OOC: Before the train thread. Student Dean Mode: GO! How messy.
Obviously, the School Captain couldn't be everywhere at once, but the Enforcers were kept busy during times like this. And yet, right before him, stood a rather large brawl, between two punks. As usual. The trash trying to see who goes inside the bin first. And honestly, "Kaufman" wanted to see how long it would take them to go about that, too. But... this was taking too long. So stepping in, he upholstered his Nagant, and pistol whipped the blond-haired punk, before he threw another right, and proceeded to kick the other one in the nuts.
All while taking a long drag, through his teeth.*BANG*
*BANG*Pity. Rubber bullets today, though. Even with Hiroko taken care of, the fact was, these two weren't his prime suspects. Just garbage.
coolly bending over to get the blond one, he threw him towards the concrete wall, embedding him in there. And sort of... clapping the dust off his hands, as he walked over."...Pity School Captain-lass isn't here to save your sorry ass, lad."*WHAM* *KICK* *HEADBUTT* *WHAM* *WHAM* *WHAM*------This would carry on for a while. On both victims students. Unless of course, he got interrupted... otherwise, these two might end up in the E.R. for... rehabilitation.

And a pen would come soaring across the halls, straight toward his - whoever the hell he was - neck. She chucked it, going at full speed, at a vital point; of course, it was nothing but a distraction. She wanted his attention to let him know that she will take care of this, and that he can get his sorry @$$ away from those children. As far as punishment went, Mitsuki never went overboard unless they kept coming up. Seeing as the two didn't even try to fight back - not that he even had the chance to - she really thought there wasn't a point for whoever the hell he was to go so far.
She would step toward the three, not even hiding her footsteps as there was no need to. Mask around the lower portion of her face, eyes dead of emotion, notebook in her left hand and another pen held loosely in her right.
"You can stop, you know."
Obviously.

Not Likely, Lass A few more punches to the face, and his hand went for his gun---
---Hand suddenly appeared before him, catching a pen with his two forefingers. Eyes slowly connecting, he looked at the angle the pen was pointed at him. A vital point of his neck, huh? An amused smile gripping his face, as he looked beyond the pen...
...A chink-lass, huh? Interesting how she had a face mask around her face. Various derogative terms and scathing jokes came to mind, but he ignored them, dropping the punk to the ground, turning to her."You can stop, you know.""Well, that would be a very astute statement right there, lass. But the terms of 'can' and 'cannot' are not the issue here, lass, but more rather the thought of 'can' and 'won't'." Pressing the grin further, as he re-adjusted his glasses slightly with his left hand, as one of the punks gave out a groan behind him. Still concious?
Stomping backwards, he gave another.. and another, 'til no more noises were heard. A few snaps of broken rib bones, but it was to be expected.
However his face grinned with obscene delight, as if he didn't even notice."...'Tis my duty, after all... Miss-lass...?"

She waited. Apathetically, impassively...she waited. Silently, observing... She waited. When he was done, her left foot stepped out first, then her right, hands leaving the pockets of her sweater, her brown eyes blinking once again, rightfully ignoring the...staff member for the time being. He was a staff member...right? Well, he looked like one. It seemed that he had to have been new, as most staff knew that Mitsuki was school captain, so she wouldn't even bother letting him know who she was, as she would let him find out some other way.
"Who I am is none of your concern. I'm just here for those two over there."
She would walk past the guy (who she would later end up calling Coughdrop), and sling the lighter one over her shoulder, while slipping an arm around the waist of another. Mind you, they were heavy, but she's been through conditioning that was far worse than carrying limp bodies. And mind you, when they're limp, they feel two times heavier. Or at least, they do in Mitsuki's opinion.

