Preparing always seemed to be the hardest part of any day, whether that be preparing for classes with the regimented supplies to be had or in Jaus' condition, preparing for an unexpected battle he more than anticipated. As he rubbed his temples lightly, walking down the muddled halls of 259, he casually looked about here and there for stirs of chaos. He expected things to be a bit of a mess after years of being her but for the most part it was rather calm. In the days as David Blaze was Captain he saw the man start up more barnyard like brawls than ones he was capable of solving. Jaus wanted to be one different.
Different how you might ask? There had been no plan set in motion, no streamline goal mainly the ordained juncture for him to keep order and maintain a center of justice. School had been many things for many people, an oppressor, something not needed in the equation.
Jaus would be outside, the back field of the school at center, he'd skipped his economics class in order to get his mind clear. Granted he felt like shit now for skipping out of class yeah but he was feeling a bit at peace and relaxation. Mind calm and focused as he stood from a meditative position, his palms and muscles would flex before turning into jabs in the air.
*pft pft pft!*
Three jabs in the air shifting the movement of simple gusts, powerful strength shown in them, however restrained they were. There was much to be done.

White Widow...
Man that shit was good. Malachi had skipped his classes all day to smoke. He really wasn't feeling the whole classroom delioh today. HE would much rather of smoked the fresh sack he picked up which was bomb ass hell. HE was sitting in the back field against the wall in an area everybody usually overlooked which was what he wanted. Plus, nobody usually came back here anyways so he pretty much thought he was in the clear. He took a drag from his blunt and blow the smoke just enough so it would run over his eyes. When the smoke cleared he saw another man out in the field.
What the hell is this guy doing? Malachi would kind of chuckle to the point where he wouldn't be heard. All of a sudden he saw the guy throw three punches and he started to laugh and suddenly stopped when he realized he laughed out loud.
Shit, this may be bad. Justice, be ready just in case something goes down.
I always am Malachi. I always am.

Punches forgone he'd be on the receiving end of a sort of laugh, the usual response from which a high schooler would imagine would be one of insult and insinuation. Turning his head and dropping the offensive front switching it out for an offended one, his brow turning downwards the glaring so to speak at the kid making jest at his situation.
"Problem?"
The glare continued as the mile long stare would be intimidating coming from Jaus, of course to those who'd never seen nor heard of them wouldn't realize what they were getting into, but who could blame them from up till about a week ago he was invisible.
"...tough guy?"

He looked at the man now staring back at him. The look he was getting was one he didn't like the looks of.
"Problem?"
Malachi was just about to answer the long silence when the man suddenly started talking again.
"...tough guy?"
Hmm. Obviously this guy was trying to insult him by making fun of him but Malachi was too high to care.
"No problem. Just when your high and you see someone punching air its kinda funny. Like you know right. Weed, get high, see someone punch air. funny fuuny.
He would sort of laugh and hopefully lighten up the mood. The second the man took a step toward him for any reason Malachi would jump back a couple steps. He would not risk anything. He was overly cautious. He still hasnt really trained and the only other thing to do was let Justice out. He still didnt know if it eventually would become permanent but it was his only choice if this came to a fight

Jaus would calmly resolve his former 'angst' or whatever it was misinterpreted as. However there was another thought that made him particularly 'angsty'. He'd eye the fact that the kid was high and it forced a small wince, almost unnoticeable. The proceeding laugh of the fellow and the following jump proceeding afterwards was enough to antagonize him further.
"You shouldn't be getting high.... for anything else its illegal..."

"You shouldn't be getting high.... for anything else its illegal..."
Who was this guy supposed to be. Don't smoke its illegal. Please, Malachi had his medical license.
"Well I've been smoking for a long time and it hasn't done anything to me. So I don't see the harm in it. Plus it relaxs me and Justice."
Shit. Malachi had unintentionally said something about Justice. It doesn't matter really eventually people will find out but not like this. Especially to someone who could probably kick his ass. Oh well. Well see where this goes.

Jaus would cock an insinuating brow, neigh was he curious about the statement but rather seeing another side to this lad. That other side being a redefinition of his original prognosis. Eyes drifting casually along the length of his arm to the face realizing that there was something he'd said of relation towards his drug problem. The drugs now the cause of this multiple personality so Jaus would reason turning his head in a shaking fashion very subtly.
"...Explains a lot, pathetic."
Jaus would turn around not furthering the kids discussion as the boy was probably just lashing out for attention, any favoring would only illicit that the kid would show heightened signs of his drug abuse.

"...Explains a lot, pathetic."
Pathetic. Who was he calling pathetic. He definately knew it wasn't him. That was just rude.
"And why exactly am I pathetic? Cause you definately don't know me and what I do with my life. So I don't see where you get off saying i'm pathetic. Cause to me the people that are calling names are so disappointed in their own lives that they make fun of others. Now would you like to smoke with me or what?"
Malachi after saying that kinda looked appailed that he had actually said that. He new it was something he had always wanted to say to people but to call him pathetic just wasn't cool. He didn't like that at all. Call him anything else and it wouldn't matter but pathetic was pushing it.
(ooc: sorry for shortness)

It was pointless to argue with someone apparently blitzed out of their mind they couldn't reason correctly, in fact he talked too much to the point Jaus didn't have any stake in waiting around to discuss such actions further. His brow would furrow and be massaged quickly with a free hand before adjusting himself to turn around.
"No sense arguing with someone so steadfast."
Jaus would turn his head an leave unless interrupted in the case of physical violence.
