The shameful servant’s penalized condition persists until the master chooses otherwise or until the master chooses to pardon the servant.[/i][/li][/ul]
[/li][li]Only the master can choose when to take off the leash and at no penalty to the wearer either, effectively breaking the physical contract that the leash binds the servant to the master. Whether temporary or permanent is up to the master & servant (though more primarily the master), but to put on the leash again must be by the admission of both the master and the servant, reactivating the contract between the two.[/li][/ul]

Description:
- Seven silver-colored, metal studs are placed, jutting out of the leather collar of the weather, inch long, a centimeter wide. They do not chafe and do not tear away at the leather. Choking is not recommended.
- Two of the silver-colored, metal studs are used to hold the handle onto the leash, with smooth, shiny buttons on both sides.
- One of the silver-colored, metal studs are used to hold the link to connect the leash to the collar onto the leash.
- The gun-metal gray medallion was modified and fitted onto the front of the collar, with words inscribed in beige to read as "SMASH!? =D!?" to everyone else... but "Tuvlan" to Vespyr alone who knows the true nature of "Tuvlan" when the two are left to themselves. Others may come to know of "Tuvlan's" true personality and may see his real name inscribed in it.
- Leather is used for the handle for the master, the length of the leash itself, and the collar.
- The leash may be detached to leave the collar on the wearer, which does not negate the effects of the 1st Power, but only by the master.
- The leash (as a unit) does not appear capable of deteriorating, wearing, being torn, overstretched, ripped, cut, or generally damaged in any way and is generally indestructible (more than likely at the master's benefit).
- The length of the leash generally appears to be six feet, but seems to "magically" extend (no doubt through some catalyst of Qi) and shrink at the master's and (if permitted) servant's decision to a maximum of thirty feet to a minimum of whatever the master decides.
