Well as it seems I have very little to do I've decided to revamp my bar as seen here. It never got off the shelf but I think it's ready to be rp'ed at least.
Even if jobs are not fully operational we can still do something with it.
Depending on how Jack's story line will go the establishment will be in one of two positions. Dragon territory at which point it will almost exclusively be limited to Dragons or neutral and everyone will be able to come.
There are pros and cons, Dragon territory will ensure minimum interference with Barker forces, but will limit all those who are not at least on friendly terms with Dragons.
Alliteratively it could be placed in a "contested zone", not a neutral zone which has no power struggle occurring but a third one.
This would mean the bar has potential to cater to everyone. It also means potential rival bars may start up? Turf wars woot?
