In the middle of town within the second story office buildings something amok would be taken place. The only trigger would be a biohazard warning alarm going off in the building. A dead silence however would make the alarm signal carry along on the air.
"Ja Ich Vorkin' on Et."
A man would mutter mostly under his breath in a German accent as he pounded away on the top of a metal contraption. His frame hunched over the top of it in a manner that would suggest he was accustomed to this type of work. His ratty, tattered lab coat would have oil stains and dust painted down the sides mostly around his hips where he'd occasionally bring a hand up to wipe them clean only achieving in making them far worse.
"Arcturus doesn't like to be kept waiting."
A large man would say from behind him dwarfing the small man's view from the elevator.
"Arcturus doesn't like failure either, I'd suggest you leave the brain be Oli."
A figure would emerge from the stairwell at the adjacent wall to the elevator. Her stature was a whole foot shorter than the large man but she stood a head taller than the scientist buried in his work.
"How long until the bomb is ready Doctor?"
A weary gaze would peel up, slight irritation at the corners of his eyes before hinting back the goggles that lingered on his eyes.
"I Cannae be sure. vonne hour. two maybe."
The woman would wince slightly but recover just as fast, the hulking man however would show more irritation by the matter resolving such by pacing off to the elevator and lingering with his back to the wall. With a turn of his head, the doctor would return to work on the presumed bomb.
The building is a two story office building, its first floor is a large reception area built like a "T" at the base of which is the elevator. The stairs are off to the left of the elevator and escalate to the second floor at an adjacent wall which is uncovered. On the second floor it is a perfect square. The elevator at the North end opens to a perfectly ornate spacing of four cubicles surrounding the bomb space at the center of the room. Oli stands to the right side of the elevator while the woman stands at the North West cubicle cluster.
The bomb will detonate in 30 Posts, decimating Long Beach. Even the underground. >=]

Nyx hadn't been far off when she'd heard the alarms sounds and while the sound of alarms after a long drawn out barrage of war drawn missiles made the alarms seem pointless, she indulged them anyway. Her body tensed to the ground in its bestial huntress costume she'd stride low against the wall of the outsides of the building, the only way up of course being the elevator and the stairs.
She'd hesitate if only momentarily at this point lingering in the doorway and keeping a look up and down the isles of the open entryway in the room. It seemed clear enough so she'd pass on through peeling away towards the elevator. Curiosity concerned that the alarms seemed to blare louder in here than anywhere else.
Energy would flare into her wrists as she'd prepare her bow. Odds are this was no coincidence but to be sure she'd investigate further, neglecting the elevator she'd pass the main entryway and pace over towards the stairs. Pacing her way up the stairs she'd make her way inching slowly up one by one until making it to the door.
*Click*
The hiss would come from her bow drawn peeling around the corner and looking at things. A large man and a woman in places with a sizable bomb looking thing in the middle of the room.
"Hey...?"

The blue haired boy zoomed through the streets on his motorcycle. He had been on his way back home when he heard this siren blaring. Something within him couldn't help but want to see what was going on. The boy would step off of his motorcycle as he parked in front of the building. He would hold his helmet in his hand by the mouth guard as he unzipped his leather jacket to reveal a black shirt that fit him quite nicely. His arms would fall to his sides by his blue jeans that fit him quite snuggly but still had breathing room. Clutching the helmet he looked around.
"Anyone here?"
The boy assumed that everyone had already been cleared out but that still left the issue of the alarm. The boy decided to take the elevator up to the top floor. He didn't get real good look at the building from outside but decided it was the best plan of action. Pressing the button, the boy would whistle slightly as he waited. It didn't take very long for the elevator to arrive and when he entered he only saw three buttons. B, *1*, and 2. The boy pressed the button for the second floor. He couldn't believe his eyes as the doors opened.
"Woah.."
In the room sat a giant box. Not a normal box either but one of those boxes in tv that went boom. That's right a bomb. With pipes and explosives and death. It appeared there were three other people in the room. One girl at the edge of the staircase, a woman, and a giant of a man. The boy stepped out of the elevator as the doors closed behind him. This must have been some of the work of that man... Barker.
"Compensating much? Wouldn't think a big guy like you would need that. Come on. You look like you'd be packing quite the package. What with those muscles and everything."
So he might have been staring down a terrorist and what was the first thing he did? Make an ass out of himself. Smooth.

