[Aryn Valcoph]

"David. Storm Dragon."

Aryn cracked a smirk at David's silent greeting, flicking an eye closed in a slight, casually friendly wink. And because he was being accommodating, so too, could she be. The first thing she did was offer a slight - perhaps cheeky - wave but then she deigned to clasp a hand over her heart with a bow. Sure, the thought that she needed his vote was there, but for not, it wasn't a conscious thing. She wasn't going to change who she was or how she acted to get the Name.

With the Storm Dragon's words, she simply lifted a brow and shifted Leon's way, distributing her weight to the foot closest.

It didn't matter to her whether she stayed or left, in the end, though there was that nagging word in the back of her head. Some things, however, took time.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would nod as he spoke.

"Then lets get comfy."

Leon would nod towards the Throne for Aryn to help him get there without stumbling this time, nodding to Chris who was always near by to leave and bring chairs. Once back with David and Aryn's seats he'd wave Chris away, but let Aryn stay. He needed her in the know if this had to do with battles, as he himself would not be leading directly.

"Well then, what would be the first issue you'd like to discuss."

[David B.]

"Well- first- leadership. I know everyone refers to us as the Elder Dragons, and we are the uncontested leaders. However, politically, I am seen as both the public face, and the authority of the Dragons. No offense intended to you, but people generally differ to me in matters of warfare, treaties, etcetera. I wanted to insure you were okay with this, and that in matters of state, I take the reigns. If you'd prefer, We can get you and I on a partnership in those matters, but I figured since I'm already here and we are both comfortable…"

He let out a breath.

"Don't take this as a suggestion I take over sole leadership. I'm wanting to make sure we are communicating when it comes to leadership- and right now, I have been in control. I wanted to make sure you knew that you are welcome any time you want in on everything I do. That's first."

[Mr. Kaar]

"Its fine with me. I have my own business to attend to, and my military is more than adequat for my purposes. Simply send a messenger if you have need of my people. I prefer the outside world think we have but one visible head at a time."

Leon would smile as he folded his hands resting his back against the throne.

"We may be three separate factions within a whole, but we are still a whole."

[Aryn Valcoph]

Guide-y guide-y. And at present Aryn was sitting so that her arms were wrapped around the back of the chair, chin leaning on the tops of her fingers. It was something of a drat notion--not sitting on Leon's lap, but...eh~ Not that big of a deal.

Listening.

[David B.]

David nodded.

"I suspected as much. Alright. I'll work on our battles and treaties then- which brings me to my next point. I've thought about approaching the Gods with the idea of annexation of their territory and a melding of our groups. If you have advice or insight on an approach it would be great, as that move would really benefit the Dragons and Gods alike."

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn's head tipped to the side and she just barely cleared her throat. Intrigued. But considering.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would let out a low whistle.

"Quite the ambition there... Hmm, the only thing I could suggest on that end would be to play to them. I doubt they would see much benefit on joining us mere mortals. I believe Mathew was already working that angle having put himself with each major faction within the Gods."

Leon thought.

"Maybe you could work that angle."

[Kazuya Hikari]

- Meanwhile -

While The Storm Dragon and The Lightning Dragon were having their discussion in the Throne Room, Kazuya would come walking into the entrance hall of the Lightning Tower, looking for who else, but Leon.

Leon's senses would pick up some more guests, he internally shrug and turn his head towards Aryn.

"There are four guests downstairs, would you mind seeing to them?"

[David B.]

((They wanted me and you together. This works fine))

Before David could respond, he cocked an eyebrow, Leon stating there were four guests. He would follow leon if he left, or sit patiently while Aryn fetched them.

[Aryn Valcoph]

"Hmmm..."

She did. Mind, that was. But considering David was here to see Leon...

She could do that.

Just this once.

Aryn lifted her him and pattered a lightly tapped beat against the top of the chair, finishing off with a soft slap. Cymbals. Yes.

"Sure. Goodness knows I could use to play. I always liked being on the receiving end of negotiations, especially when it's something the negotiator wants or needs." She stood, ruffling her hair with a casual grin and shrug. If she decided to take anything from Leon's words, it wasn't showing. "...so you'll have to head it yourself, knowing exactly what you're willing to give up and how far you'll go. Or you take the Earth Dragon's path. Or you play them as Leon suggests. The third option is sending in someone established that can get something for little or next to nothing, without playing them out of a deal."

With a finishing flick of her hair, Aryn shifted her bent knee from the top of the chair, turned, and began the trek to go see the four guests.

She left. Practically waltzing.
