Okay guys, it's been awhile, but I wanted to get this started again. Welcome to the Character Awards! These nominations will take place quarterly, or every three months of the year. Let's have some fun, shall we?~
Rules
- Remember, these are IC (in character) awards. Vote based on how YOU feel about others' characters. And only post from ONE of your accounts, please!
- Be a good sport—and no hard feelings. Even awards like Weakest and Most Useless are done in good humor :D
and you get spiffy prizes, so who cares!
- You may only vote for one person individual award, but you may vote for the same person for multiple awards. Heck, you could vote for the same person for all of the awards. (But you won’t because no one is that awesome.) You can even vote for yourself. But share the love.
- You don’t have to vote for every award. Leaving an award blank is allowed, even though a pony dies for every blank you leave.

Scariest: Vespyr, She's mean and hurts people's feelings with stabbings and the like.
Cutest/Least Intimidating: Sebastian, considered putting Leta.... because she's blind but felt Sebastian is a fine fit for this.
Most Cunning: Kiyoshi, I debated this one strongly and still feel iffy. Kiyoshi while probably one of the strongest strategists on the board still has his own set of values which seems to inhibit taking "cunning" actions. Though this is up for debate as to whether these moments of value are out of some sense of honor or simply an excuse of tactics.
Slowest: Brad White, mainly just cuz slow posting but just negative outlook as a character makes me think he's opposed to action.
Strongest: Jaus Valentine, LOLOLOLOL You've barely seen him at full AHAHAHAH!
Weakest: >_> Teal
Most Violent: Vespyr, LOLOLLOLOL Meanie

Most Intelligent: "Unfettered" or Kiyoshi, probably the two most tactful minds on the board. Unfettered because he takes action and forces people to move, Kiyoshi because he's quite good at reacting to situations and adapts to his favor.

OOC Note: The following is incomplete.It was a small ten by ten by ten room with the typical push-up office ceiling and lighting. The glass pane windows composed the entirety of the east "wall" with only a small, windowless door to lead into the room by the south. In the center was a small table with about six plastic-seated chair circling around it.
---The door opened up abruptly, with a German with long white hair and an eye patch over his left eye keeping the door from closing, pressing his entire body to the side. Walking in rank and file before him was a fellow with long red hair, his hands in his pockets as he goose stepped to the table, trying to hide his disgust for the German with a barely concealed scowl. Following after him was a more refined looking Japanese man in a very proper suit, his movements very smooth... but controlled with an air of efficiency. Pausing a moment behind Tuvlan, he would stop to adjust his black tie before following after him. It was the last two that would draw attention... a teal haired German with an eye patch over his right eye in a Nazi German uniform, while being pushed in his wheelchair 5'6 brown fellow with glasses, wavy hair, a white shirt and a jacket.
"Unfettered" entered last and closed the door behind them, taking his seat at the table.
There was a moment of awkward silence as the odd group looked about each other in this obviously non-canon meeting."...Vell now. Let's begin, shall ve?"There was a general murmur of agreement."Uh, alright. The things I've gone through...""---Were first of all, not RPed and therefore not justified. Second of all... Vespyr's character is designed to emphasize the very epitome of a human wanting to and enjoying the act of harming other humans. The extent with which she goes about it, how she comes back to life in a disturbingly shell-like form after a few minutes of death is very disturbing."

"Teal" just grunted annoyed as the Dean sat very still and very alert as usual. I enjoy his character depiction as much as the rest of you and how much room for growth it leaves. Someone else will be more befitting of this title later on."
Most Cunning: Patrick O'Connor"Vespyr.""You're biased.""Du know what she's capable of.""Oh, I certainly believe she is capable of winning this in a landslide... she just hasn't done anything to warrant it this year. The only person who has depicted any sort of cunning in the recent year has only really been Patrick.""Ich vould have to agree. Tactically und strategically capably, Ich vould vote for du or meinself, but not even ze Seran has done anything of ze level, IC-wise, zat vould befit Patrick's current IC-actions in 'Fate.' It puts us all in quite a predicament."

Nor many who are also slow in their mental capacities.""...Tactically und physically, Samantha...""No. Voting for Samantha would be an untrue form of biased bashing vote. Unfortunately, a lot of oldbies that would contend for this such as Hiroko/Katsuri (in spite of not being thus) or the non-player Ark would be incredibly viable for this position. And while I would like to vote for Afano... Afano hasn't been around for 2011."

Strongest: Gabriel Seran"Excluding base stats and Qi, Leon Sudeki (or Ark, if he were ever a normal player-character) would be the strongest simply by really high numerical value in the 'Strength' statistic.""Numerically as vell... ve also have Gabriel Seran who probably has ze highest number of statistic points overall.""Referring to the characters specifically, Leon has been around for a long time, fighting for a long time without items or statistics. Gabriel Seran's growth of power back on 42 was during the high statistic inflation period. If both were to continue growing at their own rates, then it would be hard to say, I would even lean that this would go towards Leon.""...Ich suppose it vould have to go along ze lines of 'who do Ich vant to mess vith least.'""That twists the title though, hybridizing it with 'scariest,' if you're not too careful.""If it were the golden glory days, I would agree to it being Leon, and especially so if he fought with his technicality---something he only uses when his writer is truly vehemently rage-bent against the person he's RPing with.""Zat concludes it. In terms of current staying power, zis von goes to Gabriel."

She ist a monster.""...""...Broken spine, shot to death... in terms of severity, the one that actually comes to mind is Leon Sudeki. He's been around the longest, taken a huge amount of abuse that would warrant the severity of Vespyr's deaths... and I think he's missing a nut or something.""...SMASSSHHHHH.... D="

Most Intelligent: Gabriel Seran"If we are to look at this objectively, we must put aside ego," the boy said, staring very blatantly at "Unfettered" with a wicked smile."By a pure statistical standpoint, the only one to really bother putting any statistical dump in the 'Intelligence' category would be aside from the obvious, Gabriel Seran."
"This is not to discount other characters, however, as well as perspective and perception of definition. Vespyr is well known now for her secretiveness and capability to survive. Coupled along with the fact that she is effectively immortal and her current lifestyle and you can clearly see that in spite of numerical differences she is no one's fool. Kiyoshi Akechi, while sometimes uncouth and other times reckless can at least gather fellows to himself and by providence knows how to surround himself. In irony, you can perhaps even include Miss Giacomarra as one of the best candidates for her sight into how pointless all the fighting really is."
"I will not get into those that can be discounted as they are numerous and with varying backgrounds. However, on a very solid note, this would have to go to Gabriel Seran."
"Mr. Seran is the owner of an arms manufacturer (if the fellow's memory serves correctly) and the owner of an entire corporation with various science divisions. He is skilled in his item design, has created a large variety of gangs, and is amongst the most intellectually stimulated characters here on 259. While many may be deterred from actually roleplaying with him (and putting aside the IC-boorish arrogance that rears its ugly head---a moment of much credence to sticking to this "asshole" character), Mr. Seran has obviously received a higher level of education not available to "Unfettered," received personal fighting training unlike "Unfettered" and at this point has IC-experiance of working with money. While it can be debated as to who would win in a fight of tactics and strategy between "Unfettered" and Gabriel, resources, numbers, and technology would still weigh on Gabriel's side because of his capabilities with money, which could be deemed to be ultimately more important."

The table remained quiet for a second as all eyes were on "Tuvlan." However, no one would beg to argue... though a mildly sober "Unfettered" looked to the side, his face convoluted... not happy... but not exactly annoyed either.
