A new heir

[Spartacus]

Tony Jones or some including himself know him as Spartacus is a boy on a mission, to find his mentors killer's and avenge him but that would be the only time Tony would break his vow, to intentionally kill. So his quest for vengeance brought him to the worst place on earth.


Easy Tony, just hold your breath and count to four.

Tony slowly walked up the front steps of the school, each step he took seemed like an eternity. he soon found out why this place so bad. As student upon students where engage in violent activities.

A massive fight broke out in front of him loads of student duked it out in front of him. he was slightly surprised, but even more surprised that someone would attack him.

"Hey New kid!."

Tony quickly turned to his right only to see a fist flying toward him but Tony was no slouch, quickly attacking on reflex he took a step back. Tony at heart is a very nice person and strongly dislikes fighting and to insure he never has to fight again he tries to deal as much damage as possible to his opponents. he seized the boys wrist with his left hand and rose his right elbow up and slammed it into the boys elbow, breaking it with a disturbing sound.

The boy fell to the group groveling in pain, Tony felt a small sense of delight in what he just did. of coarse he was Spartacus, the slave that challenge a empire. Tony stood in front of the miniature riot and stood in silence.

"This could be, who we are."

[Lilith]

Lilith ran a pale hand through her silver hair pulling it more to one side than the other letting her bangs and the like hang over the left side of her face. Holding her books to her chest her backpack was in class she had made a trip to the library before class started and she wanted to get some books to read over the weekend. And while she was rich she didn't needlessly spend money on crappy books. She got them from the library and read them deciding if they were worthy to buy or not. She heard a commotion in the halls ahead of her and she rolled her eyes. why was it that every morning had some sort of fight in the halls luckily she had been able to steer clear of the whole thing but she was still not keen on fighting and even less on getting hurt as one might expect.

Suddenly a body flew into the group of people Lilith was fighting to get through so she could get back to class. The boy ran right into the silver headed girl making her not only bash into the wall to her right but wince slightly in pain as all her books fell onto the hallway floor. Great now she was going to get trampled as she tired to pick up her books. She rubbed her right shoulder for a moment from the impact with the wall.

"What on earth happened?" she asked softly as she knelt down tucking her skirt close to her toned legs and began to pick up her books stacking them together in a stack so that she could continue to class.

[Spartacus]

Tony had long sliver hair that hung down to his shoulders he had dull blue eyes and a few scars around his body. He was'nt violent or mean he only acted on the impulse what he did was right. He disliked violence but used he used his own violence to crush other violence.

His eyes where surveying the battle looking for his next target to end the mindless brawling . When he saw one of the boys in the fight bump into a passing girl. As her books spilled everywhere, he felt something tug on his heart. His eyes drifted from the books to her legs.She was extremely beautiful too him every little detail about her drew him toward her. he took a step forward toward her. He was drawn like a moth to a flame he would do anything for her to even talk to him. He knelt down beside her and reached over and picked up one of her fallen books.

" Here you go." Tony said smiling.

the fight behind him was not a concern of his anymore. He justed wanted to talk to the girl in front of him.Even if she completely blew him off it was enough. Just a few words would settle him down.

Lilith's lavender eyes looked up and she smiled softly as her pale hand came out and took the book from the silver headed boy. It wasn't common for people to have silver hair like she did, hers had been as a result of trauma and she silently wondered what exactly had happened to him or if his was just natural. Lilith had one of those smiles that could warm a heart instantly and her lavender eyes were bright. She was indeed a beautiful girl, you had to be in her line of business. she was a pop star, up and coming and quite popular these days. But she ws still down to earth and she caught the blue eyes of the boy that was in front of her.

"thank you." she said softly as she tucked her silver hair behind one of her ears with her left hand.

She grabbed her books and stood up again slowly. She held her books to her white dress shirt covered chest and smiled. he seemed nice even helping her with her book. She liked his hair it was like her own and looked good on him making his eyes really stand out. She blushed softly letting the pink tinge her pale cheeks as she let her lavender eyes travel up to catch his blue ones.

"So umm.. what's your name?" she asked curiously. "Would you.. like to walk with me?" she offered softly as her eyes fell softly in a little shyness. Sure she knew boys that were cute but there was something different about this one. Something in his eyes.

