It had all started with that girl, Guy had managed to rationalize as he was sent stumbling a few steps back from a painful jab in his shoulder. That girl, that he was just "flirting" with, just before - which was a terrible mistake, he'd also decided. The grin on his face, smeared with blood as it was, hadn't lifted yet, and his eyes were filled with confidence. Either that, or insanity. The angered student, was shouting as he readied his fists to pummel Guy, and the fight had assembled a crowd. Mostly everyone in the hall was watching, and Guy expected some faculty members of someone to come and try to stop it. But still, no one came, and Guy didn't know how the feel; happy or upset. If he could say, mostly the latter. Or at least his body was upset. He got ready as another one of his opponents - some guy he liked to call Oaf - punches came flying for him. Then, a picture exploded into Guy's mind. About fifteen minutes before was it? - All of this pain had made him lose track. Anyway, about fifteen minutes ago, Guy had been struck bored in the hall. He'd just received his basic items and information - his locker number, his key, his file... now he was just waiting. For something to happen. He was regarding his fellow students all around him. There was one guy, tall, muscular, and from a glance Guy could tell he was arrogant and doubtlessly rude, but tough as well. He then moved on to another guy, this one almost the entire opposite. He was short, he had glasses, he was obviously shy in the company of so many strangers. Finding no interest in him, Guy moved on to her. She was leaning on a locker, looking in to space, obviously waiting for someone. Guy reckoned her personality from a single look; probably selfish, rude, conceited and not one you would appreciate. Regardless, he approached her. Yes, began the average talk. A bunch of "hey"s and "hi"s and all those other compliments and chatter Guy threw at her. He had gotten into the middle of a conversation with her before the big, burly Oaf came - her boyfriend. More "hey"s and the likes, only these ones put in rather... gruffer tones. And then, before he knew it, Guy had found himself in an argument with Oaf. Or a quarrel, or whatever you like to call it. That had ended with Guy patting Oaf on the cheek and saying some insultive words to him, he'd forgotten what, and Oaf's reply was to send a fist into Guy's stomach. Guy stumbled back and groaned, holding his stomach and bending down to fake injury. He then looked back up to Oaf and said weakly, "That..." and then he straightened and reassumed vigor, "didn't hurt." Yes, those words were clear in Guy's mind even as he currently stood, bloodied in the halls, waiting for Oaf to pummel him. He leapt aside, having Oaf get caught off of his balance and crash to the floor. Guy scoffed, "Come on, Oaf." he said. "Is that all you got?" And then he looked up to the watching students. "Nothing to see here, you all, just ... go back to your business. Me and Oaf are doing some ... personal matters." Guy then looked around. The girl was gone, and he smiled and looked down to Oaf. "Look's like you girlfriends left y--" he was cut off when Oaf grabbed him by the ankle and pulled, throwing him from his footing and slamming him into the ground. "This time," Oaf snarled angrily, tightening his fists, "you're mine."

Commotion in the hallways? It didn't take her too long before Mitsuki had reached the 'scene of the crime'. People were crowded around two people, a couple people leaving to get to class on time, though the majority staying in place as they quietly made bets amongst each other on who would win and who would lose. Mitsuki joined the crowd unnoticed, silently standing there as the fight developed verbally to physically. Roughly, she cleared her throat, grabbing the attention of those around her, and some silently backed away and hurried to their classes, while others only began to whisper louder and take short glances at Mitsuki, wondering what she was going to do, and when.
"This time, you're mine."
"I don't think so."
Mitsuki spoke up, stepping forward, a rather deadly glare veiled upon her eyes, yet the rest of her face remained stoic. Mitsuki would not even giving either of them a chance to respond to her sudden appearance. Before Oaf could even slam the boy into the ground, a kick would lash out at Oaf's side, which she doubted he could avoid, considering both his hands were on the one boy's ankle.
"Everyone else better get along to class."

Guy wavered when he felt his ankle grabbed by Oaf, the enormous hand so large and so powerful he felt like he was about to rip his foot right from his body. Guy, reactively struck paralysed from the sudden action, couldn't respond. He was helpless. For that brief moment, he braced himself, and Oaf's words struck like a cold dagger. "You're mine." But then, they both were cut off from a voice ... a girls voice. When Guy could even manage to turn and look to the girl, she had advanced, sending a kick into his opponent before Guy could be thrown and sending him sprawling back flat to the floor. Guy felt his ankle released. But he didn't give a 'thanks' to the girl or even resume the fight and kick the Oaf while he was in pain. He was scowling at her. Being saved in a fight from a girl didn't do much for his pride. "What was that?" he said, as everybody else shuffled away with the girls intrusion. "I had him under contro..." then he stopped short. If this girl was a faculty member it wouldn't be the best to act like that. He lifted his arms up into the air as if he were surrendering. "You know what -- whatever." He looked down to Oaf, who still hadn't recovered. He was on the floor groaning and struggling, but to no avail, to get to his feet and resume pummeling Guy. Guy ignored him and turned back to the girl. "If you're expecting a thank you, then you could forget it." He said, and then he grinned briefly. "But, that aside, my name's Guy."

