Zaia-The new kid (First replyer)

[Zaia]

Walking in the school hallway, mind in a twist Zaia was looking for the office. He was in a new school , and was just about to walk out because he was getting irritated. He didn't want a new school, but it was closer. He kept walking hoping to find someone that could help him with his problem. He searched the halls with an irritated face, and wondered what this new school would be like.
Would the people be kind? or maybe like his old school, and not even care. He was getting quite curious to know so he decided to continue looking for the office. Taking a look at the school itself Zaia felt something weird to it. He didn't know exactly what it was, but he liked it.
Gripping his satchel pack with his books in it he finally found the office. He walked towards it in excitement, and began moving a little faster. "I wonder what its going to be like?" he said quietly to himself while headed towards the main office.

[Kane Hikari]

kane walked up to the main office with a smiled on his face, he wondered what would change in this school next, he laughed quietly to himself as he walked arround. he was thinking about what they called him at his last school, "Akuma the defender" what an ironic name, a demonic defender.... had a nice ring to it.

he looked arround to notice a kid walking up to the main office, he opened the door and decided to let him in first. it was the polite thing to do after all, plus it was a small way to judge character. he looked up and down the hall to check to see if it was safe. once he was sure it was he turned his attention back to the kid in which he said "Welcome to Public High School #259, new here?"

[Zaia]

"Uhhh, My name is Zaia, just call me Zai, and yes i am new to this school thanks for asking, and oh thanks for opening the door as well." Zaia said with a nervious smile. "I wouldn't of thought that anyone would be nice to me here concidering how i look." Zaia walked in to the main office with his pack in hand, and continued to talk to his new aquantance."Oh how rude of me, may i ask your name?" Zaia said as he bowed slightly. "I'm not usually this talkative,but i am trying to make friends, my last school everyone kinda ignored me." Zaia began to frown a bit. "So anything inparticular about this school i should know about?" He asked with the intent that maybe he would get tips on making friends.

[Kane Hikari]

Kane looked up, his smile gone and said "my names kane, and your might have problems in this school, theres lots of fights all over the place, weather they should be or not, well thats not the worst of it, but im new here and theres already problems for me, ill tell you more later." he once again checked to see if the hallway was clear of fights before he decided to enter the office.

[Zaia]

"Fights huh?" Zaia said with interest while looking at kane. "Oh and by the way nice to meet you Kane, i hope we can become friends." He looked at kane with a very slight smile. "I just need someone, ive never really had a good friend." Zaia looked sad for a second. "Oh!, and about these fights....are they any good?" Zaia was happy because besides his music he enjoyed a fight or two on the side. "I quite enjoy a fight from time to time." He told kane with a smirk. "Ok, got my classes, what do you say we head out?" Zaia pointed towards the door.

[Kane Hikari]

kane laughed a little bit and rested against the wall. "well if you want to go to class, go ahead, im headed to the roof later, i dont feel like showing up in any classes today. he took a few steps forward and placed a hand on the door. he wasnt sure one weather he could trust this kid or not, but it would have to be good enough for now so he opened the door and walked out, not caring if Zaia followed.

[Zaia]

"Hey wait!" Zaia yelled while catching the door as it closed. "I guess i don't have to go to class today....i can say i got lost." Zaia was taking desperate measures in order to get even one friend. He didn't want to be alone in this new school."Listen i really want someone to at least hang out with, ive been alone for to long, i just need someone, yah know?" Zaia looked a little upset. "I understand though if you don't want to be friends, but i would really appreciate it." Zaia followed as kane walked. "At least tell me how i could be welcome with anyone." He said this in somewhat of an order. "I need someone, anyone."

[Kane Hikari]

"well dont do as i did in my last school.... eventually i got hated for it." he smiled "Akuma the protector they called me, protecting anyone and everyone i could from getting the ever loving shit beat out of them." he lowered his head " the principal expelled me for sending over twelve kids to the hospital with their skulls cracked and their arms and legs broken, i just couldnt bear to see them attack that girl like that..." his voice trailed off for a few seconds and he stared off and suddenly he regained his composure " your welcome to join me if you wish...."

