While we do not necessarily condemn certain types of mature content, we must abide by the rules that Proboards has set for us; despite many warnings from the Proboards staff themselves about the mature content on 259, it still exists out in the open, and thus it still remains an issue, which we can no longer afford to ignore.
All posts/threads containing explicit material of sexual nature will no longer be permitted on the board itself. We are aware that sexual themes seem to be rather popular here, but please understand: this is not a ban on sexual themes. You simply have to keep all explicit content hidden. It's easy: send it via PMs. Private messages are perfect for this because they are private. Sending an R-rated post via PM is no more difficult than posting it in the public thread. Besides, the only people who ought to be reading that sort of stuff are you and the person you're threading with.
It's a safety issue, most of all. We want to keep the site running smoothly and get Proboards off our backs. Your cooperation is appreciated.