"Huh?~ Oli would look down at the figure just beneath him in the elevator, his height of course interrupting him for a moment taking the time to size up his opposition in the stairwell. His brow would furrow with stern irritation at the fact that someone was here, Vera had told him that the building was cleared out.
"AHHHH!"
With the limited vocabulary that Oli possessed he'd force out a hand downwards into the ground just before the edge of the elevator, just before the feet of Shugo watching the earth shatter around them and breaking the elevator on its edge enough so that the ground would crumble around them and send Oli and Shugo downwards to the ground floor with the ceiling falling in around them.
"Hey...?"
*CRASH!*
The shattering sound of the floor behind her would distract Vera for a moment her attention shifting back to the sound of the girl's voice a wide grin etched from cheek to cheek.
"Hey there sweet'ms"
A pair of daggers drawn from the girl's vest before being thrown towards Nyx's torso.

"Shit."
The boy had seen this sort of move before. Hiroko had used it once before at 552 to completely decimate an entire hallway that had about almost fifteen students in it. Shugo would avoid the shock wave of the attack by jumping up. But there was no way to avoid the shrapnel that ensued. Shugo was pelted with bits of the ceiling as he fell. The boy would drop the helmet that he once gripped in his hand as he covered up his head. Was he going to have to fight this monster? Could Shugo even beat this guy?
As the boy landed he would would bed his knees and ankles to help absorb the shock of the fall. He wasn't completely at his best just yet. He couldn't fight this guy at that very moment. Shugo would slowly stand up dusting himself off. He had to be cautious, calculating, and lucky to get through this one.
"Hey big guy. That was a pretty strong attack there. Where did you learn an amazing martial arts move like that?"
This guy didn't seem very bright. After all what kind of retard roared before he let out an attack that fierce? What was he trying to do let everyone in the neighborhood know he was up to something? Or maybe he was trying to psych himself up. Either way Shugo kept those thoughts to himself and decided to tread carefully for the time being.

OOC: I have no idea what's happening so I'm just going to go along with it.
IC:
The male drove through the various deserted streets of the once vibrant city, his eyes scanning left to right, his body relaxed and ready for any sudden movements that would most likely save his life. He had been on his way back from the apartment of some girl he was meant to be hanging out with, but when he got there the place was empty, in fact the whole apartment block was empty, each house was the same the doors were kicked in, the household items were scatted and broken, no blood, no bodies, the only sign of resistance were broken mirrors and other objects.
He turned the corner, of a street and quickly turned off his lights while coming to a halt, off in the distance he could see a small light and some kind of vehicle, most likely a motorcycle. Interesting this male or female was the first person he had seen for hours, he wasn't just going to sit back and do nothing. Jack scanned his surroundings, seeing no place to be able to safely park, he reversed back a few streets before decided to veer off to some unknown side street, stepping out of his car he grabbed his jacket and quietly began to stalk his way toward were the person had parked his motorbike, making sure to take down the name of the side street and the main street he was on.
As he got closer he could hear a siren going off, the closer he got the more that curiosity within him began to rise. The whole time trying to put two and two together, he was now a block and a half away and the siren was getting more and more annoying, maybe that man was a robber, trying to steal something? he would think as he covered the remainder of the distance between himself and the building.
Jack approached the bike, pulling out his phone which for some reason had no reception he used the flashlight to inspect the bike for anything that would tell him who's bike it was. He wrote down the number plate and tried to open the under seat storage if it was open or could easily be opened Jack would take a look inside to see if there was anything of use. Sometimes riders kept tools, or even weapons in there. If Jack didn't find anything of use or couldn't get the trunk open he would move on into the building. As Jack moved off he heard a crash, he looked back at the tipped over bike and cringed, "SORRY! My bad!". Looking around to see if anyone saw it or if the owner was near Jack chuckled at his stupidity" Apologizing to no one, you're an idiot Jack" Jack walked to the elevator and pressed the up button, It didn't take very long for Jack to get angry, Jack and waiting didn't go hand in hand, tapping his right foot against the ground waiting for that *ding* which told him the elevator had arrived. Jack decided to take the emergency exit stairs, hoping that the alarm didn't go off as he pushed the doors open. Making his way up the stairs he peered through the first emergency exit door on the first level.
Fuck
"This isn't where I parked my car!"
Jack slowly backed out of the room careful not to startle the two males to his presence with any luck they'd brush him off, ignoring his highly humorous pop-culture reference. If unhindered Jack would continue up the stairs before appearing behind a female who unknown to Jack was in the middle of dodging incoming dagger.
"This is where I want to park my car"
Jack would murmur to himself.