When she thanked Tony he felt his heart swell up twice its normal size.He slowly retracted his arm and placed it in his pocket.Since he was new he didn't know anyoneso he saw this as a great achement in his social status.

He wore a red tank top with a cross pattern on his left breast. He wore tight black jeans with his red high top sneakers that where tattered and old the only shoes that the Nuns could offered . He waited until she stood before he did . He brushed his hair out of his eyes and smiled nervously. He didn't know where he got his hair from, his mother was Asian fooled around allot so his father could be anyone or anything.Tony closed his eye trying to get the thought out of his mind.

"So umm.. what's your name?"

Tony opened a single eye and smiled. She wanted to know his name, It took all what Tony had to keep from screaming out his name. A trait that he discovered when he would become excited.

"Spart- Tony! Tony Jones."

Tony rubbed the back of his head smiling. Father Truth once told Tony that "stay cool, no matter what alway keep your cool." a statement that Tony held true to his heart. so no matter what the case was Tony alway kept his cool.

"Sure, i'll walk with you." Tony would have walked with her to oblivion. he was on a quest, but that could wait.Now his only quest was to walk with this girl till her next class.

[Lilith]

Lilith chuckled. She couldn't help it he was so cute and probably didn't even know it. She loved his hair, it was like her own and she had the distinct urge to run her fingers through it, or just to touch it and see if it was as soft as it looked. Blushing at the thought she listened to him tell her his name and a gentle smile crossed her strawberry flavored gloss lips. He was of course becoming cuter by the moment and nervously, as per her habit, she tucked her hair behind her ear again the silver charm bracelet on her wrist shimmering in the sunlight coming in through the window.

"It's nice to meet you Tony, thank you again for helping me. My name is Lilith."

She locked her eyes with him before she began to move through the crowd again walking through the halls at a slow leisurely pace. The eye contact was to tell him to follow her and she smiled gently as he told her that he would walk with her. She was growing more relaxed normally such a happy and exuberant girl she couldn't help but feel odd that she had become so shy in the eyes of this boy that was next to her. Her eyes slowly ran over his body for a moment. Hey! Boys aren't the only ones that check the opposite sex out. She blushed again.

"I'm pretty knew here, just started a few days ago. So I am still geting used to everything. How long have you attended this school?" she asked curiously holding her books to her ample chest as her eyes peeked out from behind her silver hair and looked up at him again. A smile on her glistening lips. she really needed to drink something she found her mouth so dry around this boy. Tony, there was something about him that.. made her act differently and she didn't know why she had never acted this way around someone ever.

"Lilith."

Tony found himself saying her underneath his breath. He was under a spell, cupid had already shot him about fifty times. He was determined to have her now. Father Truth was very vague with girls and his analogy with turnips was not helping him, so he just went with what was natural with him. As she 'checked him out' Tony did the same to her. Her body and face captivated him, how did he get so lucky? she was just like him and he didn't even know it. As she walked forward, he followed by her side.

"Really?, today is my first day, I thought today would be a bad day, but things are looking up now."


Tony heart was racing, he hadn't been this nervous since he ran away. Was this really the power of women? this feeling they give men? the power to start wars with just a scorn and end them with a smile? something inside him told him that this girl was not as she seemed. He wanted to know everything about her. what her favorite food was where she lived and all that she had done.

"Um, since where both new and all, maybe would could explore the school? if your not too busy."

He reached behind, feeling to see if he brought his wallet, luckily for him he had been given an allowance by the nuns to spend a week.

"shit, only 13 bucks" He whispered underneath breath. If Lilith agreed to go on this little adventure he proposed, then it would probably cost some money.

[Lilith]

"Really? I"m so glad you're having a good first day. I hope I can make it a bit better for you. This school has a lot of violent people in it but, I think it still has promise." she chuckled softly and tucked her silver hair behind her ear.

Her eyes looked up at him and she watched softly as he looked over her body. She was slim and toned, while not a fighter she was a dancer but even mor than that she was a singer so she worked out a lot to keep her shape and to keep her lungs in shape. She smiled up at him her smile was bright over her white straight teeth as he looked at her and asked her if she would like to explore the school with him. Now that sounded fun. it just did, she didn't know why she hadn't thought of it before hand but perhaps fate was holding her back so that she could meet Tony so that they could do it together.

