sniff… sniff Lupa's paws were used to move the grass apart as she drove her nose deeper into the ground to pick up and trace some odd scent or another. Her brother, Coinin was close behind but following his own trail of scents, their large bushy tails wagging happily from side to side as they circled around. He was named Coinin because of his size. He was the smallest of the three thus called 'little wolf'.
They were trying their best to ignore the strong scent of cigarette smoke which was rising higher and higher from the chimney known as Jack O’Connor. Jack sighed to himself as he pulled his cigarette out between drags “Honestly if I knew how much trouble you dogs would be I might have not gotten you.” She stared at him with curious eyes, not exactly sure what he was saying before returning to her entertainment of smelling this piece of grass and comparing it to the other.
The last one,Ulfric, the oldest, biggest and strongest wasn't interested in smelling anything. He just sat down with one paw on top of Jack’s arm and lay there, sleeping. It was a particularly cold day today but it was perfect for his husky wolf hybrids to roll around. “Maybe I should have just got German Shepherds. Apart from you they’re more likely to lick an intruder to death than protect me” the big dog just looked at him with disinterested eyes. Jack just grimaced “and you’re more likely going to just watch as I get hacked to pieces!”. The dog moved which gave Jack some hope that he cared about him but it was only to readjust his position.
Lupa continued to pad her way around the little park, jumping int and out of overgrown bushes finding sticks to nibble on.

Did Reira mention how much she loves dogs?
Well, Jack was about to find out just how much! There as a blur of long black hair as the young woman ran top speed towards the mixed husky dogs, namely the female one sniffing the grass. She'd skid to a stop as she stares at them with wide eyes glancing at each one before she looked at Jack.
"....are they yours?"
Obvious question but she was literally bouncing on the spot since it had been forever since she's seen some 'household' animals around.
She crouches down by the female one sniffing the grass and holds her hand out for the pup to sniff. Hopefully the gal wouldn't bite her hand off!

"As much as wild animals can be" the Australian said in a disinterested voice as Lupa sniffed the girls hand before licking it and continuing to sniff around the ground that she was on. Nudging Reira's foot out of the way with her snout so she could get a better smell of the grass under the girls feet.
The male Coinin padded over and gave Riera a disinterested sniff before brushing passed her, his long shaggy tail waiving form side to side as he brushed passed. Continuing to smell his new surroundings and marking his scent where ever he could.
Ulfric on the other hand just curled up and continued his slumber, his bushy tail covering his nose as he bedded down. Content with the temperature, climate and setting for a mid day sleep. Somebody help me Jack thought letting an inward cry escape him as he was surrounded by animals he felt he would become one.
Sleep however was not something that was on Lupa's or Coinin's agenda they rarely went out this far away from the complex and it was like being on a field trip during school. No matter what it was as long as it wasn't school it was worth it!

OOC: Sorry, it's been a busy weekend! >n<
It was still an amazing feat to have 'wild' animals decide to follow humans and be so friendly around them, or so it would seem. Reira smiles in delight when she was licked and laughs lightly as the pup nudged her foot away from the grass she was more interested in. Rei obliges and moves out of the way and weaves past the male pup after the sniff to properly introduce herself to the 'owner' of the dogs.
"How long have you been with them?" she asked, making her way closer still though not wanting to disturb the sleeping Ulfric.
Once in the vicinity of him she'd stretch her hand out for Jack for that proper introduction.
"I'm Reira, by the way."

"I've always had dogs, however these ones are my newest. With Ulfric here being the oldest." He rolled over onto his side and lazily stared up at Reira. "I experimented with wolves but I found that they were too aggressive." Sighing at the thought of how many had gone feral on him. "Of course we tried to re locate them as much as possible but it became difficult with this invasion so now I think we've breed enough of the wolf genes out of them to have a more relaxed dog that can be trained to still work."
He made a tsk sound by bringing his tongue to his teeth and the two dogs padded over. "Would you like one? I've just had a new litter delivered the other day."

"Wow. You're your own breeder, huh."
Reira blinks a few times as she glances at Ulfric. She quietly cooed and smiled at him before offering a hand to him. She doesn't pet him right away on top of his head instead opting for the middle of his back in a gentle manner.
Soon enough Jack would signal for the two other dogs to come back and offers her one!!
"For real!?"
Reira literally squeals in joy and jumps up at that. "I don't...I don't know if I can take care of one with all this moving around though..." she admits softly in slight defeat.

"It's more like a hobby than a profession."
Sitting up as his two dogs ran over he gave them a gentle pat on the head, but Lupa the female quickly rolled her head out of the way at started to naw on his hand in a playful manner. Coinin on the other hand just sat there, too timid to really play.
"This one, the boy Coinin is not fit for service. He has too much of the pet in him and not enough of the wolf. To be honest I may be better served with Pitbulls or other working butch dogs." He sighed as he moved his hand under Coinin's chin and scratched it.
"This has been attempted before and always failed, there is a small difference between wild dogs such as wolves and domestic dogs. You'd think that mixing the two would result in a well rounded dog but in reality it sort of splits the dog into two. The instincts of the wild dog tell it to do one thing and then the instincts of the domestic dog tell it to do another. It sort of results in a very unhappy dog."
Turning to Reira "None the less I think It best that I change to having a more proven and well breed dog that will serve as a good companion as opposed to a pet." Removing his hand from the wool like fur of Coinin.

"That's interesting. I never knew it worked like that..."
She did think it would be a good blend of temperament between domestic dogs and wolf if they were bred together. It is an unfortunate thought to think that there would be a pull of two different kind of instincts that leave a rather conflicted and troubled animal.
Reira nods, "I agree, especially in times such as these." she gestures a bit with her hand at their surroundings.

Reira would oblige and rub Coinin's stomach until he had his fix. She'd chuckle quietly at the pup as she'd do so.
"They're adorable in that sense. Cuddly ones."

His hand reached into his pocket and pulled out a packet of cigarettes. Lighting it up he took a long hard drag and exhaled the smoke away from Reira.

"The Shugo Manor is running itself fine without me now, so I decided to take a look around to see who else could use some extra help." she nods with a smile. "I'm lucky to not have faced his men as of late."
She turns to look towards Jack with a grin, "And what about you, Mr. Wolf?"

"AHH Shugo... is he still running around the place trying to be a white knight?"
Jack chuckled as he teased "That would amke you his little princess that he must protect no?" Again Jack was only playing, but much like a cat he toyed with his food. But he would be nice for now.
"I take little breaks here and there from the front lines and then return to clear some more territory for my company"
