She has an average athletic build, not to slim not to muscled.

Dark brown hair goes down to her waist, normally either hanging loose or in a braid to keep it out of her face.
She doesn't take that much care of it so it does tend to frizz ever so often.

Slender, hardly any body fat, small breasts.
Arms:
Also slender though when flexed has a good deal of muscle on them.

Again very slim but has a athletic build to them.

Combat boots almost all the time.

Fingerless gloves and assorted baseball gloves. Tends to wear armbands and bracelets with skulls on them.

Fighting Style: Rayne Carter is a dirty fighter. She will do anything and EVERYTHING to win. Even if it means grabbing a pipe and slamming it over your head.
She is not one to show mercy to bullies or cruel students.
Years Practiced: Rayne is a dirty fighter. She believes in the fight with what you got and don't hold back method. That means she will bite, pinch, claw, punch and kick her way into victory. This comes from living in.....certain places such as New York...not kind places.
She has devoted many years to kick boxing, five to be exact. It is her favorite method of fighting and she loves to have excuses to use it.

History Information
History:
Rayne grew in your normal military family life. They were moving constantly, never staying in the same place more the a year.
Until that is the war started, her father, A Navy SEAL for many a year, was in the vicinity of an explosion while guarding a military delivery truck.
Shrapnel and sort of matter of things flew at his body, paralyzing him from the waist down.
Unable to be in the military any longer, he was issued a purple heart and a honorable discharge.
When that happened he decided to go to the place of his birth, where his parents still lived, California.
Now with his wife, a Reserve, and a cop while not in her military colors, and his daughter, Rayne, he plans to live his life with peace...and a cushy retirement.
Rayne is now attending Public High School #259, in hopes of leading a somewhat normal life...though..she doubts thats gonna happen.