"Yeah! That sounds fun! Yeah lemme just drop my books off at my classroom and grab my bag and we can go." she said with a bright smile. Her hand fell to her side limply and she wished that she could hold his hand but though she was normally very bold she just couldn't do it to Tony. Her class came up quickly and she smiled.

"Wait here. I'll be right back." she said with a bright smile as she ducked into the classroom. Her seat was by the windows and the second back. She placed her books on her desk and grabbed up her purse never liking to leave it behind it was small she didn't need much at school. She put it over her shoulder and across her chest so it hung on her hip and she came back out to him with a smile.

"So where to first?!" she asked happily standing beside him. "I'm excited. So lets do this!" she said holding out her hand to him with a soft blush. This way they wouldn't get lost.. yeah .. that was it.

[Kane Hikari]

with a loud roaring yell followed by a dull thud, Kane dropped from the ceiling, attacking one of the crowd that had been following tony. he got up and brushed himself off and smiled as he whipped his arm arround, wrapping the bandage arround the first persons throat and yanked them towards him as he thrust his fist into their gut. he unravled more of his bandages and jumped back.

he never liked it when people followed him and he hated it when people couldnt mind their own buisness. he spun arround and delivered a roundhouse kick to the next persons head. he smiled as he made contact to the firsts chest again, spinning he backhanded the second one and jumped back. in one quick movement he had attack not once but four times. he smiled, thinking he had done some good, not quite sure weather the group was friend or foe

Tony was happy she agreed to come with him, but happy was a understatement. Maybe it was fate? Tony had always believed in Fate hat a certain man has a certain destiny and no matter how hard you try you can't run from it. He watched her as she moved back to the class room, he couldn't help it, his eyes where drawn to her.Hew saw her hand. he could believe it, was he this lucky? No he didn't believe in luck, everything happens for a reason, so this was meant to happen so he was suppose to grab her hand. He reached forward and took her hand gently, he didn't want to come on too forward.

"The more trouble we get in, is more funnier if we don't get caught."


Right about that time, he heard a battle cry and the boy rush off to battle. Tony knew of this schools reputation and a boy that popped out of no ware to fight was trouble. He gave playful push to Lilith forward., he had a slightly bad idea that something was about to happen.

"I have a few dollars, I think we can do something."

He took a glance back, watching the boy plow threw the group of boys that was following him, Tony was grateful for the act but he still thought it was pretty fishy.

[Lilith]

Lilith smiled softly as her fingers closed over his larger hand. He seemed nice so far and holding his hand made a soft blush come across her small cheeks. she smiled at him gently looking into his blue eyes. He mentioned doing things that could get them caught but not actually get caught. She chuckled softly and nodded thinking about what they could do and an idea was already forming in her mind that could definatly get them caught but would probably be a lot of fun if he was up for it. It just depended on him and what he wanted to do. But before they could start going anywhere someone had jumped down from somewhere and she jumped having not expected the cry and she inadvertantly moved closer to Tony someone she was coming to trust or else she wouldn't be holding his hand.

She looked behind her to see someone she had never seen before fighting and she looked up at Tony. Would he want to fight too? Would their plans end because of this person? But he told her that they would go and gave her a small push forward and she smiled brightly beginning to walk down the hall with him. Only too happy to leave fighting behind she wasn't a fighter and she didn't like violent people they seemed to resort to it much too quickly instead of trying all the different ways you could to calm someone down. She still stuck close to Tony just incase something happened but she hoped it wouldn't.

"I have money too! Which opens us up to many things." she chuckled with a smile as her fingers moved to interlace with his softly a slightly more intimate hold than just clasping hands.

"Well, if you want, our first idea while we might get caught is free." she said with a smile. "What if we snuck into the drama department and played around on the stage and in the costume racks and play around a bit. It might be fun?" she shrugged with a smile. "What do you think? Unless you have a better idea. I'm up for all kinds of stuff."

[Kane Hikari]

Kane grabbed the nearest kid and head butted them making gouts of blood come out of their nose. he smiled, he was having fun with this one. he pulled back his arm and slammed his fist into the first kids chest, with enough pressure to cause a temporary heart stop. the kid was out in seconds. he smiled as he lifted the second kid and chucked them at the lockers. with a loud bang he fell to the ground unconscious.

