David, having watched it without comment, would clap a fist to his heart as well and bow, welcoming the two after a Dragon soldier stepped forward. Nobody commented on the length, the bloodshed, the damage. It was all a part of the job.
But they were Dragons now, and would represent them across all territory.
He took out two sashes, each with a Dragon on them and presented them to the two new recruits.
"Welcome. Don't let us down."
Once they took them he would turn and walk with the rest of the Dragon Core.

Kyrie pushed herself up after Rai got off of her, for once not bothering to try and dust herself off. It just didn't seem to be the type of place for it. There was no applause, no congratulations, no comments. It was odd, but she was certain there was a significance to it...
...this was confirmed when Mathew asked his question.
A warrior.
One never complained about the trials, the wars, the scars. One just kept fighting, long after even the fight was finished. A thought she would keep, and add to something she only had a partial answer to.
"Yes."
There was never any other answer for this question. Kyrie had her path.
In the next instant after Mathew spoke once more, her face was punched. She staggered several paces from the force, regained her footing, and stepped back without complaint, already taking the lesson to heart. With a soft exhale, she inclined her head and shoulders slightly, then again to David before she straightened with her head held high.
"Thank you, both. I will strive to always hold you up."
The you was collective. Not only Mathew, David, and Leon, but all of the Dragons. She was one of them, now. Her heart gave several hard thuds, and she swallowed slowly, testing that thought again through the fear.

Rai would stand back up, say yes and get punched which knocked him back down because of his broken leg but he would stand back up clasp his fist against his heart and bow back to his new brothers and sisters.
It appears my family is already growing.
Would accept the sash from Blaze and thank him.
"We will not let you down. You shall see we will become some of the greatest Dragons, perhaps someday we can be even better than the best..."
