Captain 7 sat at the chair of his desk, the day after that merry band of individuals had tried to take back 259. Pondering the pathetic gesture he wondered if the losses that failed attack had been worth it. For Barker's forces? Absolutely. The reason for holding onto 259 at this point was the morale detriment to any qi user that felt any sort of connection to that place. While it seemed pathetic that anyone would attach morale to a heap of rubble they did. It was, unfortunately for the failed attackers, going to be a huge morale loss to lose someone with so much strength in their attempt, that had not only failed, but showed how far they were from even being comparable to Barker's strength. This was a turning point for that particular group. It could either break them, or make them, not make them now of course but strengthen their resolve. As of now Patrick could see it going either way, having been in a minor school war himself. It was his job, to push it the right way. With all this talk about a funeral, well flyers weren't being posted but Barker did have a pretty good intel network and it wasn't exactly hidden either, the irishman saw a great opportunity.
And that, was the reason that Patrick was making this call, to the line that Barker had given him specifically for times of need like this.
"Love yer work at the school the other day, it's all the rage at the water cooler," Patrick would say when the line was picked up, unaware if it was Barker picking up or a secretary.

"Oh? I felt like stretching my own muscles out."
Barker replied rathy coyly. As if playing it off as nothing, he was bragging.

"Wish I had been there," Patrick said, no really, he would have like to have seen it, "I'm sure everyone will think twice now, after that display. Although I've just come up with a brilliant idea, that could make the fallout better for us and well be a lot of fun for me as well."

"Oh?"
Sean thought to himselfwith a smile.
"Are you going to go agitate them?"

"10:30 am tomorrow, they're having a funeral," Patrick explained, figuring there would be no need to segway, "What's more demoralizing then letting them know we're one step from eradicating their existences at any given moment, we're just choosing not to? Especially at a moment where everyone is already questioning their mortality."

"That is very true. I think that is a good idea Patrick. I look forward to hearing of your progress."

"I don't want to seem without initiative but just a warning," Patrick said, "This could go one of two ways. It could break their resolve, or it could strengthen it. If it does in fact strengthen it though, that's got it's perks of possibly making their movements easier to read, the downside, we get an enemy that will fight to the last man. Although I have trouble seeing an problem of a group of enemies where, when we're done, we don't have to deal with prisoners in anyway shape or form."