Now, Now, Lass... "Who I am is none of your concern. I'm just here for those two over there."..But as she'd try to pick up the other one around his waist, a foot would slam down again on the boy's back. Even though he was like a rag doll as it was, keeping the boy pinned there. A not so friendly glare meeting her eyes. Already a deepened suspicion lay there of who she probably really was, but... he would prevent her from her works until he at least received verbal confirmation."Well, lass, you will inform me who you are, and by what authority you have to tend to these boys, lass. 'Lest you refrain, I cannot let you take either, for which I'll take them into custody of my office, lass."Stroking his chin lightly, he held up the pen she had thrown at him, and lowered it down, as if to play with it lightly with his right hand. But the implication of what he was doing should be obvious to her, at the very most. Decided to hold 'validation' of the fact that she had attacked him, a faculty member... at least."After all, lass... it is proper manners that a lass as yourself introduces herself to her elders, her superiors, lass..."The pen twirled in his hands.

A foot slammed against the back of the boy she tried to pick up, and almost immediately her arm pulled back, withdrawing. Her eyes stared at the foot on the boy's back before trailing her eyes up toward the staff member, letting the other boy on the ground before rising up, facing him, her own pen in her right hand, knowing very well that her other pen was in his grasp. Notebook was left on the ground next to one of the boys, disregarding his little glare, as it really didn't have an effect on her. So he was giving her a dirty look? Oh, we're all going to die!!!!!....
Right...no.
"...it's also proper manners to introduce one's self before asking for another one's name, despite the age difference."
Eyes would never leave his. She would allow a slight pause and a moment of silence before she would continue to speak, to avoid a physical attack from a staff member. But should she have to defend herself - or attack - him, she would not hesitate to do so. She knew her place in school, and she hoped he knew his.
"School Captain of Two-fifty nine, Mitsuki Park. Am I dismissed?"
Said in slight sarcasm...
The pen twirled in her hands.

School Captain's A Girl! Sexism Galore! Dismissing the aforesaid comment with a dismissive chuckle, he shook his head, his other hand.. starting to... 'twirl' the pen. In a completely mirror-matching manner. Eyes staring back at hers."School Captain of Two-fifty nine, Mitsuki Park. Am I dismissed?""School Captain of Two-fifty nine, Mitsuki Park. Am I dismissed?"A brow raised, suspiciously... But his mouth gave no sign of change or surprise as he replied, "..Oh... well, lass. I am "Kaufman", lass. The Student Dean, lass." "..And yes, you're 'dismissed', lass."[/color] Laughing to himself, as he started to walk away, pocketing the pen, not even trying to give it back to her.. though, he paused, and stepped forward for a bit, away from her, as he turned his head to the side.."..Although... why is 259's School Captain a girl, lass? Surely this school can't be THAT weak... right, weak-lass?"If uninterrupted, he would walk away from there, as if he had done nothing.
If.

So... What happened to the other student dean?
She most definitely heard his words, though Sensei had taught her to keep her cool - both her brother and Teacher. His words would not break her collected barrier, her calm demeanor unflinching as she acted as if he didn't say a word. But of course, being a female, she felt as if she were disrespecting her own sex by not commenting back. Perhaps he would say something like, 'That's right; women should know their places', but she would not let him. She spoke in a light tone, just like his, though less mocking and more to herself. She did not bother looking over her shoulder as he had done, nor did she pick up the students, as she directed two others who had a free period to take them to the nurse. One thing to note was that they were both guys, and they weren't hesitant.
"Mm.. Seems like the Student Dean is a very opinionated person when it comes to gender, don't you think, Coughdrop? Surely this school could've picked a better representative.."
Body slightly turned to face his, hands slipped in the pockets as she gave out a blank look. She was in no way insulting him; just a little nickname she picked up. It was better than Coffee though, don't you think?

