Mental Information

Personality: Mia is, for the most part, a well rounded girl. At least in her own mind she is. She is nice when the occasion calls for it, mean when she has to be, and capable of manipulation if the need should arise. She isn’t a bad person, she just takes life for what it is…….a fight. She knows that the world is full of users and she is not about to let her guard down to fall victim to them. She is headstrong and stubborn. A determined girl who wants to get through life on her own terms and enjoy is at the same time. Not too much to ask is it?
Mentality: Sane. By all clinical definitions. No psychosis, no split personalities or bipolar disorder. Just a normal, everyday, average girl. If that is even possible anymore. Sure she is determined and some can see that as a mental defect in this day and age, but really all it is, is a girl who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to try and get it.
Ideal: To live her life on her own terms, to enjoy it and be happy with the outcome when she gets older. No regrets.

Build: Slender and of average height. She has a trim, slightly muscular figure…much like that of a professional swimmer.
Defining Marks: A small birthmark on the back of her right thigh just below her butt and a scar on her left foot that she got from running barefoot in the yard when she was five and stepping on a shard of glass.
Description: Of average height, slender and with a nice trim frame…Mia is a rather pretty young woman. Long brown locks frame her slender face, setting off her brown eyes. Sure there is nothing really remarkable about her appearance, but all in all the overall package is appealing to the human eye. She isn’t overly curvaceous, in fact her curves fit her figure just as they should, giving her a natural beauty that some other girls lack. Do guys fall over themselves to get her? Not really. But they do take notice from time to time and that is good enough for her. She has a way of carrying herself that shows her confidence in herself which is something she thinks is fundamental for a girl in high school. Her clothing is not designer made and its not necessarily what is in fashion. It is what she thinks is comfortable and sensible for the situation.

Description of style: Mia has always been able to manipulate her way out of things without any real need for physical violence. Not that she couldn’t throw a punch if she had to, but she doesn’t have any one distinct fighting style or ability. It is not that she isn’t willing to learn though. If the opportunity should arise, then by all means she is willing to learn, but as of now, it just hasn’t happened yet.

History Information

History: Born in New York 16 years ago, Mia is the daughter of a prominent American business man and an Italian foreign immigrant. Growing up, things were pretty standard for her. Her parents shared a very strong, bonding love for one another. A love that was all to clear to Mia throughout her childhood. School was always a challenge for her. Not because she was lacking mentally in any area, but because she was always face with adversity against those who saw her as beneath them or different. Still, despite whatever harsh words they may have spat at her, she was always proud of who she was and where she came from. But, as the years went by, life became too much in New York and her parents longed for a more stable, secure place to raise their family.
It was then that they picked up and moved the family South to North Carolina. It was a nice place to live, and Mia found that fitting in there was a bit easier than it had been in the are of New York she had grown up in. It was there that she joined the swim team and became captain of the debate team for her class. But, when her Mother found out she was again pregnant……a late and very unexpected pregnancy to say the least, Mia’s Father had to search out a better job opportunity some place else.

And that was what brought them to Long Beach. Here they could have a house of their own, a good neighborhood to raise Mia’s new baby brother Ethan in, and hopefully a better life. What with Mia’s Dad now working for his cousin in a steadily growing law firm up town. But things were always changing and for Mia this place is just another obstacle she will have to overcome in her attempts to live her life.

The Shade Persona is a Symbiote, both leeching the body of nutrition as well as providing its own bonuses for the hosts defense. It takes the physical resemblance of another manifested form. In this case taking the body of a Falcon. The Shade takes multiple forms including; Battle and Passive.

Passive Form~

In the passive form, the Shadow Persona takes upon the image of a Black Falcon enacting itself as both company of the host as well as certain protector. With its enhanced animal properties it has its own statistics and provides vital surveilance which is instantly transmitted to the host. Sylar statistics are increased by 1/4 of Mia's total growth.

Battle Form~

In the battle form, the Shadow Persona is capable of fusing so to speak with the host bending to what the host requires. In this case it enacts as both a subtle armor and a stealth advantage. When the Cloak is dawned (ie. the falcon fusing with the host) 25% of Mia's Charisma is added to her Dexterity, she also gains a +5 Constitution Bonus. When the symbiote is fused with Mia she gains a stealth bonus in shadowed areas becoming much harder to see unless already engaged in combat.
