In A Strange World(open to everyone)

The driver pulled up to the car and a blonde girl looked out the window. "Know Olivia" her step mother said looking at her. "Dont, I repeat dont mess this up" she said giving her step daughter a dirty look. "The last school, that prank wasnt funny at all!" she said sternly shortly after saying "brat". Olivia smirked "depends on your definition" she said grabbing her messanger bag off her lap and slinging it over her shoulder.

Before her step mom could say anything, the little girl also in the car gave Olivia a wave. Olivia waved back and with that was out of the car. Her lime green converses hitting the ground, also wearing a shirt that was black that said saosin, a pair of jeans, and a dark green hoddie. Olivia sighed pulling out a paper out of her pocket, oh school she sighed what fun. With that she walked into the building.

Walking in the place looked smaller from the outside. There were small groups of kids passing her as they talked and giggled. Looking down at the paper to see exactly where she was going. Occasionally brushing a piece of her blonde hair behind her ear. Also her eyes seemed to glissen when she passed a window or something.

Looking down at the paper she looked at the rooms. This place was alot more confusing then she could of ever imagined. She hated new schools, they were never ever fun. To busy wrapped up in her own thoughs she ran right into someone. "Watch it" she said in her usually tone.

Yan looked at the ground, watching as some ants marched in a line, going outside and into their little anthole. She was studying her time table previously, but as usual, got distracted. She'd actually walked all the way to school since Wei Lian left early for some business meeting.

She stepped over the scurrying insects and looked around. Huu...wrong class room still. She was about to turn, when she felt something, or rather someone bang into her side. Yan stumbled a little, nearly falling over, but managing to catch her balance in time.

"Watch it"

"..."

She looked at the girl indifferently, her mood being ruined by the girl's rudeness. A little voice in the girl's head told her to calm down. It was an accident, after all. Even though she wasn't the one at fault. Yanzi sighed and gave the girl a small smile.

"I'm sorry."

Yan knew sometimes, she had to step down and let the other win. Why? because that way, it wouldn't lead to a fight or something. Besides, her fighting skill sucked, and then she'd probably lose. Losing didn't matter, but the injuries were a pain to take care of.

Olivia brushed herself off and realized that she had been a little rude. Getting a couple of strands of hair out of her face she looked at the girl. "You dont have to apoligize, that was kinda my fault" she said smirking. "My names Olivia by the way, I'm new here" she said looking around the school. Most of the kids had left to there classes.

As much as Olivia would love to go to her class she had utterly no idea where she was going. In reality Olivia was kinda glad she was lost. At least she didnt have to listen to some teacher ramble on. Eventutally she guessed she'd have to go to her class. Eventually that is she thought to herself.

Yan blinked, her pink sandles clapping against the floor as she steped continuously on the spot.She took a proper look at the girl. She was rather pretty, in her opinion.

"You dont have to apoligize, that was kinda my fault"

She smiled a little sheepishly this time. 'No kidding.' was what she thought, but all the other girl would hear was a soft sentence, and a small nod.

"Ah.."

"My names Olivia by the way, I'm new here"

She looked at the one who she now knew as Olivia. A new girl, just like her. Yan looked at the other girl's clothing. Green. The colour of leaves, grass, and most plants. She then looked at her own attire, which consisted of a red, hooded dress that fit loosely around her body. The sleeves were medium in length and had elastic ends that held it from flying about constantly.

Yan used her index finger to point at herself as she grinned sweetly.

"Yanzi."

Wow Olivia though to herself this girl sure is quiet. Olivia couldnt help but wonder what kids around here did for fun. So far this school seemed pretty boring same old go to class etc. Ecept there was a lot more people here then any of her last schools. Of course most of those were private or boarding schools.

Where the teachers waited in the hallway for someone to try to skip class. She flashed a small smile but it quickly disapeared "it's nice to meet you Yanzi" ."So do you know you way around or are you just as lost as I am?" she said looking at her curiously. This girl looked like she might be new but you could never be to sure about these things.

