The pillars would hit Leon in the shoulders being pushed back, he'd drop under and charge expecting Mathew to splinter his pillars into some sort of area attack. Leon would charge right for Mathew's gut aiming to drive his left elbow and right fist for his stomach to hit, push, and launch Mathew away.

He didn't splinted them but instead had them twist to chase after Leon. And when Mathew was pushed away the hooked stone pillars would probably once again slam in to Leon, in his back this time while slowing Mathew's air time and allowing him to keep his ground.

Leon didn't like being struck in the back... In fact it was one of the few things left in this world that still angered him. He planted his feet being dragged by the momentum, aiming both fists to break the hook pillars off from Mathew.
Leon would grab the ends swinging them over his head as he charged still aiming to slam them into Mathew's head/shoulders.

And the pillars broke as he charged a laughing Mathew who would try to sparta kick the Charging Leon. The stone hitting his head and shoulders would hurt, but meld around him and slide back under his clothes to reform.
"Would you rather I stabbed you with them?"
He didn't bother to strike back. He was just laughing through the pain.

Leon's smile got a bit more crazed at the question, taking the kick to the stomach, bending over it as he continued his full force charge lifting Mathew up by the leg and swinging around to slam him into the roof!
"That might make it more fun!"
Mathew would know all too well he liked bleeding.

Mathew slammed in to the roof hard, Rolling over to gain a little distance from Leon and pick himself up. Cracking his neck loudly.
"Well if it's fun you want..."
The stone under Mathew's sleeve would sharpen as he slide in to a defensive stance to wait the Lightning Strike's next move. Because seriously, he was fucking fast.

Leon would raise his arms, bending them at the elbow so his wrists rested against his hips. Fingers cracking into the clawed position. Leon didn't know if one of his oldest attacks would work on Mathew, but why not?
Leon would charge Mathew head on, once he was in range, he'd drop straight down as fast as he could, placing his hands and left leg to the ground, pushing his right leg into the stomach of the fellow Dragon to send him into the air.
If that worked Leon would drop the leg push off the ground with his hands and then launch the spring that was his legs to send himself into the air, spinning letting his left leg out to kick with the heel for Mathew's back to send him down at the building they where fighting ontop of.

And up Mathew would go, he knew what was coming from the stance though and was ready for it. When Leon leaped up in to the air after Mathew his body spinning to prepare for his kick the stone would whip out from Mathew's sleeves in an attempt to wrap around Leon's kicking leg. Mathew's own body rotating from the launch.
Bringing his arms down he would try to slam Leon down in to the roof as well. Though Mathew wouldn't be able to stick the landing, whether or not this worked and would fall flat on his face on to the roof with a grunt.

~Well thats not good.~
Leon wouldn't have any strength to break the rock himself, so it looks like he was going to the ground too. Hitting the roof, Leon would pull himself up casually.
