaning doing his job better.
Also did I tell you he's part of the mob, yeah thats his job. It seemed like a family business from his youth so the trend stuck. Sister, Father, and himself all drawn into the Mafia.


Mental Information

Personality: Sadistic. He is truly the sort of man to have an imbalance of the brain as most would say, he shows no empathy towards anyone but those around him minus of course his sister being the only close person in his life. He still shows her a harsher side of himself but will essentially revert back to his inner child when with Mischa. Aside from family values and cold-calculating business ecology Rino shares seldom other interests. All life is to him is the next job.
Mentality: Cold-Calculating.
Ideal: Family Ingenuity, Extends to his mob-life.
Belief: Life's just a job so get paid well, drink hearty and make every moment a work of art.


Physical Information

Rino himself is a rather tall man at least by normal people's standards, he would go otherwise unnoticed if it wasn't got the scar gashed across his face along with several others earned in a multitude of fights, gang wars, and civil disputes. His physical presence is suppressed for the most part, his duty is essentially to go unnoticed but when he chooses to the man becomes a demanding figure calling out to the crowd.

He has several tattoos noting his lifestyle choice though with general clothes on it'd be hard to pick them out.

Description of style: a martial art that combines elements of Judo, Jujutsu, Boxing. Wrestling and Savate into a single fighting style that was developed in England in the late 1800's. Although Bartitsu is known as an art that uses a walking stick as its primary weapon for defence, it also emphasizes empty hand, joint locking and pinning techniques to subdue an opponent. One notable aspect of Bartitsu is that its basic principles are based on the distance of the attacker, thus, techniques are dependent on the assailant's movements and range.

Description of style: A fighting style that is derived from the use of Rino's Qi. Is essentially the displacement of water through physical means to disorient or otherwise victimize an opponent regardless of their advantage in ability. Ties in strongly with Whip, sword, and weapon-status fighting.

History Information

Venice had been a trying place, that was the scene of Rino's birth. First-born of the Badoer family legacy so to speak, at least thats how father might have put it if he was every around. Rino's father was compelled entirely by work constant deals going on both across the country going so far as to jump continents, it was clear that he was obsessed with teh job. Mother however was very compelling, her time was spent keeping the family together enforcing family values. A much needed remedy as Mischa came around a few months following.
As it were the little squirrel grew on him, they were close as kids as mother had wanted it. Rino got to be the older brother who stuck up for his sister but she greatly outshined him in the long run becoming daddys little girl and learning the trade to the best of her abilities. She moved around more than Rino did as well. By the time the two matured and grew into their teenaged years they were split apart. Mischa taking to her "abroad studies" while Rino took up the family business.
He worked to mind numbing extents to try and prove to his father he was good enough, strong enoughm smart enough but all he got in return was the cold channeled response. Even when his mother died he responded with the cold apathetic stare and returned to business as usual. It eventually stuck on Rino that he'd end up just as father had one day. Cold.. Apathetic, alone?
One day he dissappeared from Venice in search of Mischa once more. Word is on the street she had taken up residence in some city known as Long Beach. Time for a little reunion.

Naga, The Tide Hunter


The Tide Hunter is the physical manifestation of Rino's Qi, the Snake Lestat takes the form of a water serpent, its size is dependent upon the amount of water that has been absorbed to make up its body. This can fluctuate depending on nearby water outlets. The Tide Hunter also manifests in non-animal forms taking the shape of weapons and even secondary forms of the body melding to enhance the users capabilities beyond their own methods.

Lestat - The Water Serpent manifestation of the Tide Hunter in its base form.

- For Qi to work the user must be within 6 feet of a preexisting source of water. (not including the human body)
- Once activated the user can control and manipulate X quarts of water ( X = 1/5 the users Intelligence)
- Whenever a strike is made using the controlled water, 25% of the users charisma is added to the users Strength.

Conditional Effects:

When water is superheated Damage inflicted with contact of water is increased by 25% as is users dexterity.
User's constitution is decreased by 25% in exposure to additional heat.

When water is supercooled: Damage is increased by 25%, Constitution is increased by 25% as well.
User's Dexterity is decreased by 25%.

These conditional effects cannot be altered by the user's own Qi, it requires an external effect to change.