Olivia wasn't as bad as she thought she'd be, and she guessed she was alright. Yan stopped stepping on the spot, and stood rather still, staring the other girl in the eyes

"it's nice to meet you Yanzi. So do you know you way around or are you just as lost as I am?"

She stared at the girl harder, as if concentrating on watching her eye movements. A few seconds passed, she continued her stare. She smiled again, there was no real reason why she had looked at the girl like that. She was just bored, pretty much. Pointing to herself once again, she spoke.

"Also new."

She put her index to her lips, shutting her eyes tightly as she thought of something to add. She opened her eyes, smile still present.

"Very lost too."

It was early morning...Too early.

Cody sat at the entrance of the school doors. Broken and tattered as they may be people still walked through these doors..What a shame..

Either way Cody was today tasked with showing new students around..Otherwise..Detention..With Winklewood..

Cody shuddered at the thought and he had no choice but to comply.

He looked at the profile of this new girl that was supposed to be coming today.

"Hm..Not bad looking..Olivia Tallmag huh?..Hmm..Says here she's quite talented.."

He looked up at two girls chattered in near the curbside of the front parking lot. One of which was the target he was looking for..

"Ah..There you are.."

He sauntered over to the two ladies that were what looked like having an awkward conversation.

"Excuse me.." He broke in.

"Might you be the new student? Olivia?"

He looked over at the other girl..

"And..Uh...You are?.."

Amos had been to the school for about a week now, and he figured he knew most of the ropes. He sauntered down the sidewalk, making his way towards the school, an unlit cigarette tugging his bottom lip downwards as he rummaged around in his pockets for the lighter with the British Flag upon it, and the Queen's face on the opposite.

He couldn't find it.

He angrily spit the cigarette out, and shoved both hands deep within his vest pockets, and kept walking. He arrived towards the front of the school about a minute later. Students roamed the grounds, some coming, most going, others lounging. He smirked. Idiots.

He walked to length of sidewalk, doing an elaborate handshake with one student as they passed by him. However, always Eagle Eyed Amos spotted two little things that were talking, and a scruffier looking boy that was approaching them. He sped up, and as he arrived, he draped his arms around the shoulders of the two girls, very cocky indeed.

Hanging from their necks, he looked at each of them individually, as though he knew them, and then introduced himself, sorta,

"Hey there little foxes, why are you two hanging out with a toff like this mixah right here? Come on, I'll show you two around our little pisser here.

By the by, name's Amos. Amos Cole. And what be your pretty little names?"

His English accent made even the stranger words sound silky smooth, although it was a stark contrast to the natural Californian accent that plagued most people of the area.

She laughed "it's hard not to get lost here". Her hands were laced together and she turned to see a kid and she raised an eyebrow. "Ummm yes that would be me" she said looking at him "even though I would like to know why strange students I dont know seem to know my name" she said tapping her chin. Olivia rolled her eyes, this guy only had to open his mouth and idiot was all she could think. As he put his arm around her neck she crossed her own. Taking his arm off of her she looked at him "the names Olivia Tallmag and dont touch me". She sighed as she brushed some of hair out of her face. Already telling that this school was going to be...in the least words interesting.

She reacted fast, as one of the boys freaking draped his arm around her. She grabbed his arm and threw it back at him, clearly pissed off at the contact. Did he have no manners? You simply didn't touch another person if you didn't know them. Her eyes widened when she realized what she'd done.

"..Sorry."

She took a couple of steps backwards, away from that guy. Greeeat. First day and it looks like she's trying to make enemies. Not the best way to start of, is it?

"And..Uh...You are?.."

She turned to the other boy that had come over and interrupted her little chat with her new friend. Her asked her name. She's already announced her name. Not to him, but she's done it once already. Her inner self sighed as she repeated her name with a small, but nervous smile.

"Yanzi."

The presence of the four of them was rather..

Rather..

Hmm..what was the word Cody was looking for other than mindless dribble. ESPECIALLY the newcomer that wore a Union Jack.