"I don't expect much from people I don't know."
Eyes slowly turned toward the one named Guy. What an odd name... Never the less, he had introduced himself, and it would only be proper if she gave him her name as well. A rather still complexion was on her face; she had stopped wearing her mask a while ago, which had startled some people at first. A promise for an older brother; she would keep it with her, just not have it on twenty-four seven.
"Mitsuki. So what happened here?"

Guy winced at the question for a moment, and then frowned. "'What happened here'?" he echoed, and then put two fingers to his chin in a thoughful expression. "You know, it's a kind of a haze." And then, he sighed. "Well, if you really want to know ..." he said, "I guess I can spare a little honesty to someone as good-looking as yourself, if you don't mind me saying." He shifted his gaze to Oaf, who had given up his impulse to finish the job in pummeling Guy but was still struggling to get up. "Well, this Oaf -- do you mind if I hit him? -- sorry, nevermind, this Oaf started it." He said, "All I was doing was innocently flirting with his girlfriend, and then he came in and started to tell me to back off. All would be fine if he didn't intervene. I refused to butt out and he punched me." And then he lowered his head and started to shake it as if in disappointment. "Such violent students, eh? And I punched him back and ... well, then a hot girl named Mitsuki came and kicked him." He looked back up. "Convincing enough story?"

Interesting thing, this 'Guy' she met not even ten minutes ago was the first person to tell her ever that she was hot. Was she flattered? No, not exactly, but his story did - is - convincing, because Mistake saw that he was the one at fault. 'Innocently' flirting with someone else's girlfriend? It was no wonder why Oaf would tell him to *&%k off; guys got jealous easily, and if Mistake didn't know any better, 'Oaf' thought of this girlfriend more of a possession than a human being. And she would have laughed, too - if it weren't for her stoic personality - the way he told the little story of what had happened just two minutes ago.
"...are you new to this school?"
Mistake had to ask, because if this 'Oaf' guy already had a girlfriend, then he should have known the rules. Eyes moved over to 'Oaf', narrowing slightly before crouching down next to him, nudging him gently on the arm.
"If you start another fight, take it off school grounds or I'll handle you myself, personally..."
This school captain wasn't more strict than she had one been. Better watch out... She has a dog too, somewhere in the halls....

"Yeah, in fact I am." Guy replied to her question as he stepped toward her, a grin on his face. "...New to the place, that is." His eyes narrowed and he then looked over to 'Oaf', who seemed to have calmed but was still lying on the ground, holding his side where he had been kicked. "Me and 'Oaf' here became fast friends." He said sarcastically, and then his grin disappeared. "Didn't we, 'Oaf'?" But 'Oaf' wasn't listening to him, and Guy stirred. Instead, the big burly student was glaring up at Mitsuki aggresively, who was attending him. Guy inched forward to hear.
"If you start another fight, take it off school grounds or I'll handle you myself, personally..."
'Oaf' didn't seem intimidated though. His breathing was steady and his eyes were fiery, gazing up at the girl. Guy's grin returned. He took another step forward and added, "Yeah. She'll handle you personally, as in..." He stopped dead, realizing what Mitsuki had just said. Leaning down beside Mitsuki, staring at her with inquisitive eyes, he said matter-of-factly, "You know, I'm the one who started the fight in the first place. I'm responsible for all this ... can you handle me personally?" 'Oaf' sure as hell didn't deserve the pleasure.

((OOC: Terribly sorry about the late reply.))
The 'fire' in his eyes, the 'fury' that held behind them, waiting to be unleashed! The anger that was building inside of him, a glare of ice digging into the captain's eyes as he stared up at her. The scowl on his lips and the near growl from his throat, his hands which were clenched, twitching to claw out her face, her being. His teeth baring as if he were going to chomp those pearly whites into her flesh, piercing them, making her bleed...
Tch.
He might as well be glaring at a wall. Might as well be angry at a rock, as Mitsuki was unphased by all of this. With an apathetic look on her face, she stared right back at him, a cold veil over her eyes. She heard his voice, but he had taken her the wrong way. Usually when a fight broke out, she dragged them to the detention room where the teachers would take care of the situation. But she had realized that teachers had a different goal than she, and it was time to take action into her own hands. So if he won't stop fighting, she'll make him stop.
By taking away the ability for him to even walk.
Permanently.
Head slowly turned to face Guy.
"If you start another one, I'll break you."

-- OOC: No problem.
Guy froze cold in his position as she said those three last words, his eyes wide and his expression dead-cold serious. He held his breath during that long moment; blinked once, then twice, thrice, and then took a long, deep sigh.
"Well." He finally said, turning away from Mitsuki and standing to examine the halls carefully. He grounded his teeth and took a few steps forward, his eyes still wide. As soon as he got into arms length of the next wall, he turned back to Mitsuki and 'Oaf' and used his arm to gesture the empty space of the hallway. "I guess we're out of luck then, eh?" A smirk put an end to the seriousness in his demeanor. "Nobody's here for me to start a fight with anymore." He walked coolly back over to the two. "I mean, you can't expect me to ..." he stopped short, and his smirk widened to a full, sly grin. But he didn't say anything. He just stood there, staring, waiting for her next action.

