Leon could feel the goosebumps from her bite and whispered words. As she walked away he'd... Watch. A smirk crossing his face as he followed with a small half laugh half huff of air.

~You will see... It's always good.~

He'd think to himself for now.

Aryn's not anticipating it at all.

"Tag out. Thanks, ladies."

Double-five for each of them at the same time, and Aryn stepped out the door.

"Awww, look, right where I left you~" She flashed a smile, one of those feminine smiles that would tip anyone off that they were in danger, and then looked back to Leon. "We taking her along to the others you have stowed away, or are we just pulling out the stops, here?"

Hell, Aryn could stand to drag her over the streets again.

It was a nice stress-relief.

Leon would look up when she looked at him with a soft.

"Hm?"

Adding an innocent smile that said 'No I was paying attention, I just missed that part, I wasn't looking at your ass.'

"Want to add to my collection? That would be a first."

Leon would toss a look to the female on the ground.

"Dont have a woman in the collection yet, but I think for now we can deal with things here."

Not that Aryn would have minded if he was honest~

Aryn's eyes flicked back down to Naomi, who wasn't really paying attention to the brunette, but Leon himself. And at least this time, there was no play on the puppy-dog eyes that begged for mercy. Nope. Just fear...but on second thought, that could pass for a 'holy shit save me' look, too.

Aryn wasn't disappointed, either way. A bright smile flit over her lips.

"The dome was just finished, recently. I'm sure it's toasty even now, not to mention all the other nifty tools we have~ But I'm sure I can do just as well. I don't want to ruin our pizza-making potential." The smile turned sly. "And then there's Leon, and, well, you know what lightning does if you can take the heat, right?"

She sounded like she was discussing how she was going to spend the day with a best friend she hadn't seen in ages as she ran a hand through Naomi's hair. Gently. Too gently.

"What do you wa--"

Yank.

"Nope. We ask, you answer, not the other way around."

Leon for some effect let some spark jump about his body when she mentioned the lightning. He was almost getting turned on by how she was handling the situation. Almost.

Leon wondered what her first question would be, the answer, he was actually being a little impatient when it came to this. He got some answers out of the guy he was torturing.

"Let's skip over the who sent you business...why are you here, really?"

"I told you alre--augh!"

There was a muffled crack as bones cracked as Aryn pulled Naomi's hair, her other fist connecting with her jaw.

"Try again." Aryn bent down, and something about Naomi caught her eye. "Hello. What's this~?"

Aryn's free hand darted for Naomi's eye, and she completely ignored the pained gasp and struggle, and the slight noise. She felt a slight pop of a something, and brought her hand away from the woman's eye, inspecting the contact lens and then twisted Naomi's hair so she could look into her eyes.

Well, well, well. What have we here? A bright red eye under that dark green contact..?

Such a surprise.

"Figures she'd be an expirament... Figures she'd be a water user."

Leon would look to Aryn for a minute.

"She wasn't initially after you, was she?"

[Aryn Valcoph]

"She had Emily...to attract attention--"

"--you know SHIT ALL, Valco--"

Aryn didn't have to say anything; her gaze shot down at the interruption and she locked gazes with Naomi, who was promptly cut off with a strangled cry as the contact lens in her other eye melted under a tiny, but hot black flame. There was the sound of sizzling, and a shriek that was quickly semi-muffled as Aryn shoved the Experiment's face into the grass. She'd shut her eyes, which probably saved her some damage, but that hadn't stopped the lens from actually starting to melt (at the very least) under the heat...or her lashes and eyelid from being burned.

It seemed Leon's training trial trio worked well enough. It also gave her some time to think and piece things together further from Leon's question.

"As I was saying...to attract attention. She mentioned killing me, my girls, but she made the mistake of saying she'd make me watch her take you. She did cover it up fairly well, though, what with:" Her mouth twisted into a frown. "'I'm so much better than you in every way, I deserve to be his apprentice, not you, he'll never love you', blah, blah, blah, so on, so forth...and then she ate a piece of rubble."

Aryn smirked with the slight overview. Bitch couldn't dodge or knock it away. It wasn't pitched with Leon's strength, but it had worked anyway.

Bottom line, however, was that Leon had been Naomi's target.

Leon thought on this more picking apart what this was about.

