Induction (Kiyr, David, Rai)

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

When he saw Mathew trying to clothesline him he would spin inward of the arm planting himself and thrusting his right elbow into Mathew's stomach using Mathews charge against him. He trusted Kiyr to be near because if this didn't work he would be in a very vulnerable position.

The elbow would slam in to Mathew's stomach which was rock hard. He was strong and tough. A good comparison for where Rai was at with his strength. Like a child hitting daddy. It was about that moment that Kiyr's drop kick would hit Mathew in the back of the head causing his head to slam forward hard. right in to Rai's since he moved in front of Mathew. And it would push him a bit further in his charge, likely knocking Rai underfoot to be trampled.

Mathew would bring a hand up to the back of his head rubbing it. Because he was not expecting a blow there. And it did kind of hurt. As did the front of his head. Just a little.

When Rai felt Mathews head hit he would try to slam the back of his head into Mathews nose, and as Mathew most likely would continue his charge as he ran over Rai he would grab at his ankles hoping that his and Kiyr's combined attack had knocked of enough balance to get him to trip.

Rai's head would slam in to Mathew's chin before he was trampled, and when he grabbed on to Mathew's ankle he would drop to slam his knees in to Rai's calves, which might break the back bone of his legs but leave the front part intact. How fun.

Shifting around on top of him he would attempt to grab Rai's long hair in his hand roughly before slamming it in to the pavement.

[Kyrie Blaze]

It took a moment for Kiyr to come up out of her roll, and things were progressing so quickly that even though she performed another turn-on-a-dime maneuver, Mathew already had Rai down. She darted forwards, rolling after and then stopping the motion with an arm flung out, lifting both her feet and kicking out for the side of Mathew's face, this time, and then using the momentum to foll over her shoulder and back into a crouch.

Sorry, Rai, she couldn't save you from head-smashy-time.

They Mathew had landed broke Rai's right leg, making him shout out but was silenced when Mathew grabbed his hear and threw his head into the pavement causing a gash right next to the scar from the last time he fought Mathew.

If Kiyr was successful in getting Mathew off of him he would stand back up as best as he could with his "good" leg and get into another fighting stance.

And once again Kiyr kicked his face. He was getting a bit tired of her kicking his face. Letting go of Rai he got up and would launch himself at Kiyr, right fist cocked back and sent flying for her face as soon as he got in range.

[Kyrie Blaze]

He came up on her so fast she had only started to raise her hand on impulse to deflect, moving to step to the side as well, when his fist connected with her face. She flew, once again, but managed to twist in the air, land on her feet, and then roll backwards over her shoulders several times.

It was much easier working in tandem with someone, but now that Rai was out of commission...she could only rely on herself.

So this was going to end quickly. She skid for a foot or two, her expression set to grim determination, she sprinted back towards him..!

Mathew waited for her to come at him, curious to see what kind of attack she had planned this time!

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr's eyes narrowed slightly. He was going to see what she was doing, regardless of what she did, but she still didn't want to be stupid about it and just run into his fist, or something like that.

So a pace or two away, she did a baseball slide to Mathew's left, flipped and spun her body up onto the palms of her hands, one leg darting between his legs, hooking her foot against his knee, her other slamming higher along the back of his thigh on the same leg, hitting and pushing as her other leg contracted to pull, and she followed through with the initial momentum after just a moment. She was committed even while being aware she would lose, in the end.

Rai was hurt but he wasn't out of the game just yet, he would limp as fast as he could towards Mathew and before Kiyr could reach Mathew he would shout at Mathew and, even though it took all his concentration to block out the pain and not pass out, he would plant both feet in the ground jumping at Mathew swinging his fist not really aiming to cause pain but to distract Mathew from Kiyr.

Little did they know that he could feel the vibrations in the ground from their movement even when he wasn't actively using his Qi. Spinning around as Rai jumped up to punch him Mathew's grip would wrap around his wrist as his body rotated to slam the body of Rai in to Kiyr.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Rai would spin in the air as he was heading towards Kiyr doing his best not to be slammed into her he would risk his wrist breaking at a chance for her to make Mathew bleed so that they could be fully inducted.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Unfortunately, Rai's spinning wouldn't help, and Kiyr collapsed beneath him. She fell in such a way, to add misfortune on top of an already unfortunate twist, that her arms collapsed and she received a rather nasty cut near her hairline, and a bloody nose. She muffled a groan and tried to shift beneath him.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Enough."

One of the Dragons gathered around said holding his fist up. Mathew would let go of Rai and step back to allow the two apprentices to stand as the Dragon approached them.

"Are you willing to fight, to bleed? To live as a warrior for the rest of your life?"

If they both said yes he would continue.


"Then I will add my strength to yours and honor you as a brother and sister."

After that he would slam his fist hard in to both of their cheeks before putting that same fist over his heart, giving them a small bow. The rest of the Dragons would step forward, putting their fists to their hearts and bowing as well.

There was no cheer, there was no congratulations past that. Everyone just started to disperse while Mathew stepped forward.

"You two did well. Welcome to the Dragons."

He grinned.