"Enlighten me."
Two words, one meaning. She stood up, lightly tapping 'Oaf' with her foot in a signal saying that he better get his sorry ass to class or else. Personally, she thought it was kind of stupid this whole fight started mainly because of some idiot girl. Honestly, what is becomming of the world? Since when did fighting erupt because a guy thought of a girl to be a piece of propert--...oh, wait. Ha.

Guy watched 'Oaf' made an attempt to steady his breathing and prevent himself from yelling out when he felt the slight gesture of Mitsuki's foot on his shoulder. Sweat ran down his face and his eyes were narrowed out on her. He was obviously trying to contain his anger; to restrain from springing up and rending her until satisfaction, if that could ever come. No. Correction: from trying. Compared to Mitsuki, Oaf looked like an 'all-talk, no action' type of guy. And that was just by taking a glance at the girl. That was why Guy was so impressed by her.
Guy grinned as she stood before him, but he could tell she did not find the humor in the situation that he did. Nobody ever did, since virtually everything was funny to Guy, especially when other people were irritated. He took a step forward. "Now, now," he said gently, "you don't actually expect to...fight...with me, do you?" Before she could answer, he folded his arms over his chest and added, "I wouldn't want to ruin any of that perfect beauty, now, would I?" The grin never left his face and his tone was as if he were scheming something. His eyes were full of excitement and anticipation. 'Oaf' was now taking his precious time to lift himself from the floor, his glower never leaving Mitsuki. Guy gestured to him when he gained to his feet, "Fight him. He's the one who started it... or was I? I always get those two confused, you know." He never blinked as he gazed into her eyes, eager.

The perfect beauty? If only he knew what lay beneath the skin; perfection was far from what she was, physically and mentally. No one is ever perfect as children are scarred somewhere down the road. A scrape on the knee, an inappropriate movie, or perhaps a life long struggling battle between you and yourself. Sounds almost poetic.
I'm flattered.
Sarcasm heavily implemented.
That was the thing with Mitsuki. She never started fights. Provoking the young Korean-Japanese girl might as well prove to be impossible; anger clouds judgment, so there's no reason for her to go on a rampage. That assembly had been a mistake, and it had happened a while ago; people change - Mitsuki did.
She stared right back at him, dispassionate pupils staring right back at him, giving him a questioning glance with her eyes, though she was not at all confused.
"I don't fight."
Not on school grounds, anyway.
"I defend."

Guy had held his breath the entire time, though the stupid grin on his face never faltered and his eyes showed no sign of unease or weakness. He strained to hear her reply, and finally parted his lips, letting his breath out. "Well, that's a good thing." He said. "I never fancied violent girls. Although I do have a question." He took a step forward. The grin would be mentioned but he'd practically worn it throughout the entire time, so no need. Then he tilted his head with an expression of mock inquisition which could have fooled any other, less bright person, like 'Oaf' for example. "Although I do have one question." he took another step forward, unwavering. This time he took one of his arms from the cross against his chest to gesture to her. "You say you don't fight, Mitsuki, although you - how do I put this - you kicked 'Oaf' in order to save me." Okay, his grin widened, and he brought his head back to a straight. 'Oaf' just stood there, still and silent and Guy assumed it was an attempt to not attract Mitsuki's attention. It seemed the big guy was interested in this conversation between the two. "Why was that?"Guy asked, then bringing back her words he leaned forward, letting the words roll slyly off his tongue. "Enlighten me."

Seriously, did he really have to ask?
"To defend you."
Mitsuki did not like her own words being used against her, especially if it didn't exactly fit into the situation. The definition of 'fight' and 'defend' were relatively similar in Mitsuki's case, but at the same time, vastly different.
Unfortunately, some people in this school are incapable of defending themselves.
Not that she was implying anything.
"You can go back to class now, Oaf."
Although she was staring directly at Guy, she could very well feel the presence of Oaf shifting. The ruffling of his clothes confirmed that - she had a great senses.

Guy was disappointed. He scowled in turn, his hands at his sides. He leaned forward and scoffed, "Yeah, but,"--despite his upset scowl, his voice carried the same cool and calm tone as always--"that's not all there is to it, is it?" Straightening himself and regaining his composure, he took a long, deep breath and said. "That's ought to be the lamest answer I've ever heard." He said, "Not exactly what I would've expected." He began to tread sideways, stopping at the inevitable vertical piece of construction that was the wall, turned, and started to walk again. He stopped dead in the middle after he'd repeated the session twice and grinned at Mitsuki. "You're not getting the point, are you?" Eyes shifted to the figure behind her, 'Oaf', who was debating whether to march off and get to class or pummel the girl while she was attending Guy and have to deal with a whole lot of violence, including penalty from his parents and social diminishment. The option of staying and pummeling was tempting. Very, very tempting. But when he saw Guy's glare he decided for the best and turned to walk away, trying hard to fan down the anger rising in him. Guy took a step forward, eyes gone back calm and fixed on the girl before him. He leaned forward again, sinking his hands into his pocket, and declaring unwaveringly: "I want to kiss you."
