Qi Name: Addictive Personality Qi History: After many years of researching his family’s medical history, Leighis discovered a dormant trait in his blood work. With a few years he was able to cause this trait to be reactivated. After his self experiments he realized that his blood now had psychologically altering effects…. Hum well its For Science! Qi Ability: This Qi causes the users blood to have an addictive quality while at the same time healing abilities for others who consume it. This Qi also includes the ability to control the user’s blood production and clotting rates. Qi Strengths:-This Qi allows the user to help rejuvenate his companions. Qi Weaknesses:-After the first time another tastes the users blood they become addicted and will suffer from withdraw. -The user will lose this Qi if his strength or dexterity ever exceeds a maximum of 20 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Level 1:- User is granted conscious control over the production and clotting rates of his blood
- Once blood is ingested by another character, they will have a full IC and Statistical recovery in 5 posts
- For the First 3 posts after consumption the character will suffer from terrifying hallucinations
- Once the hallucinations fade the character will feel an overwhelming feeling of ecstasy for an additional 2 posts
- Once this ecstasy fades the character will be overwhelmed with bliss for the rest of the thread
- After the 5 recovery posts the character will gain a +10 constitution bonus for the rest of the thread
- Once the blood it tasted it is instantly addictive and the character must consume at least a drop of the user’s blood every 3 threads to avoid Withdraw

Quite an interesting Character, can't wait to Rp with you.
As for the stats; they are supposed to be capped at 30 till you hit post cap but seeing as he's not a student there was a prior cap for adults at 50, I'll approve for now unless staff chooses to contradict my judgement.
Qi, I'll look over personally but on standby until Squee approves.

Edit: After further discussion, it has been decided that this Qi is on probation for 90 days.
Items in question for admin by the moderators:
-In order for Qi continue affecting the recipient of the blood, is it simply enough for them to ingest the blood? Realistically, this would not work because Leighis is no longer in contact with them, and therefore his Qi cannot affect them (as stated in Qi rules). Ingested, blood will only stay in their system for a few days. After that, they can no longer be affected, not even by the withdrawals. However-- if the blood is transfused, it stays in the system longer and therefore (if transfused blood even counts as 'maintaining contact' at all) affect them for a longer period of time, thus enabling the withdrawals.
-Are the withdrawals legal or do they break the Qi system? If legal, should this ability be usable only at a higher level of the Qi (4 or 5) to avoid being overpowering to other players?
It is suggested that all questions/answers by the user, moderator, and Admin/Leon be taken up into PM so as to avoid cluttering this character bio thread.
