The Dragon Speech
Code of the Dragons
Article A: A dragon is a warrior at heart, and must not fear death. It is simply a release from your duty as a Dragon, a retirement. Until it claims you, the way of the Dragon is life.
Article B: Before bringing someone before the Dragons, that person must prove themselves in two ways. They must prove they are powerful, and worth knowing. They must also prove they mean the Dragons no harm. Until they prove both, they can never fully be trusted.
Article C, Section 1: If a Dragon offers someone outside the Clan an article of his clothing (which carries, sewn inside, that Dragons initials), that person is guaranteed protection from the others.
Article C, Section 2: The individual must be given the article of clothing in full view of at least two other Dragons, for legitimacy.
Article D: Do not steal from another Dragon.
Article E: Do not kill another Dragon.
Article F: The word of your commanding officer is law. Disobedience is rewarded harshly.
Article G: When individuals are brought forward for bleeding, and belong to another gang, approval must be given for membership from a majority of Elders
Article H: Proof of obedience, strength, loyalty and honor are rewarded handily
Article I: One Elder may veto the decisions of the council, when said decision is put to a vote

How to recognize a Dragon
Dragons are, for the most part, dressed like you're average individual. They can be anyone, from anywhere. Generally, sewn inside all articles of clothing and clearly out of view of public, will be the Dragon insignia, which is used to verify an individual who may be returning from undercover missions. This fact is kept totally secret from anyone outside the group, to prevent likelihood of infiltrators.
When at war, they are extremely distinctive. They wear black, with the white image of a Dragons open mouth on their chest. They also wear black bandannas with a Dragon mouth on them. Their leader, welcoming all to try and take his life, wears the opposite colors of his army. White, with the image of a black dragons mouth on his chest. He too wears white bandannas, the dragon mouth there as well.
