Rai was out on patrols one day mulling over his thoughts. After eating the fruit he felt as though he could feel pain coming and he wasn't quite sure what to think about it. As well as his new found qi was manifested his hair is white and it is possible for someone to try and kill him for thinking he was an experiment. He didn't know what to think but he hoped that he might run in to his uncle so he could ask him some questions.

Rai would merely side step the kick so as not to get hit, but he would take a few steps back to make sure he didn't get kicked just because the first one missed.

Rai looked at his uncle but decided not to press the issue.
"So uncle I've been wondering, that fruit you made and gave to Mathew to give me and Kiyr? It changed me like... I can... "Feel" that someone is about to hit me. My blood is now black and when it leave my body it hardens. What did that fruit do to me?"

Leon would lean his head back and roll his shoulders.
"Well, from my understanding the Gamble Fruit is entirely random on what it does to people. Unlocking the potential for Qi, mutating it, giving them new found power, or taking things away like defence against Qi, or the ability to see."
After which Leon would look back at Rai with a shrug.

Rai nodded for a moment before perking up again.
"Hey, you have a kinda 'battle sense' right? Well do you think you could help me learn mine? That way I can use it effectively in battle instead of just a reactionary detail? I'm going to need all the help I can get thanks to these new toys..."
Rai would say looking down at his new weighted gear that had been Leons.
