Moderator Explanation: As per the old rules, refunds give back 60% of an item's value. With the current item rules, you can buy a statistic for $300.

(Tangent: It has been confirmed that with the minimum purchase, you must spend at least $900 initially.)

Therein, 60% of 300 is 180. There has never been a case of people wanting to sell the statistics of their item, but as there are no rules against it, this is now an allowable act.