"Then if she isn't an assassin sent by Barker, she is probably an escaped expirament... Looking to out you and get close to me. If she was telling the truth and not trying to distract you during the fight."

Leon was still purturbed by her being a water user, so he wouldn't be getting very close right now, even with her being damaged like that.

"If she is an assassin... Barker knows I'm back out and about. He's looking to capture me again... Or maybe kill me this time."

[Aryn Valcoph]

"Well, I wouldn't think my becoming a Dragon's Apprentice would have spread like wildfire. I could see my name from my business, maybe, but unless you guys have runners that go around screaming who the new Apprentice is, I don't see otherwise." A pause as she eyed him. He was staying back...not that she could blame him, necessarily, as he seemed pretty put off by the fact Naomi's qi was water. "But you're not wanting to risk it, huh? Can't blame you. She's waaaaay too complacent. Hasn't tried to wriggle away even once, even on the way over here. So either she's just not into any type of pain, or..."

Naomi grunted. Aryn wasn't sure if it was laughter or pain or if she was trying to say something, but it quickly turned into a groan as Aryn pressed her face further against the ground and then eased up on the pressure.

"...or she figured she had everything cased." She took a cursory glance around. "Get you out into the open if he didn't know where you were?"

That's something Aryn would think of trying, anyway. And, shit, wouldn't you know it... Where was Leon?

The brunette sure wasn't happy with that possibility.

Aryn's gaze darkened with Leon's words on Barker and the potential of his own fate.

"Nope. Not gonna happen." Flatly said.

[Mr. Kaar]

"If she had gotten passed you there would be very little I could of done against her. If she is being used to lure me out... Then Barker would be sending his pet. Mitsoumi..."

Leon would go back inside and grab his Power Helmet, and put it on as he came back outside. Powering it up he'd look around for any other signatures of power in the area that might be abnormal...

"He isn't here though."

He'd say afterwards.

"Probably gauged what he was told to and left."

Leon wasn't going to rule the Mitsoumi thing out just yet. Keep it in his mind as a possable outcome. Leon was now wearing his full padded leather power suit.

Aryn frowned as Leon moved back into the house after a brief explanation; she'd ask him more, later. Apparently water shut him down, at the very least.

"Whatever game you're playing, you would have been much better off trying to get away. So squeal, piglet. Squeal." Aryn leaned close, almost gently brushing the woman's hair away from her ear to practically whisper to her, but not looking down. She was greeted with a muffled chuckle. This woman...

She straightened with Leon's return.

"So what are we going to do with her, then, unless you have other questions?"

They knew where she came from, regardless. Truth be told...

"She could douse my fire."

Something important, perhaps, to note. Normal water didn't, but Qi-controlled apparently could. Aryn didn't exactly fancy Naomi trying something, given Leon's own admittance.

Looks like she had to get stronger.

That was something lse to consider, she had a Qi strong enough to douse the black flames Aryn had...

"She's a loose end. Kill her. Quickly."

Leon would stand there, waiting to see if Aryn would do so.

Aryn's decision wasn't a hard one to make. Naomi's life she certainly didn't value - and despite being apt to take her chances, this was a different matter: she'd nearly lost before and if it came to another fight with her, the stakes were close enough she could definitely lose.

Then of course, she placed value on Leon's life, and without a doubt on her own. The odds that Naomi simply wanted the Apprenticeship for that in itself wasn't worth it.

But it was now that Naomi thrashed as Leon ordered her death.

'No skin off my teeth.'[/color] Aryn thought with a shrug.

A shriek lasted a scant second or two before it was cut off with a muffled crack as Aryn simply broke her neck with a quick, sharp, snap. There was a muffled sound of a splash from inside through the open door as water hit the floor.

With an exhale, Aryn stood. "Catch ya later on in Hell, Moanie. ...well, if such a place exists, anyway."

Who knew. The world was its own kind of hell, anyway.

Aryn shoved her hands into her pockets, leaving her thumbs exposed so she could twitch them in what was probably a touch of anxious nerves. She'd had some fairly comfortable years since Barker blew the world to Hell, certainly not really like the Earth Dragon's blonde apprentice... But she hadn't hesitated.

Leon would nod in approval at this. He'd have some Dragonlings handle disposal of the body. Unmarked grave for her anyways.

"I think today we take a break."

Leon would say as he would head back inside.
