Televisions everywhere radio broadcasts, even distraught people in the streets on their cell phones pick up on this news cast. A surly young man shakily sits at his desk, his suit is wrinkled and unkept, his hair is messed up, and he has tear lines. The station is pretty battered, but they are trying to keep themselves composed at the news they have to break to all of california.
"Hello... My name is Bryan Genuen... The news I have to tell you, is not something I can easily say... As of right now, the entire world is engulfed in some sort of war, there was hardly any warning to it, missiles raining from the sky. There didn;t seem to be any real targets... The United Nations buildings have been distroyed and takin over. The white house was invaded, the president killed... The governing leaders of every country has been either turned or killed to the mad ambitions of a man named Sean Barker."
Bryan seemed to hesitate at what the prompter was telling him to say.
"We have footage and pictures we are going to show now... Proof of our words. Europe is completely under the control of Barker."
A few lines of footage show troop movement trucks filled with barker soldiers and expiraments in europe. Pictures of the destroyed buildings and dead lining the streets, people being forced into small camps to be kept like free range cattle. Used in Barker's expiraments, or turned into soldiers.
"Africa is slowly but surely losing their struggle, Asia and Russia have attempted an alliance, but they are also being wittled away. Austrelia has been able to set up defenses and seems safe, but most islands like hawaii, guam, and the bahamas are under occupation. We can only guess as to the death toll to the world... Even right here in california."
Pictures of the only known safe haven where military forces and police have attempted to hold Barker at bay, but ultimately being forced to flee. Video of starving and dieing people, injurred soldiers and police.
"Its only a matter of time..."
And the broadcast cuts out.
