Combining Biker's Helmet w/ Visor: +2 Con, +2 Wis with Ballistics Secret Mask: -Shapes with three layers of thin plastic, is a mask. Shaped to the face for each individual seperately.
-Inbetween each layer of thin plastic is a custom made layer of sheet metal treated for extra protection.
-Created for a secret group of people who only are referred to by the members as Guardians.
-The mask's designs arent just for show but offer great protection, and are made customized for each member for better protection.
-The focusing points for the eyes in the masks actually give the user confidence in moving faster than some think they mite in a mask, though it takes some getting used to.
-POWER: The mask draws on the users abilities, inahncing them while worn. The inhance to confidence may be a side effect in this, but there is just an overwhelming feeling of power while wearing the mask. The user gains an Inhanced Qi Effect. +25 to Qi power and penalties.