[Zaia]

" I don't think you should of been hated for that, maybe if you were around when my broth.....never mind." Zaia got quiet. "Thanks for letting me tag along, i hope im not a bother, and just call me Zaia please." Zaia followed with great interest. "So do you always go to the roof?" He looked at Kane waiting for an answer. "I used to sit on my old school all the time, then the other kids took it over." Zaia seemed content with this one person he had met to day, and just wanted it to last. "Thanks again."

[Kane Hikari]

Kane smiled "well at least on the roof we cant get in too much trouble, dint think i can get expelled from this school, but just in case id like to try to stay away from trouble for now." he wandered down the hallway until he came to a set of what seemed to be rarely used stairs. he walked up the stairs that were meant for the higher floor janitors but weren't used so. he made his way up the stairs and at the top floor of the school he walked down the hallway till he found the first fire alarm then counted twelve classroom doors then headed down the stairs next to the twelfth classroom half a floor, through a door on the middle floor and up those stairs to the roof

[Zaia]

Zaia followed,and looked at the classrooms as they passed. "So does the roof have a good veiw?" Zaia asked out of silence. "I mean nevermind." He said trying not to look stupid. "I'm sorry im just so nervous, yah know?" He continued to follow as they reached the roof. "So this is it?" He asked as if he didn't know it was. He thought to himself, maybe this will be my chance to have the one good friend out of my whole unimportant life. He wanted at least one best friend before he died, and thought maybe Kane would be it. He would just have ot continue and maybe intrigue Kane a bit more.

[Kane Hikari]

Kane stood in front of the the edge of the roof with a psychotic smile on his face "its always so relaxing to stand up here and stare at what will soon become chaos, father speaks of it often, this whole country will soon be enveloped in chaos and this school just might be the epicenter." his smile grew slightly wider then suddenly it dissapeared and he looked arround, seeming scared, as if another personality had taken over or he didnt want anyone to know his secret. he covered his once again bleeding wrist and sat down, to stare out over the edge of the school at the trees in the the schools courtyard

[Zaia]

"Chaos? What exactly do you mean?" Zaia was confused at what kane was talking about. "Listen Kane im not sure if you want me to, but can i call you a friend? I mean we have gotten aquanted, but if you want to know anything about me i would be glad to answer any questions, and i would like to get to know you better also. If i could be of any help anytime i will be here." Zaia had a sad look on his face when he notices Kane was different."A....are you ok?" Zaia asked looking at kane with a concerned look with his head tilted a little bit. Do you need something, maybe some water?" Zaia was confused and would drop the subject if Kane failed to respond. "So what else is on your mind?"

[Kane Hikari]

Kane's voice was sorrowful as he stood up "yeah... you can be my friend...." he said as he looked down at his wrist the blood had now soaked through his last layer of bandages he looked up, pain being shown deeply in his eyes but not any where else in his body ".... i think i should go to the nurses office" he let his arm with the bloody wrist drop to his side, the bandages were a bright, nearly florescent red, suddenly he felt dizzy and fell over, nearly unconscious.

[Zaia]

"Kane!!!?" Zaia yelled quickly as he rushed to catch him. He didn't catch him all the way, but caught his arms in order to stop his head from hitting the ground. "Hey, Kane wake up!" Zaia was yelling franticly, and taping on Kane's shoulder. Thats when he noticed the blood. "Oh wow... Zaia reached down and put a bit on his finger and brought his finger to his mouth. "So sweet." He said as he lifted Kane up the best he could. "I hope i can find the nurses office." He began talking to himself while he was carrying Kane down. "You wont die on me today." He wondered what was going on, and didn't want to admit it, but he was really worried. "I will make sure your alright." He said while he reached the main hallway. "I think thats it." Zaia rushed to a room that looked like it might be the nurses office. "Yes!" It was, and Zaia was so relieved. "Your going ot be O.K. He opened the door and told the nurse that his friend was bleeding. He thought to himself...Friend its kinda nice to say to myself, i actually have a friend. He put Kane on the hammock in the back room, and let the nurse do what she needed, Zaia waited in the front room, but soon fell asleep.