"Ya know, people that follow others are as low as scum, but when you follow them just to beat them up, your lower than scum in my books." he stated very loudly as if saying it loud would make the two that were unconscious hear it. he lifted his leg and slammed it into a fourth kids stomach, brining them to the ground with ease. he rushed up to the kid with the broken arm and lifted them off the ground. instead of hitting the kid he just dropped him and the kid dropped like a ton of bricks. he turned around to see the others running away and with a smile he wiped the blood off of his forehead.

"Damned fools!" he yelled at them as they ran away "no one runs from a fight, i repeat, no one!" he tore down the hall dragging the three that had fallen behind him. he was screaming his head off at all the kids that were running away, he would catch them and make sure they didn't follow anyone around just for revenge any more.

Tony's face was turning slightly red, he was doing what the Nuns suggested if he had ever got into a situation like this with a girl, Roll with it. So he did, he held her hand, which was great.he felt Lilith move closer to him as the boy was fighting up a storm, he kinda wished random acts like that would happen more often, if she was going to move closer. The idea of fighting did cross his, he didn't enjoy fighting but yet he fought for an unknown reason.it was the X factor Truth spoke of, the factor in everyone that makes them do things they normally wouldn't do.

"Drama?, sound fun."

Tony suddenly got an image of himself dressed up as a pirate. With a big pirate hat with a bigger feather, a big ruffly shirt and the eye patch.Tony would look like fool if anyone walked in, seeing a "mature" sixteen year old playing dress up would be dreadfully embarrassing.........for anyone else.

" You wanna lead the way? cause i am newer then you right now."

Public school and home school where two entirely different things. When Tony was home schooled, he was shut off from the world unless he sneaked out to play which he did on a regular day basis. he turned his head up toward the ceiling following a moth that was flying around.Like i moth to the flame i am drawn to her.

[Lilith]

She smiled softly as he looked down at her thinking that it seemed like a good idea. She looked up at him seeing his blush on his face she chuckled softly. He was so cute. She held his hand as they began to walk away from the fighting and Lilith couldn't be happier to put some distance between them and the fighting. She wanted to go have some fun and that wasn't going to happen if they were still in a fight or if they had to be around it all the time. But drama sounds fun, because she could just imagine all the different outfits they could play with and have a good time just enjoying themselves so long as they didn't get caught. She had a feeling they would be skipping class, which was going to be interesting indeed seeing as she had never done that before.

"Yeah I'll lead the way I know enough about the school to get us there." she said brightly.

As they walked Lilith didn't reliquish her hold on his hand it was soft and she liked the way it was large enough to almost swallow her smaller soft hand. She couldn't help but let the smile cross her face stay there because it was nice having met Tony it was nice being around him.

"So, where are you from? What landed you here?" she asked curiously. "For me it was my brother. He's my twin and he wanted us to go here. For me it was the academics but for him I think he wanted to fight and to have more experience with that kind of thing. I don't really get it, but thats just who he is." she shrugged softly.

"And umm.. well I'm .. assuming you don't have a girlfriend right?" she asked softly as she blushed deeply and bit her lower lip nervously.

[Spartacus]

He had barley knew Lilith yet he really liked her not the friendly like, like how you like a friend but LIKE LIKE, like kissing like.

What will he dress up as? a nun? o gawd no anything but a nun, he saw plenty of them when he got home. Maybe a pirate? or ....Even though they had been walking for sometime he didn't even notice that she hadn't let go yet.her hand was soft, and gentle it felt so right. Fate had something planned, something that would have her intertwined with Tony somehow, who knew.

Then she asked the question, why was he here. His heart stopped his eyes grew slightly wider. Could he trust her enough to reveal that secret. That as nice and caring that he may be he had a overwhelming murderous intent on whoever killed his mentor? could he trust her enough to understand? Maybe he could, but for now he barely knew her.

"I was born in a small European country but as soon as i was born my parents shipped me off to the states.Guess I'm an orphan really, never really knew my folks. I was raised by a bunch of mean old nuns. I convinced the nuns to let me attend this school"

Tony laughed, he had given the nuns hell since he was able to walk, he'd play pranks on them like throwing water balloons and eating all of the communion bread.


"Naw, I don't have a girl friend, I'm a pretty loyal guy, so I doubt I be talking to ya if I did. Even though your really beautiful." Tony said as he turned and winked at her.