Ugh..Great..A British Wannabe player..

He sighed deeply at the presence of this..Amos guy. And once again he felt sorry for the girl next to him. The one who tried to take her under his stupified wing..

Great first impression..

"...Jackass.."

He couldn't help but mumble under his breath. And for the girl who had a little bit of attitude..

"Hmph..My,my..quite a lip haven't we?.."

He brushed his fingers through his hair in ignorance to her comments about him. And showed her the profile and photo titled "Olivia Tallmag".

"..This is how I know about you and your name.."

Too much to judge apparently..He wasn't one for girls with attitude.

"Apparently by chance I was selected as your school guide.."

He quickly glanced back at the girl next to him for a bit. Then looked downward slightly. He felt compelled to her to apoligize for the actions of this..Slime..

"..I apoligize for his behaviour, Miss Yanzi."

He quickly stepped backward in respect and pocketed the one hand.

Both arms were hurled back at him, as he stumbled forwards from the lack of support, since both girls were a head and above shorter than he was. He nearly bumped into Cody, but seemed to flow around him, and was standing at Cody's side by the time he was done stumbling.

Fluidity.

He smiled, and then turned around.

Nice meeting you tarts. And bent boy, get bent.

The boy shoved both hands into his pockets, turned on a heel, and made his way inside the school.

She smirked "yes I do give alot of lip bit it's mostly to idiot's like him" she said pointing to Amos, 'cant blame me for that can you?". Looking at it she sighed, it told everything about her, the clubs she was in, her new address phone number, she was suprised they didnt have the details of her house. "School guide huh? Well you might as well help Yanzi she's just as lost as I am, or atleast if you dont mind." she said uncrossing her arms and standing there. Interesting bunch she though when Amos was gone. Her best bet was that he wasnt the most...strange kid in this school.

Oh dear, what a GREAT day this was turning out to be. And what was that other boy's problem?! First he had enough nerve to actually touch her, then after having his appendages hurled back at him, he insults his victims and walk off.

Jeez, if she was a bit taller, and maybe stronger, she would've just punched him down right where he stood!! But she isn't, she wasn't, and she didn't really want to start anything. Soooo...she didn't.

She looked at the guy and Olivia, nodding in response to his appology. She was just not in a good mood, and not very willing to speak.

"School guide huh? Well you might as well help Yanzi she's just as lost as I am, or atleast if you dont mind."

She looked up at that moment, staring at the guy, half in disbelief. They had guides around here? When she went to a new school, they just gave her a map, a time table, and a quick intro to the school before just leaving her to fend for herself. Smiling a bit, she spoke with a gentle tone.

"Yes, If you wouldn't mind."

Disgusting..

Absolutely disgusting..

Cody stood there...Watching the slime slide by him as he stood there. He felt sorry for the two girls who had to experience even TOUCHING that guy..

And then..

He was told to "get bent".

What a sad excuse of an insult. However, Cody was very angered by his comment. Cody kept his cool to the best of his abilities though and let him slide by..He'd catch him later in a back alley later anyway..

Nonetheless, he turned his attention back to the two girls.

And was asked something quite suddenly.

He was asked to be Yanzi's guide instead of Olivia's.

He bounced his eyes back and forth between the two young ladies and raised his hand to his chin..He thought about it for a moment..

Hmm..If I take this girl...will I get hit up by Winklewood for detention..?

Then he looked at the girl's solemn face. He knew he couldn't resist a response like that.

"Alright, I will." He smiled a bit.

"However, if you get into trouble miss..."

He paused.

"...Nevermind."

He said that just so he wouldn't get in trouble himself.

"..Oh, gone all this time and I haven't even introduced myself..."

"My name is Cody."

He then turned to little Yanzi. He couldn't resist a request from such a gentle tone.

"Now..Um..Do you happen to have a timetable?..

If not then...I guess you're coming to class with me!" He smiled a bit in a friendly tone.