A Shadow Of The Term... "Mm.. Seems like the Student Dean is a very opinionated person when it comes to gender, don't you think, Coughdrop? Surely this school could've picked a better representative.."A whisper. Just a whisper, but..
There was a quiet moment, as two passing boys talked back and forth, suddenly to see two badly beaten up kids. At the School Captain's dictation, they were prompt in executing her orders.. He openly stopped trying to hide the fact that was he was musing, turning to her. His back hairs bristling slightly, as he suddenly became very frosty. There was no mistaking where his eyes were directed at, from behind those glasses of his... almost as if to stab something into those eyes, with a gaze alone."..Coughdrop, lass...?"Both hands were still pocketed, but they seemed to be moving about suspiciously, as if he were starting to grab a hold onto something with both hands. But he was no Winklewood. Parting his lips a bit, he let his tongue lather out a bit, his mouth a bit dry, as he tilted his head at her, a strange look entering his eyes..
...Followed by a cold smile."..Nicknaming me so soon, lass... How childish, lass..." but it was if the thought of being nicknamed something so 'funny' sounding made him all the more cold. No, it was not an illusion. Mitsuki Park had just managed to get on the Student Dean's nerves.
However, the smile.."..No, no.. its alright, its.. quite alright, lass."Quietly stepping closer and closer to her, in a slow manner, being very deliberate, as he passed onto her right side, unpocketing a hand. Revealing a brass knuckle, as he patted her left shoulder, looking at her, smiling at her out of the corner of his face."I should expect that you are at least entitled to such thought, seeing as how your time is running out anyways... School Captain..."Ending on a hiss...---
---His left hand had already gripped into a fist, as he raised it, all the more deliberately.. making sure she caught sight of it. And it too had a brass knuckle. Winding up---

"..then I suppose being sexist isn't being childish at all...? But I guess that's okay. Not everyone get's what they want.."
She remained still as he walked toward her; she was not effected by his little glare, as she's been through much worse than him. She stood rather loose, rather casually, watching silently as he patted her shoulder. Of course, she noticed the brass knuckles, and she was, you could say, a bit amused. Was this his way of trying to intimidate her? If she had a sense of humor, she would have laughed in his face. Brass knuckles? Sure. She had studs on her gloves, and those proved to work just as well. She very well saw the other brass knuckle on his other hand, but again, she was not effected. She had been through gang fights, mass riots and hardcore training. You really think something like this would make her tremble?
Though when his fist was raised, she very well took a step away and toward her next period classroom, as the bell would ring soon. This period was study hall for her, so the teacher always granted her permission to lurk the halls. She was not in the mood for a teacher's pathetic anger problems. Didn't he know better?
"...you should know, that I have a lot more time than you."
Said rather quietly, but in no way did she conceal the poison dripping in her voice as she did with her previous statements. Of course, to everyone in the student body - with exceptions of certain people - this would be her normal tone of voice. Well, maybe not the poison, but it sounded rather flat and monotonous, not to mention a bit cold-hearted. Though no anger. None.

School Captain? HA! HA! HA! "..then I suppose being sexist isn't being childish at all...? But I guess that's okay. Not everyone get's what they want.."There was a small grunt that seemed to dismiss what she was saying... Did he hear it? Or, just coincidental? Regardless... the atmosphere changed dramatically, when the two came into close contact~"...you should know, that I have a lot more time than you."What was that? Oh yes.
A smile."...Yes, yes, the time, lass... I figured that you'd make a petty excuse as such, lass."The hand released itself, and "Kaufman" began to stride off.. but he stopped, abruptly. But he did not turn."~...Public High School #260's School Captain would not turn down a challenge. Even from a teacher... I do hope you're prepared for the end of your reign, lass."Adjusting his glasses, he would stride off, unless she decided to make comment... But was this a personal threat? Or.. was this something he had already planned? However the case, he hoped that the School Captain would take this to heart.
Like a train, making it on time to a 5:05' without fail...

"An excuse?...hardly."
She said quietly, more to herself than to Coughdrop.
She turned slowly to watch him walk off, before turning around herself and making her way down the halls for her daily rounds. Arms loosely hung by her sides, footsteps ever so quiet, yet a light tapping echo would be heard due to the silent and empty corridors. Mister Kaufman did something she absolutely loathed - being compared to others. She was the best at school - or so her title proclaimed her to be - partially because she wouldn't have to be compared - academically included.
Whatever his last phrase meant, Mitsuki was ready for it. Fighting a teacher? Shouldn't be too new. She knew how to find weak points in her opponents; she was observant as such. So she walked silently, in the opposite direction of Coughdrop, ready to tackle her obstacles one step at a time.
Mister Kaufman?
He was just another step on the stairway to Heaven.
