OOC: This takes place after Emergency Assembly

As soon as the meeting was over, Keith would dismiss himself and head to Asiv's office. This was indeed an interesting turn of events that took place at the meeting. Though Keith wasn't going to bring those parts up. It had concerned Keith somewhat but nothing he couldn't handle.

Of course Keith is a gang officer back at 552. But that would mean nothing at 259 unless Keith applied the knowledge that gave him a quick jump to being third in command of the resurrected Nocturne under Auroth. At this moment, Keith sat himself down in a chair in front of Asiv's desk.

It was time that Keith and Asiv had a serious talk. Afterall, they had a business transaction where Keith gave Asiv the Reaper Pill formula. Sitting in the seat, Keith simply waited. He was curious to hear about those enforcers.

[Zack Asiv]

After the assembly the enforcers took to their new positions throughout the school. With over 50 of them able to be in numerous places at one time, without having to be in class it was EASY to spot any skippers or rule breakers. So Asiv took to the direction of his office. He had only entered the door, when he first noticed it... A presence in the room, Asiv's right arm immedietly summoned up a bubble of his Qi technique ready to blow the shit out of whatever mite be in the shadows, but he turned to see it was somone that went to the school. Asiv woudl let the wind fade away as he closed the door and headed for his desk.

"You know this counts as skipping... It better be important."

[Keith]

"You know this counts as skipping... It better be important."

Keith calmly adjusted his shades. He cleared his throat a bit. This was a dangerous situation. But Keith had been far more dangerous situations that involved people trying to abduct him any chance they could. With a calm and serious tone, Keith would answer with, "it's my free period, Mr. Asiv."

This was tense. However, Keith would have to use tact and rely more on his brains than his brauns. With the new "enforcers" around, Keith had to play this far more intelligently. Of course it was fun to go around breaking shit.

"I was wondering how you were doing implementing the Reaper," Keith brought up. Of course Keith had something of a conscience. It was funny since Keith offered Asiv the Reaper formula. Well the formulas for the real deal and the fakes of course.

Keith had a feeling that Asiv might be using the Reaper on those enforcers. From what Keith heard from Saito, it wouldn't be a pretty sight.

However, Keith also had something to give to Asiv. Something that he didn't have a chance to the last time they met.

Asiv looked at Keith as he explained he had a free period, so he listened to his next question. Asiv clicked away at his computer, pulling up files and instent messages from the Correctional Facility. Keith had asked how the implimentation of Reaper was working.

"Well, its going rather smoothly.... Except for one case."

Asiv turned the monitor and showed the picture of a really pale skinned Senior, his eyes where even pale white it seemed. His hair was slicked back, and also white.

"This is Mitsoumi. He's had an odd reaction to the tests... He has developed the ability to self induce the drugs as if they where a natural chemical in his body.... But every time he does it destroys a part of his mind, memories, experiences, reasons, intellagence, it starts disappearing. But also because of that he has no morals or any other reason it seems but to cause pain and suffering... Very strange young man."

So far, it seemed to be going smoothly from what Asiv had told Keith. But Keith was curious about this one case that Asiv and said. This one case had caught Keith's undivided attention. Keith remained calm and collected about this as usual.

Keith would adjust his shades and look as Asiv turned the monitor in his direction. It was a high school student with pale skin and pale eyes. The person's hair was slicked white. At least Keith managed to get first hand of what happens when experimenting with the Reaper.

Keith made a mental note of the person known as Mitsoumi. He found it intriguing that this Mitsoumi was able to self induce the drugs. Seemed that Reaper was now part of the brain chemicals. The effects weren't that surprising at all to Keith. That's what Saito had said to him about those Reaper Pills. Which was why Saito feared taking them in the first place.

"Indeed, it's very strange," Keith replied. He then added with a question, "how much Reaper have you been giving this person and at what intervals?"
